They were phenomenal ☺️ I called them to move an entire house and they were able to work with me remotely, which was a huge relief. Their team worked on a weekend morning to help me in an emergency and they were wonderful to work with! A very friendly efficient team, cannot recommend enough
After being ripped off and stressed out on my last cross-country move, I vowed never to work with a cheap and crappy mover again. For my recent relocation from Denver to Portland, I chose Allied Van Lines and their local company Bailey's Moving and Storage. Corey from Bailey's came to my apartment to evaluate my things and provide a quote, and he stayed in touch while I decided between Allied and another national moving company. Along the way, I made the genius decision to buy more furniture that needed to be moved, but Corey was patient and provided a couple of updated estimates before we landed on an agreeable number. The day before my move, Stu, the driver, called to confirm the pickup time. On moving day, he and his crew showed up promptly and made quick work of taking inventory and loading up my things. They were all extremely accommodating and took extra care to wrap the legs of my couch and media cabinet to avoid damage—something my previous movers had not bothered to do. They also wrapped each of my shelves individually to prevent scratches. About five days later, Stu arrived at my house in Portland with another great crew to unload. It was reassuring to have the same person pick up and drop off my things—a benefit you don't get with a broker. Allied and Bailey's aren't cheap, but the peace of mind was worth it to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Special shoutout to Stu! Thanks, man!

STAY AWAY from this moving company. It has been the biggest nightmare since the day we signed the contract with this people for our move. They will not meet the requirements stated on the contracts and will damage your stuff and then say they aren’t responsible for broken items. Super incompetent and disrespectful workers as well. Never again
The estimator, the actual load up and timely transport were all excellent. The unload at the new house was average. I was supposed to have rugs all over the floor supplied by Bailey’s because I had just had new white carpet put in, but the mover forgot to request them in a timely manner, so there was nothing. There were less people moving my stuff and there were only three people. Really just too actual movers and then one supervising. All in all I’d say, I was satisfied, but with the stress of moving day, I did not appreciate unexpected things like less movers, no carpet pads put down so that stuff isn’t tracked into my house. Movers that laugh When I ask them not to put things against the freshly painted walls. That part was upsetting. Dakota and Jamie were great.
These guys were awesome!! Jack, Josh and Josiah were hard working, efficient and polite guys. Was an absolute pleasure to have them part of this process and grateful for the involvement. Jamie from the office was super helpful as well as he made sure to walk us through step by step and set us up to succeed. Way to go Bailey’s Moving and Storage!!!

Miller & Steven were incredibly pro & kind humans. They took great care of my things & were extremely accommodating. Cannot recommend enough. Moving from Colorado to California & they were exacting to every detail.
Highest recommendation! The folks at Bailey's are consummate professionals. My husband and I moved cross-country, which I thought would be a daunting task. But it wasn't because Kasey Knowles provided excellent leadership and timely guidance throughout the entire moving process. He was always available to meet and/or talk on the phone if we had questions; he provided a fair and accurate estimate; and he was such a pleasure to work with. When an unforeseen situation arose that necessitated a change in our move date, Kasey was understanding and seamlessly changed the date. The team who packed up our home did a fine job (three insignificant items broke but could easily be glued back together, which is a good track record given the tons of stuff [including artwork] they packed). Joannie Dratch (Dispatch) kept in close touch with us before, during and after the move to let us know what was happening each step of the journey. Lucio (the Driver) and his team did a phenomenal job of carefully loading and unloading all of our goods, and kept in contact while he was driving across the country to let us know where he was each day. At all phases of the move, everyone's attitude was positive and gung-ho for the task at hand. We were very impressed by the whole operation and greatly appreciated everyone's efforts to make this move as easy and comfortable for us as possible.
They were recommended by a relocation service for a crosscountry job offer I received (and ultimately didn't accept), so when I was locally moving apartments they were top of mind. Was for an intra-city move in the denver metro area, from one second floor townhome into another. They were not the cheapest option, but they were exceedingly professional and were able to get my partially packed 1b apartment finished up and moved all in one day, while still treating my stuff with care and respect. I would use them as movers again Professional and very respectful of my time, he helped make move coordination and the day of the move as painless as possible

These guys are the best! We just went through a pretty crazy move and they were amazing. They moved things around and made sure we were happy with where things were before they left. They are so friendly and helpful, I will 100% use them again.
I love Baileys and the whole crew. They helped us move tons of boxes and furniture as part of a major remodel at our university. They were friendly, flexible, and did a great job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend their service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Jamie was fantastic, from start to finish!!! True “customer service”!!! It began with him driving 4+ hours (each way!) to do an in-person walk-through of our house! He gave us a detailed breakdown and explanation of the costs, on the spot, that day. He followed up and would answer every call, right away, to answer all of our questions. He was / is simply great!! The moving crew called the day before to confirm their arrival. On moving day, 5 guys came and packed up every single thing we own, with care, loaded it all into their trucks (careful to wrap and pad everything), and drove it 4+ hours to our new place, where they unloaded everything! It was a worry-free, hands-off experience for us; and was fantastic! All of the moving crew was great!! One of the crew, Jack, was simply FANTASTIC!!! It was a 3-Day marathon! They turned our nightmare into a complete stress-free success!! So thankful to Bailey’s and would recommend them without hesitation! If you’re looking for movers, stop! Call Jamie right now! You won’t regret it!

Montrose CO to Nampa ID, timing and weather were perfect, for late November. The load, unload crews and drivers were great. Aside from some minimal damage, everything made the journey in fine shape.
Moved across the country and the service was quick and efficient. I felt my items were safe and quickly delivered. I appreciate Barb’s help in getting set up and answering my questions along the way. I will be using them again when I move into a new home in a few months.
