Bailey’s Moving & Storage did an amazing job helping me move my mom from Colorado to California. Dana & Ellie did a great job packing and the movers worked very hard to keep items protected and still work quickly.
We had an excellent experience with Bailey’s from the initial quote to the final move. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, all communications were very clear, and when we had questions, we knew who to talk with to get clarifications. The actual packing and moving process was great, and all of the people involved were professional and customer oriented. In today’s environment of labor shortages, we weren’t sure what we’d see from the actual work crews, but we couldn’t have been happier. They arrived on time, performed the work with great care - as if they were moving their own belongings. We’ve used Bailey’s Moving and Storage twice now, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Javin, the call rep assured me that the delivery was attempted and that they even called. THIS WAS A LIE.!!! Very disrespectful and would not tell me who was above her. When I asked, she said she did not know the name. Also kept telling me to leave my 96 and 76 yr old mother and grandmother in the house because I had things to do. Well that is not possible for personal reasons. She did not seem to care. VERY POOR SERVICE…
We used Bailey Moving for our move from Denver to Bluffton, SC. They were very helpful, responsive and transparent. We ran into a bit of a delay getting into our new home in SC and they helped figure out a solution. Their packing crew and loading crew were some of the hardest workers and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend using Bailey for your move.
The moving crew were very professional and friendly. They laid floor protection and wrapped all of the furniture to prevent damages to the furniture and the house. They even help pack a glass desk that we didn't know needed packing. It was a great experience!
Procrastinating as we do, we needed this move to happen quick. They made it happen, and Troy and Vance rocked it. IF we move again, we will be using Bailey's Moving & Storage.

This was the second time my husband and I used Bailey's Moving and Storage and have had great experiences on both occasions. We are very impressed with the professionalism and service provided. Our Moving Coordinator, Cyndi, was with us from start to finish and made sure we were taken care of. She was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. Also, our mover Armando and his team did an amazing job at packing, loading, shipping, and unloading our house hold items. They were on-time, personable, friendly, quick, and careful. Thank you for making our move smooth and easy.
Bailey's Moving and Storage helped our family move to another state. They were extremely transparent, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. They treated us like friends, and made us feel totally at ease through an already stressful time of moving. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bailey's to anyone.
Both the pickup and delivery were fast and efficient. The team on delivery set up beds and furniture. Moved boxes where ever I needed. Polite and personable.

Crew was right on time & worked very diligently. They accomplished our office move more quickly than I thought they would. This was nice because we paid by the hour, so no wasted time.
As a military family we know moving and Bailey’s did an extraordinary job on packing up what should have easily been a two day job without cutting any corners! They arrived early and motivated get everything needed done. Can’t say thank you enough to Lacie, Debbie, Ellie, Sydney, and Cali!
Bailey's was absolutely phenomenal! They showed up on time, worked extremely quickly and diligently, and were really kind people. They didn't break anything and treated our stuff as if it was our own. We will definitely use them again if we ever move again.
3 employees showed up to pack lamps, framed items, a clock and mirrors, Debbie, the lead, with 2 young ladies working summer job. They were all great, very neat, polite and accommodating. Packed my stand mixer even though not on their list since I could not figure out how to do. Worked well together and in same space where I was finishing up packing myself. Very pleased.
