Colorado Springs Reviews for Bailey's Moving & Storage

Awesome experience with Bailey’s. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and attention to detail.

Vivian was great! super nice and helpful. Thank you!

Very disappointing. one mover kept cornering my wife in various rooms, another vomited all over the bathroom and didn't clean it. Despite taking out full insurance which we did bc we have very expensive furniture, they refused to pay for almost all of the damage. Nice folks and very personable but just move on and find another mover.

Tim and Liz were very fast, efficient, and kind!

Great service and awesome people to work with

Our furniture arrived in a timely manner. The movers were pleasant, respectful, and efficient. Everything arrived without any issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

Baileys was awesome. Vivian kept us informed. Frank the driver was so helpful and made us feel at ease Considering much of our move was glassware, there was NOT EVEN ONE BREAKAGE! The quoted price is what we paid. When you need a mover call Baileys, you won't be sorry.

Tim and Liz were a great team. They worked very efficiently and were very helpful.

Chris Orr and Chris Holder did a fantastic job at loading my truck for my trip to FL. I couldn’t have asked for two more capable, strong, kind young men than these two. They were efficient, capable, strong, organized, informative and very conscientious. You can hands down count on them to do a fabulous job for you! You will be so thankful if these two show up at your door!

Packing services- Tim, Liz and Chris were excellent!

I recently used Bailey's Moving and Storage for a full‑house move from Minden, NV to Colorado Springs, CO, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled our belongings with real care. Communication throughout the process was excellent — every step was clearly explained, and they kept me updated during the long haul. What stood out most was their professionalism. They protected the floors, wrapped furniture properly and appropriately, and loaded the truck with precision. Nothing arrived damaged, and they were just as attentive during unloading as they were during packing. Moving across states is stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. I would confidently recommend them to anyone planning a long‑distance move.

Overall pretty disappointed with our move. The extra packing job we paid for was done really sloppily. My nice things like leather boots and shoes were just thrown into big boxes carelessly with heavy items put in on top of them, so everything came out smooshed and creased. When our truckload arrived, the majority of our boxes were crushed, which is very unsettling to see. Quite a bit of damage to our furniture. The process of claiming the damage has been unclear and frustrating. The communication, which was top notch before our move, has really taken a nosedive after the move.

Great work completed by Tim, Jarrett, Liz, Joe, and Jose. The team came in and professionally handled our household goods. Company was also very communicative and responsive throughout the process.

I was referred to Connor Spornak by my long time trusted realtor and personal friend, who didn’t steer me wrong. Connor was very responsive through the entire process from the beginning video call in December 2025 to final delivery in March 2026 for our 1800+ mile cross-country move from central Florida to Colorado. We made multiple weight adjustments to control cost and Connor was very patient in explaining the options while noteably coming in lower than the other competing quote. I also interacted with his assistant, Megan, who was a delight to work with as well. In contrast with our previous moving company experience in 2020, we used another national moving company and had several damaged furniture pieces involving their claims process along with an unexplainable lost sectional in one of their warehouses. But not this time. All the contents Bailey’s transported were well cared for and were delivered on schedule without a single incident. I have nothing but praise and I would highly recommend Connor and the Baileys Moving and Storage team!

Tim, Meygan, Jose, and Liz were so amazing! They packed the stuff pretty quickly but asked lots of questions and made sure our stuff was taken care of. I wish they could do all of our moves!!! Deb was the person who we spoke to on the phone, she was so accommodating and helpful as well. Highly recommend this team!

We used Bailey’s to load our moving truck. The entire team went above and beyond to make our loading day a success. Each mover was kind and treated our things with such respect. While their job was strenuous, they were always upbeat and positive. They worked endlessly and strategically to pack the truck. We were so impressed how quickly 3 men loaded! Larkin and Conner exceeded our expectations by showing up the next day to finish loading things that didn’t fit on the first truck. The estimated time was spot on and the pricing was incredibly fair for the work they did. We wish we could take them with us to our next destination! Thank you for such a great moving experience!

Great experience. First time here went without any problems. Was able to drop my trailer. Go get my windshield changed. Get back and still get loaded 15 minutes to load. Awesome!.... Forklift operators. Amazing office personnel. What can I say? Top notch very professional...

We had a schedule that we needed to keep, and Bailey's Moving not only met our schedule but exceeded it! If we are ever going to move again, we will use Bailey's. I will recommend them to everyone!

We were packed out by Vince and his crew: Paiton, Timmy, Steven,Chris, Joe, David. What a fantastic group of guys! Very professional, efficient and FAST! Highly recommend Bayley’s for all your moving needs!!

Tim and Meggan did an amazing job of packing everything up, and there was a LOT to pack. Due to a short notice relocation, there was very little time to prepare. They came in an has the entire house done by the end of the day. The entire kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, etc, was left as is and they came in and worked amazingly hard all day long. I give them a lot of credit, they really hit a home run for us!!
