Reviews for Bailey's Moving & Storage

Great people, superior service

I really enjoyed getting to know the staff as they helped us pack our belongings into storage and prepared us for our move. Freddie and Ryan are hard working, respectful, and careful. I hope they can help us again in the futurei!

Left majority of boxes in garage. Said there wasn't any room for them upstairs. Trusted them, should not have as upstairs was nearly empty. Had to ask for help from a friend to bring boxes upstairs.

Freddie, Faris, and Francisco were great! They were professional, worked quickly, and took great care of our home and possessions.

Called to get a quote. Lady was not super friendly. That should have been my first sign. They got a man (Jake) to come out and give me an estimate. He never followed up with my quote, a call or anything. I called back the main number and asked why I had never received a quote or any follow up from Jake. However, he did sign me up for endless advertisements and garbage emails without my consent. The phone rep said she’d have him call me. Of course no call or followup again. If you need to move, I wouldn’t count on this place. Zero communication, zero follow up. That’s a hard pass for me. I was ready to move, and went with another mover who was responsive and interested in my business.

I was not looking forward to packing or moving my house but Bailey’s was fabulous. There is plenty to do when you are moving and they took the most time intensive part off my hands. I highly recommend them.

Jose B. And Carlos were so helpful today! Both so kind and willing to help.

Bailey's moving was a great company to choose in moving several states away! Jamie, the representative we talked to, was super responsive to all our questions and reassured us regarding any concerns. The movers arrived on the expected day and were pleasant and efficient in loading. The furniture arrived safely in the expected time frame and was unloaded by an equally efficient team on that end. I would recommend Bailey's to anyone needing a competent and efficient team to help in a move

Showed up on time, got work done efficiently and were very professional.

We had such a great experience with Bailey Moving Company. They were so professional and efficient! We are so pleased with how our move went and would use them again in a second! Thank you!

Awesome packing crew. Super fast and professional. We highly recommend.

We had Baileys Moving & Storage help with an install of pool furniture for an apartment complex yesterday. We originally scheduled our install for 2 days with the amount of furniture that was purchased. Even with a break and a lunch, we were done by 3:30. The crew had a positive attitude and kept things fun all day. Thank you for your hard work Freddie (lead), Francisco and Oscar's crews!

Leilani, Brooke and Camilla were fun to work with and very thorough. Highly recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage for all of your packing and moving needs!

Professional, prompt, took excellent care of my stuff as well. Smoothest move I've ever had...would definitely recommend.

Very good crew! Disponibity and great accompaniment.

Kenny and Josh did an awesome job! They were respectful, quick and very careful. Thank you!
