The team was in time, took great care with my items and even repacked some pictures to ensure their safety.
This is the first time we have been able to use a moving company to help us move. I highly recommend Bailey’s Moving and Storage. Sara, Alex and Haleyda were efficient and super kind.
Moved from Utah to northern Wyoming as seniors - a 600 mile move with the best of a lifetime of stuff. Moving is always hard but this company took the edge off and provided great help.
They were very professional! Packed and unpacked for me on a cross country move. I highly recommend!
My household load was sent to California, when it was supposed to go to Maine. It ended up being late by a week. The reimbursement from Bailey’s, was $100 per day. That didn’t cover food and accommodations for my family. The blame was out on me for my load being late. The only mistake I made was using Bailey’s. They picked up my move weeks before the delivery date and the driver picking it up, took the wrong household. How that is my fault, Is beyond me. My recommendations for your move? Use anyone else.
Lincoln Kelley and his team at Bailey’s Moving & Storage were amazing. I moved from Utah to Virginia and they made that process so much easier. The team at Bailey’s answered all the questions I had, and they helped me work around my move in date in Virginia. Everyone I had worked with was so kind and helpful. They certainly helped make this move less stressful. a piece of an item did break off and they were so easy to work with to help get it fixed. If you are looking for a moving company I would totally recommend Bailey’s Moving & Storage. Lincoln was great to work with. He helped make the process easier and less stressful. I appreciate him and Bailey’s.

Bailey's Moving & Storage Salt Lake City: I'm writing this review to warn others about our experience. We paid premium rates for interstate moving and storage, but the service fell far short of acceptable standards. Damaged items: - New dining room table — destroyed despite paying extra for professional crating - BBQ grill — destroyed - Home walls — damaged during the pickup process - Multiple furniture pieces — damaged Lost items: - Desk desktop (only legs delivered) - Complete set of kitchen pots and pans - Many other household belongings The packing crew appeared poorly trained and caused wall damage at pickup. More concerning: the office knew about the damaged and missing items months before delivery but deliberately withheld this information from us. The delivery crew told us they were instructed by the office to deliver broken items without disclosure. We've been navigating the insurance claim process for three weeks now. Based on how the move was handled, we have limited confidence in how the claim will be resolved. This was the worst moving experience we've had. I strongly recommend considering other options.

Bailey's was chosen for us as the delivery agent for our government move from Hawaii to Denver. The company was extremely flexible about scheduling a date that worked for us and the guys doing all of the heavy lifting were very careful with our stuff. They were the last of three separate deliveries going into a storage unit so there was a bit of a Tetris game going on and they were totally up for the challenge!

Bailey's was amazing for our move. It was last minute for us and they were able to do the walk through and schedule the movers, the truck, and the car carrier all to meet our schedule. Everone we interacted with was helpful, kind, and professional. They even made 2 stops in utah for me. If you need a mover, give them a call!
I just want to mention by name the team that made my move fabulous. They are Jomayne, Desmond, and Shayden. These boys were kind and courteous from the get go. They were positive even though I had some really heavy furniture. They are super strong! I also want to give a shout out to Vivian and Connor. With their guidance, everything went smoothly. They let me know what to expect from the move, and the best part is that they will be with me all the way to the end. I recommend Bailey's Moving and storage in Colorado Springs without reservation.
Had to use movers for the first time for the heavy objects we just couldn’t get. Matt, Jeff, and John did an amazing job! So professional, strong, and polite. John even disassembled and put back together a daybed like nothing. They were awesome, worked hard, really helped us out, and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Thanks again guys!
Bailey's started out to be someone we thought we could trust with our possessions. They have proved to us that is not the case. We had numerous items broken beyond repair. When we contacted them and filled out the forms regarding the many items, we were ignored. Our phone calls have been ignored as well as they are playing "pass the buck". When we finally talked to someone named Judy, she was rude and very condescending. She told us the items were not worth enough for them to replace. We lost dishes, cookware, an antique mirror as well as numerous other items. Some of the items were broken in front of our house when the movers dropped them on the street. We referred someone to them and they stated we would get a referral fee, which has never happened. Basically, once they get your money, the customer service ends.
Joan Dratch is awesome. She perfectly coordinated a move for my great grandfather‘s antique mirror from Vermont to Boise, Idaho. She communicated with me throughout the move so I knew exactly what to expect. She recommended and coordinated having a crate made for the mirror. She had it delivered to my house and arranged to have it uncrated and hung in my house. I would highly recommend Joan. She is a great ambassador for Allied Van Lines. She deserves a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ rating.
Most responsive. We needed some flexibility and the whole team worked well with us. Very attentive through the process start to finish. Ryan was great through the quoting process. His walkthrough was very helpful for my mother in law considering what to move.
Great company to work with. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs. They helped with our move across the US around 1300 miles and got all our stuff here safe and sound. This included, large House items and cars. They kept us in the the loop the whole time. We worked with Lincoln who did our estimate and he was great. He was quick to get back with us and adjust our requests as needed for an easy as possible move. Great company. Thanks.
