Horrible...never use. I had 15 boxes that were soaking wet. Mold in them clothes totally ruined. I had paid for extra insurance for the move from slc to Phoenix. No one was EVER sent to check and make restitution. My things had been in THEIR STORAGE FACILITY for a year. No one else had access. I never heard from them or received a dime. Antiques were scratched and ruined...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
Javier ran a great crew of Kaden, Mario, Ryan, Edward and Jamie. They arrived on time and did a great job loading all of our things onto the truck. In just a few hours all of our things were out of the house and ready to go.
The entire team at Bailey's was great to work with - from our initial sales rep, move coordinator, the teams that loaded and unloaded us - everyone was pleasant, professional, and took the time to care for our items and work with us on what we needed for moving, including storage of our belongings. Would 100% recommend if you need moving services in the area!
So far so good!!! The packers were quick and careful as were the movers. Freddie and his team were great. They were the loaders/ movers. I can't remember the packers lead and her team but they were all great and fast. I hope the team driving our belongings to our new State are just as good!!! I'll update once everything arrives.
I had Jay Zack and Tyree move all my stuff in last Friday. They were really great! They laid down cardboard so they wouldn't scratch the floors and we're very careful with our stuff! They worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly
I have been professionally moved more than a dozen times crossing the country from one state to the next. My recent experience with Bailey's Moving & Storage was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. They were timely, careful, respectful, and the crew worked as an efficient team without damaging items while ensuring that was in order. If I have to move again in life, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.
I had packers on the first day and loaders on the 2nd. All 5 of these individuals was first rate! All worked tirelessly, asked me questions when needed, and then went right back to work. The loaders even took apart furniture that I didn't even know came apart. I haven't received my furniture and boxes yet but don't expect any problems at all. I was so impressed by this whole operation!!
I am so impressed with the efficiency, detail and work ethic of Bailey’s and their crew. This is the 2nd big move in the last 5 years and Bailey’s has gone above and beyond my expectations and changed my perception of moving companies. The ladies are phenomenal packers. They have made this part of a cross country move so seamless and virtually stress free. Thank you so much!!!
Excellent experience! The crew took extra care and attention when packing my items, even when the job was larger than anticipated. James was a rockstar and packing aficionado. I truly appreciate all the guys’ hard work and could tel they took pride in their work. Thank you! Would use this company again and again!
Excellent move-in crew. They were a pleasure to work with and very careful with our newly remodeled home
Tim D and Damon E were on time, friendly, thorough, and worked very hard on packing my furniture! Would highly recommend. Great communication and professionalism!
We moved from overseas and had a very good moving experience. I'd recommend Bailey's to family and friends.
The team was fantastic! Very customer centric, efficient, and very cautious throughout. We’d absolutely use them again.
Dameon and Tyree were awesome. Fast, professional and nice. They definitely worked hard moving a lot of heavy things from my house but they did it! It would be cool to have these guys help me out again in the future.
My wife and I had an excellent experience throughout. Price was very reasonable: support staff were attentive; items were loaded and unloaded with care; interactions with all staff members were professional, polite and friendly; shipment arrived 2 days early. One of the best moving experiences. I would recommend Bailey's without hesitation.
