I have made several out-of-state moves over the years, and my experience with Bailey's Moving and Storage was by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. The level of communication, professionalism, and care for our belongings absolutely exceeded our expectations. It felt like Cyndi (Bailey's Coordinator), Stephen (Out-of State Mover/Contractor), and all involved in our move became like family. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and it was evident that they had a great deal of pride in their work--it was quite impressive to see the work ethic of all involved. I hope this is the last move for us, but if not, I will be certain to use Bailey's Moving and Storage for where ever the move takes us next. Thank you Cyndi and Stephen for your great work. We appreciate you and are incredibly grateful for your service.
Jacob and Andrew were two of the best movers I’ve worked with in my life. They were able to move my entire house extremely fast, as well as assemble pieces of furniture without question. Highly recommend
I had an appointment with them for 4:30, at 4:45 I called and they told me Jessie was on his way. He never showed up, I never got a call. When I called at 4:45 to make sure I wasn’t wrong about the appointment they confirmed I was on the schedule. I took time off work to meet him and didn’t even get a phone call to reschedule. With moves being so time sensitive right now you would think a moving company would be on time for an estimate, I was shocked that even after calling to get confirmation that I didn’t even get a call to reschedule... I will tell everybody not to use them...
Tim and James came and packed part of our house for storage. They were good and professional. Michael, Jacob and Julius loaded all of our items into the crates for storage. Great experience all around with this company. Highly recommend!
We can’t express what care and efficiency Bailey’s gave to our every need. We had stuff going out of state, in State and storage! They we kind, safe and very efficient! Carefully listening to my every need! This is the 3rd time using them, and we’d do it again! Highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks for the good work!!
My family used Bailey's moving recently and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My husband and I had a large, out of state move. Sherry S was outstanding in explaining the process, who would be where and when and how to get support if needed. When Frank and his team showed up, it was clear, Frank has a honed process for inspection, packing, loading, transporting etc. He was exceptional in his professionalism. Our experience on the receiving end was similar. I would have no hesitation to recommend Sherry, Frank and his teams to anyone.
After inquiring with several long haul movers, Bailey's Moving & Storage was the clear choice. They were professional and thorough during the virtual estimation, communicated well about personnel and kept me informed about timeframes. My contact person was available before, during and after the move, giving peace of mind about my belongings. Both load-in and load-out teams treated my possessions with care, leading to only one damaged item out of 8500 pounds. Bailey's Moving took some of the worry out of a cross-country move. Thank you!
Had Jasmine B, Dana M, Pam S, and Briana pack all the stuff from my wife and I yesterday. They did a great job packing and labeling all the stuff in the home. Took their time making sure everything we wanted packed was pack. They wore mask and made sure to communicate with us when ever they had questions about something. Thank you for the help ladies. Update: We just had Damon, James, and Adrian come today to load our household goods. Those guys got everything done and fast. Worked really hard to get stuff down the stairs and tired themselves out a lot, but made sure everything was taken care of.

I needed to ship 20 pieces of art and I was nervous about it! Bailey's took great care in everything they did to help assuage my worries! Their communication, friendliness, and professionalism reassured me all along the way! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them to anyone who cared about their shipment without reservation.
Bailey's Moving & Storage was a great company to try and work with for our office move. Although we chose to go with another company, David Kujawa was very professional even after the decision to not use Bailey's. He did a great job checking in to see what we expected and needed from the company and even brought up topics we originally didn't think about for the move. Unfortunately, it didn't workout to use Bailey's, but we hope to work with David again in the future.
Move went as expected. No major issues. Move was from out of state, and it required a lot of heavy lifting.
We recently moved out of state. Bailey's Moving company was awesome to work with! Before we chose Bailey's we got bids from 3 companies. Bailey's prices were fair and their communication was very professional. Our sales manager, Bracken Jones was great! He was responsive and returned our calls quickly, even when he was boarding a flight to go out of town (sorry Bracken :). Rachelle Dickerson was our transportation coodinator and she went the extra mile to help us with the details of our move. On moving day, our movers Joe, Ocscar, Michael Ah Ching, and Aisea worked so hard to make sure our furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. And on delivery day, Dave, Matt, and Eduardo carefully protected all of the traffic areas of our new home and delivered our furniture with care. We could not be more pleased with our moving experience! Moving is very stressful and Baileys Moving company relieved a lot of the stress for us. If we ever move again, we will definitely hire Bailey's to help us. Thank you to all of the employees for their kindness and help!

They were professional from the onset to the finish. They were responsive when we needed to change the parameters in the middle of the move. The workers on-site were attentive and careful.
They were prompt and very curteous. The movers did an excellent job and I would use them again!
