Nice people. Thank you so much so your excellent cusyomer service. Stayed open a little pass closing so we could weigh our moving truck that was due that day.

Very nice movers. We're careful with everything. Recommend to any family.

The team at Bailey's Moving and Storage were great to work with. Jonathan was our first point of contact and did an excellent job estimating the amount of days the packing and moving would take, as well as being dead on with the storage cost. The team of packers showed up and worked the entire day, quickly and carefully. Loading went off without a hitch. Everything was completed on time and actually came in slightly under the estimated cost. The team was courteous and professional. Moving is a very crazy time and Bailey's made the process less stressful. Thanks guys!

The gentlemen that came to pick up my stuff were very professional and very quick and took time to explain the paper work to me even though it was very windy outside. And the came at the time that they had said a day before.

I worked with Jonathan Cordova for our recent move from Woodland Park, CO to Bayonne, NJ. Jonathan was generally quick to respond to emails; however, Jonathan was misleading in two areas. 1) Jonathan verbally stated that the truck driver would be able to give me the "exact date" that the shipment would arrive at the destination once the driver showed up on move day. When the movers got here, there was no "driver"—just "loaders" who had rented a Penske truck to take our stuff to a facility in Colorado Springs. When I asked, Jonathan denied ever saying this, and that he was only bound to the "window" of 3-13 days for delivery. But I know what I heard. And 2) about that window... Our shipment was delayed 9 days. I was expecting the shipment to arrive on 7/5. 11am, no truck. Noon, no truck. The night before I had written Jonathan for confirmation, and he had written back: "Tuesday is what I was told. I am confidant in the delivery day of Tuesday. I still think you will hear back from Eric for confirmation." (pasted from Email). The driver who showed up 8 days later was not Eric. I never heard from Jonathan over the phone after that—he passed me off to another Allied agent and I'm sure was relieved to get rid of me. I had to do all the legwork. All the tracking, all the phone calls, all the chasing and connecting of dots. Allied's left hand does not know what it's right is doing. And they seem to be fine with that. Moving is inherently stressful; it'd be nice if there was a company that chauffeured the client from A to B instead of these disparate parts that just wrack the customer down the assembly line of the moving process.

We had a great experience with Bailey's. They checked in to make sure we had what we needed, and they responded to my questions quickly. The movers were fast, thorough and careful. I'd definitely use them again.

Don't let these people near your home. After retiring from the military, this company was selected by TMM to pack our home and store everything for about 4 months. During the packing process, it was obvious that the three young men representing this company had no idea what they were doing. One of them attempted to move our triple dresser and night stand down 3 flights of stairs alone on a dolly. The result was our furniture falling off the dolly and being damaged. We should have just called their home office and put a stop to it right then and there. Once we received our furniture in September, it was worse than expected. Every piece of our bedroom set except for one night stand was damaged. Chips, scratches, and pieces were missing from the wood. This bedroom set cost $5,000 in 2012 and was brand new from American Furniture Warehouse, including the king mattress and box springs which were black and cannot be cleaned. They never bothered to put it in a mattress box. The packers/movers wrote down codes on their paper saying our mattresses were "soiled" and "dirty" which was not true. The king bed was barely 2 years old. In addition to this nightmare, they "lost" our queen bed and box spring. I really hope the individual who store our bed is really enjoying it. Only the rails to the bed were delivered. They told us that they are not liable for the missing bed. We never even received a return call to let us know one way or the other, just received a check in the mail today for $1,050 as a final settlement for the entire ordeal. We replaced the queen mattress and box spring for a total of $986, leaving us a whopping $64 to have our furniture refinished, replace a vacuum cleaner, buy new glassware that they broke, and buy a new DVD player that was dented and has no open/close button. We are extremely disappointed and find this company deplorable. I hope no one ever has to go through having almost every single thing they own damaged by careless, inexperienced people that don't care at all about their customers.

The WORST experience we have ever had moving. I am hospitalized therefore I couldn't help my husband with oversight. For all intents and purposes he is a single parent of our 2 yr old while I'm Hospitalized. First they showed up a day late, and always showed up hours after they were supposed to be there to start on the says they did come. Our final packing day was Thursday...it is Saturday and still no one has shown up. They wanted to york past 1730 way into the night, completely disregarding my husband had our son to pick up from daycare then he had to take off from work-unacceptable. We close on our house MONDAY and the house is STILL not packed up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They over book and leave you hanging

Worst military move yet. First off, the packers were understaffed and inexperienced. Second day on the job for one, a only a few weeks for the so-called "Foreman". It took them over 11 hours just to pack and they didn't inventory more than 9 boxes! They forgot the wardrobe bars, so they folded our hang up clothes and "placed them neatly in boxes with paper in between". Not how it looked when we opened them! My husband's military uniforms were stuffed in a 4.5 box, labelled pro gear and are completely wrinkled! Lucky we even found them. This was not the only box missed labelled...we found all kinds of baby gear and board games labelled "Holiday Decor". Very frustrating and made unpacking terribly slow and disorganized. They also left random things just sitting in each room- a lamp shade, a box of wedding keepsakes, the humdifier, etc. This stuff ended up in a random box, and just thrown on the truck the 2nd day. Now fast forward to the second day, the loading guys show up from Bailey's. We asked repeatedly for them to put certain things on the high value inventory list. Our video camera never made it on the HV list, nor did it make it on the inventory list. We received the original box it was packed in...but lo and behold, the camera was gone. How can we claim that since it wasn't on the inventory list? Also, they were TERRIBLE about putting parts in the parts box or just keeping the parts with the original item. We went around the house later, picking up random pins and screws to try and figure out where they belonged later! They used OUR personal dollie to load stuff onto the stuff, and then, again, didn't put it on the inventory list. So, it never showed up at our house! They were so frazzled and rushed by the end of the 2nd 11+ hour day, they were just trying to get out of there. There was no time to check for every little thing on the inventory list and now we are missing a HD video camera, a dollie, and countless little things. The people were generally polite and friendly, but you could tell it was first time on the job for so many of them. The workers were frustrated to be so understaffed. Just gonna say it again, worst move yet!

STOLEN ITEMS!!! Missing my guitar, tools, sporting equipment and more which they never wrote on the inventory sheets so I can't prove they took it. Brand new top load washer looked as if a bus hit it. Newborn daughter's new furniture that I assembled was scratched and dented REAL BAD. They wrote the condition of everything was DAMAGED to take the heat off of them when we made a claim.
