James, Caleb, Henry, and Dennis were all Great. Immediately gave a great greeting and started working. I would definitely work with this company again if I needed to move and I would advise others to do so as well. They all were great made it very easy for my family of 5 and I to adjust to our new home. I am very appreciative of all the hard work and punctuality.

I used to work for a moving company years ago and familiar with the moving proses. Baileys of Mesa county co. Is the best for moving. They were kind, professional, and got the job done in a few hours. The price was not unreasonable. I would refer and use them again and again. Good moving experience.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing company, called the day before to confirm the time frame which helped a lot! Dennis and Zach are truly a pair! Both were professional, tentative, and respectful. They called to let me know when they were on the way and a time frame on when they would be arriving. I would hire them again for my next move and would highly recommend them to any of my family member, friends, or co-worker.

Sara and Ana were great. Polite and professional and finished all the packing in a very timely manner too.

TERRIBLE experience. Our crew broke our almost-new television (Bailey’s refused to reimburse us) and scratched up our new bed. Throughout the move we could see them handling our furniture carelessly. Our crew also refused to keep masks on, although we moved when the COVID infection rate was at its highest. We had to ask repeatedly, then gave up. Without discussing with us, the crew took a 30-min break just two hours after arriving, and spent almost an hour – an expensive hour for us - trying to reassemble a simple bed frame. When we asked for a discounted rate after receiving such poor service, we were told THIS crew is one of the most reliable and requested. The folks we made our arrangements through were friendly, but completely avoided taking responsibility for anything that went wrong. Happy to chat with anyone who’d like to reach out for more details on our experience.

Great service, very professional, and well worth the time/money. Bailey’s took care of the packing for a long-distance move… Dennis and Timm took care of my items very quickly, everything was well packed, and they made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I was very nervous about my move but Joannie was very sweet about keeping me posted on how & when each stage of the move would happen! She was always there with an answer when I sent a question her way. She made an emotional & scary experience for me - PERFECT!! The moving crew Freddie, Francisco & Faris could not have been better! They were quick and very gentle with my possessions. I would try to help (I'm sure more bother than help) and they would gently tell me to step aside - this is what I was paying them for :) A VERY HAPPY & SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Chris was so helpful doing the consultation process. He really offered some sound advice and then Laura, our moving coordinator was also patient and answered our questions. They came through when I needed them the most after an oversight on the loading date! Whew. Thank you guys so much. I was nervous about the move, so I selected a reliable company. They were great! On time, careful of the furniture and walls, etc. The crew I got was exceptional. They worked very hard on a very hot day (over 90)

Friendly, professional and quick while still careful. The more prepared you are the easier the loading and unloading. Would recommend.

I was contacted serval times by the manager to make sure everything was going according to plan. The movers were awesome and friendly. They were very careful with my belongings and were efficient in their labors.

Bailey’s Moving has been incredible to work with over the past week. All the employees are knowledgeable, effective and friendly. Aides, Lauvale and Lihai were a great help packing up our home. Mila and Michael were rock stars packing up our house and taking it away.

During my 17 year military career my family and I have moved at least 7 times. This by far was the best moving experience my family has had. I want to give a big thank you to Mrs Jaz and Pam. They were amazing. They were on time extremely polite and very efficient. They worked through my home like an elite Seal Team.They worked room to room very efficiently and caused very little disruption to our family space. They set the standard tremendously high for the next set of movers. God Bless them both. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service they provided.
