Bailey's Moving and Storage was fantastic with personal care and excellent delivery. There was a problem with our shipments and Baileys save the day!!!!! Here is our story: We returned to the United States from a mission in Tahiti. We has 3 Pallets shipped contain 37 boxes altogether. One pallets of 12 boxes was lost. It just seemed to disappear. No one knew what happened to it from San Francisco, customs to Swissport. We had proof that 3 pallets arrived in the U.S. and only 2 were delivered to us. In this lost pallet were sentimental family photos, old single copy photos of my husband and I as children ( gonna make copies of them now!) and other very irreplaceable family items and family heirlooms. I made calls to every one who handled our pallets asking questions. A great deal of time was taken on my part. It was frustrating! Swissport was not helpful and simply didn't care! we were asked to fill out an insurance claim..... there were many items that were replaceable but there were so many dear things that you couldn't be replace....how do you put a value on those items. Supposedly, the insurance company looked for our pallet. it took two weeks. Now we were at 3 month with a missing pallets. I called Baileys who delivered our two pallets to our home....which they did a great job on our first delivery of two pallets! We were very impressed! Baileys cared unlike Swissport. I think Swissport is such a huge company, that a little person like me with 12 lost boxes was not worth their time. But baileys cared. they did some research and Cyndi called me back. She did some more research and made some calls....and long story made short our pallet of 12 boxes were found and Bailey delivered it to our door by three nice hardworking men! I cant say enough about Baileys!!! They care!!! It is not often you get a company who cares and helps like this. And a Big Big Big shout out to Cyndi! She is amazing! She called us when our pallet was found sitting at the port of Swissport. and she called us when it was being shipped. She called to let us know when it was going to arrive. AND she called us to see if it was delivered safe and sound! yup! Amazing! This is one kind woman!!! This is the kind of personal care that marks a good person and a good company! My husband and I were very impressed with the 3 women who packed our belongings, Pam, Linda, and Maddie. They were great at communicating with us throughout the day and checked to see what we wanted or did not want packed. They were kind and pleasant to be around and chat with as well. We highly recommend using Bailey’s Moving Company.
Freddy M., Fransisco, and the 3 ladies did an awesome job. They were organizing and efficient and I felt comfortable letting them handle my belongings. They also didn't leave any house damage which I appreciate a lot.

I had high hopes for this moving group.. I had no problems with anyone. But.. Lola broke my baby swing taking it apart. And also forgot to pack pieces for my television for the part box.. Before signing I told her i’m worried about the parts and she said no worries, she’d pack them. I kept asking a bunch of times if she would be sure to pack. She said she would. Sure enough, she didn’t. So now my baby swing is broken and I can’t use my brand new flat screen.
Jay Mo and Ray were great! They helped us move heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs I would definitely call this crew again!
Our move went off without a hitch - from Lincoln, who provided our quote, to Rachel, our coordinator, and Armando, our driver. All were really great and got us moved on the day we wanted. Thank you!

There are so many moving services in Springs it's difficult to find someone to answer specific questions on moving logistics and packaging details. An employee by the name of Dana was fantastic in providing me so much reliable information, from sq ft moving what the company offered ect. She was a delight. Highly recommended due to this employee!!!

Bailey's did an excellent job moving my furniture from Phoenix to Centennial, Colorado. Julio was friendly and helpful unloading all the furniture. Julio also showed up at the time we had set up for the delivery. I would highly recommend Baileys for your move.
