Bailey's was excellent at communicating with us exactly what was going to take place through the whole process. The packers and loaders were very detail oriented and treated our belongings with great care. We were also appreciative that they were very professional - No loud music or inappropriate language. Overall, we are very happy with the whole experience!

I’m moving cross the country from Colorado to Connecticut Bailey’s did great job with the whole move. The process was so smooth. Conor did great job with the Survey, Dana and curter did amazing job with packing and finally Chris and fenton were amazing and very efficient with loading and moving.
I am impressed by their hard work and the time it took to get our home packed thus far. Julie, the Crew Lead, and Camilla, Tristin, and Hadyn were courteous and polite and VERY HARD workers. They will be back today again for more. Also, the Quality Check gentleman came to observed how the job was getting done. All in all, we are happy.

I have not moved interstate in 30 years, I found the cost very expensive but comparable to other movers I researched. I was told that Baileys charges $150/special box for your TVs, I then purchased TV boxes from Loews for #20 and turns out the packers put my TVs in with my pictures etc. so I think that needs clarification with your sales personnel. The packers were very professional and while I am not totally unpacked I have not found any damage to my goods. At both ends of the move, Frank the driver and his crew were excellent. There was a misunderstanding, maybe my fault, that what was removed from storage in Co. Spgs, would go into storage in Palm Bay, as a consequence items were confused and things came to my apt, that should have gone to storage but it all worked out in the end. I would suggest boxes with handles, makes it easier on the owner who has to unpack. I was pleased with the condition of my car when it arrived but communication relative to that was a bit spotty whereas Frank kept me updated on the arrival of my furniture. All the people I spoke to from Baileys were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company but most sincerely hope I never have to move cross country ever again. Sherry Toepfer
The movers were fast, helpful, and took care with our things. They were also very flexible when I had to reschedule my move (twice!). I highly recommend them.
Our driver was amazing. Very eager to please and get our things where we needed them as soon as possible. She answered all our packing questions in a friendly manner and was confident in their ability to get everything in the truck and secured safely. She even delivered on time when she had difficulties with her rig. Very dedicated. The packers were quick, thorough, and friendly. The unloaders, were phenomenal! Moved quickly and put everything right where I asked, in a very orderly fashion and we’re very friendly. Offered and did things beyond their duty and even repaired a few things that were broken before the move! Thank you so much for all the great service!!!

Bailey's delivered my belongings when moving from Chicago, IL to Denver, CO. The movers took great care of our belongings, were extremely communicative, and were overall a pleasure to work with. Nothing was damaged and all items were accounted for.
Packers Steven and Manny were great, and very personable. The movers, Armando and his two brothers -- were truly amazing. They kept up an incredibly fast pace moving items on to the truck with what seemed like super-human strength. Armando was masterful in fitting my furniture and belongings into the storage unit. Really can't say enough good things about all these guys!

Bailey's completed two moves for us. One of items being shipped internationally and one to a storage unit. We dealt with 3 teams of professionals - which they were. They arrived on time, were very courteous, addressed our questions, and met our needs. We were concerned that our goods would fit in the storage unit; they made it work with room to spare!! From the people who initiated the transaction, who followed up daily, and who performed the work - it was a very professional job. Thank you!!!
All three (driver Freddie Moncada, helpers Debbie and oscar) were delightfully cheerful and so willing to help even when we added items at the last minute.

I could not have done a cross-country relocation if it were not for my relocation coordinator Sherry Sadler. She was the best part of the entire process from start to finish. My situation was unique (like I’m sure all are) and she handled it with patience, efficiency, and grace. She never left me hanging for an answer to a question, and she always went above and beyond to find a solution to any problems that came up. She anticipated things that might happen and proactively addressed them so my family didn’t have to stress. Moving is hard enough, but she truly made the experience as smooth as it could have possibly been. If you are on the fence, just get off and call. Great experience from start to finish.
Well we had 2 completely different experiences in one. Palika, sunia, and jose, we’re amazing, efficient, and polite. On June 8th they came and packed boxes. Some other workers came later that day and disassembled a bed frame, they were also great and polite. However, on the day of packing the truck June 9th 2 different teams came. One a team of a father and his 2 sons, the sons I’m not sure were even hired by allied. I don’t know all their names because majority of the time I heard them say son of dad, even the second team called the dad dad. Another not professional thing to do. You work for a company use names so the customer can remember your name. The father and sons team swore and took more than just the lords name in vain when they were upset. I am religious and found it unnecessary in the situation, I felt they were doing it on purpose. Later, the other team came to help them and broke a piece of furniture and didn’t even come tell me, I had to ask about it. I am seriously wondering what they are going to do to the boxes with breakable items in them. My husband and I didn’t get to eat lunch even. How could we do anything when we felt like we needed to watch how thing s were being treated. We offered to help Carry fragile boxes down the front steps instead of let it bounce down on the cart, they scoffed and said “no they will be fine.” They criticized me later when they thought I couldn’t hear. They went very slow all day, until we told them we have to be out by a set time. They were very quick after that, in which I wondered what they had been doing till that point. The wrapped furniture sat in the garage for hours. There were a good two hours, not break hours, I felt like they were stalling to avoid being sent to another job when they were done. I’m wondering if they wrapped our couches correct. They used blankets on chairs but only plastic wrap on the couch. I bothered me they never asked to do a final walk through. The team on june 8th did one. They wouldn’t wrap things in padding that the team on the 8th said would be the team on the 9th responsibility, including the piece of furniture they broke.They took till the time we had to be out, leaving me very little time to clean the house. We wish we could have hired the good team from the 8th to pack and then use someone else for storing and delivering. Bailey’s-allied tied our hands, I can’t report any of this till we have our stuff delivered to our new cross country address. Also I wasn’t going to mention how long they took, it was our first time using movers, but I read other reviews and mine beats them all. 10 HOURS with breaks. My husband and I heard from someone else who has moved 3 times cross country, 6 hours is what it should have been. On June 8th the quality control manager stopped by, why didn’t he on the 9th when the stuff was being loaded, I would have asked for a different set of teams. I do find it fun my experience was so different from other reviews on here, I did find one about an individual and two teenagers that showed up to pack the truck, for someone else, they broke the brand new tv. I guess if a dad and his two sons show up to your move, you should immediately call to get them switched, or individuals with this description. I’m still not sure the dads name.
