Sara, Chris, Annette and the ENTIRE team at Baileys were very professional and helpful during our move. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the process. Our move has been less than satisfactory. We ended up paying several thousand dollars extra, because our delivery date was in "peak" pricing dates. We had our belongings in storage with Bailey's, waiting for our new home to be ready. The day we notified them that we were ready was coincidentally two days beyond the cut off to avoid these extra charges. The salesman rarely used email or other method of communication that would leave a paper trail. We have art and antiques- so we were persuaded to get the extra insurance. We did. The movers damaged several antiques and broke some art. The claim process has been a joke. They don't take responsibility for any of the damages, and treat us like we're just making stuff up. After contesting their first settlement (less than 10% of our claimed damages), the insurance company sent it to their appeal processor. Three weeks later, they still have not responded, and the person claims that they have yet to review it. UPDATE: After months of waiting, the appeal we filed on our claim was denied. They took absolutely NO responsibility for the damages they caused. Basically, antiques and art were ruined, and they claim the damage was probably there before it was loaded.
Bailey's Moving & Storage delivered our belongings from our out-of-state move and they did a wonderful job! From fitting the big rig in tight spots to loading our storage unit so we had room to spare to their professional demeanor, the moving team was awesome! We are PCS’ing and had Carolyn, Russ and Juan. They were such a blast to hang out with while here. Super professional and welcoming. Efficient and quick. They went room by room to verify what was getting pack and what was staying behind. We couldn’t have asked for a more smooth pack. It took so much stress off us.
The moving crew made this long haul move easier than I expected. Excellent service and nice guys who were really helpful with a few extra requests.

Very efficient service, items on the entire house were all packed nicely and safe in boxes in less than a full day. Next day it was all packed on the moving truck, along with all the furniture and large remaining items, all nicely wrapped and packed. It would had taken us at least a week on our own and not as good. Thank you to Sara, Leilane, Moneek, Marquito and Juan for the job well done!
