Awesome service and team work for the crew that packed out my house!!! I loved the spirit they had with each other and they pushed through to get everything packed and crated. Thank you!! I’ve used Baileys for a half dozen moves over the past 20 plus years without any issue. They’ve always been fair priced, on time and fixed damage caused during the move. We moved our office at the end of the 2025 and Baileys employees damaged a very expensive picture. They carried it improperly and caused the acrylic layers to completely delaminate. We purchased the insurance so expected we’d be taken care of and they’d pay for the damage. We weren’t. Instead, they claim we should have pointed out the damage when it was delivered: 1) we didn’t notice any damage because people don’t immediately hang pictures. 2) the damage became more visible as the delamination continued. Do not use. They no longer care about or take care of customers.

Another day, another slay 💅🏻 thanks to the team over at Bailey’s. Wanted to leave another stellar review for the best movers in Grand Junction. They’re reliable, efficient, pleasant, and professional. Had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa on the phone to get everything arranged, and was stoked when Jamie showed up for the appraisal! They are the same people we worked with 4 years ago when I moved the first time and it was nice to see/hear them again! We did the appraisal on a Monday and they were able to schedule my move for that same week on Friday, amazing. The moving team showed up right on time Friday morning ready to go. We had Jack, Deagan, and Isaac this time. They did a great job and knocked it out in about 5 hours while it was cold/windy/snowy outside. We had SO much stuff and it was extra complicated because some of it was going to my new place and some of it was going into storage. Jack and his team communicated very well about what was supposed to go where, and they did it perfectly. Everything went where it was supposed to go. Thank you so much to the team over at Baileys and thank you to the movers especially for being so patient with us! I will always recommend you guys 🫶🏻
I contracted Bailey’s Moving & Storage for a local move in Saratoga Springs (Dec 2025/Jan 2026). My move included a 77-inch LG OLED TV, which was specifically inspected by Lincoln Kelley during the consultation. To ensure total safety, I purchased Maximum Value Protection ($72,296.00 declared value) and paid a $533.18 premium specifically for this coverage. The TV was professionally "Carrier Packed" (CP) by Bailey’s team into a specialized TV carton. Upon delivery from SIT on Feb 7, 2026, the TV was found to be non-functional. Despite reporting this within 3 days and having paid for the highest level of insurance, Bailey’s has rejected the claim. The Facts: - Paid for Protection: I am not asking for $0.60/lb; I paid a $533 premium for Full Value replacement. - Professional Packing: Bailey's packed the item themselves in their own specialized carton. A replacement 77-inch LG OLED currently costs between $2,000–$3,200. Bailey’s has taken my insurance premium but refuses to provide the coverage I paid for. Prospective customers: Be warned that "Maximum Value Protection" with this company may be a meaningless expense.

Definitely recommend. Jamie worked with us and made an absolutely last second move happen, despite all our order changes. Dakota, Josh, and Josiah were unbelievably helpful when moving day came. Our items were safely in our new home, it could not have been easier. They were professional, helpful and I was honestly astonished how fast they got the job done. Thank you all for making one of the worst life tasks so much easier.

Chris and Jack with Bailey's Moving and Storage did an absolutely fantastic job with my move last weekend. I was moving locally, but from one place to another, then bringing furniture from that place back to the original house. Could have been overwhelming or confusing for some, but Jack and Chris made it all look easy. They were efficient, careful, and professional. Jamie and Michelle, in the front office, were instrumental is setting up the move so it went off without a hitch. Everyone I worked with at Bailey's was very communicative, super friendly, and a real delight to work with. #5 stars #highly recommend #totally awesome!!!!

Used Bailey Movers for a local move earlier this month. From estimate to finish, the experience was great. Jamie was super friendly and thorough in the estimate and gave me some good tips. In move day, Chris, Isaiah, and Josiah were extremely prompt, organized, efficient polite, and extremely friendly. Would totally use them again!
