Baileys did an outstanding job of moving our equipment to our new warehouse location. They made the process simple and painless for my entire team. We could not have made the move without Baileys. Dana and her teams made everything flow smoothly. Dana keep her team moving and on track. Dana is an absolute superstar.
I’ve moved 5 times in the last 8 years because of my job, and this was by far my best experience with movers. Jay and Chris made my moving experience very pleasant. They packed everything in my storage unit with my convenience in mind so I can access everything I need easily. They took great care of my items and did not damage anything. Great workers, very professional, and I actually had fun during my move.
Conner was excellent. The movers that came to Salida were efficient and pleasant and went out of their way to help us through this difficult and stressful period.
Jay, Najee, and Juan were very quick and efficient with the unloading of my items. They made the experience very easy for me

Bailey’s of Colorado Springs was AMAZING! Jay, Rich, and Todd were hands down the best moving crew we have ever had!! Aside from doing their job impeccably; they were so kind, professional, and genuinely hilarious! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

My experience with this company had no positivity that I can write about. I understand that no one will care about my items like I would myself, but it is appalling how little care and effort was put into taking care of my belongings. Items were broken that cannot be replaced, even after I specifically stated that certain items needed to be handled in a certain way (I was unable to hand carry these items due to the nature of the move). Additionally, breakable items were not wrapped, furniture was not wrapped, some boxes were not labeled. Beyond the packing issues, the movers sent were not professional, to include arguing on site and expressing that they did not want to pack. They arrived late and not enough packers were sent originally, which resulted in backup being sent later in the day and 5 packers chaotically moving around my small apartment. My apartment was also damaged and it took many phone calls to be put in touch with someone to submit a claim, who was also difficult to get a response from and was not local. I have moved numerous times and have seen it done right, and this was not one of those companies.
We scheduled an in person estimate and Conner came to our place to go over everything we planned on taking with us. He even went with me to our storage units to take a look at what was in there. We ended up going a different route for our move, but the experience was great and I was very impressed with Connor and the way Bailey's does business.
Damon and Lola packed for me today. What a pleasant experience! They were courteous, efficient and professional. They bent over backward to prepare me for the movers tomorrow. I highly recommend them to you! Next day: The movers and truck arrived on time. What a pleasant hard-working group of men! Everyone worked efficiently and fast. The movers were helpful and polite. 4 days later: The driver pulled up in front of my new residence on time. A few minutes later the movers arrived to unpack. Again, they were polite and helpful and moved rapidly to unload the truck and place my furniture and boxes where I wanted them. They finished in record time all while asking if there was anything they could do to help me, If I picked up a box one of them would insist on carrying it for me. I rate their service A+. I highly recommend Bailey’s!

Bailey’s was very professional, friendly, empathic to my concerns and needs, and very responsive when I asked questions. The packers did a great job although it’s my opinion that boxes could be labeled better listing more items in each box, especially the kitchen boxes. The coffee mugs ended up being in a box with decorative items in a box labeled living room. The only other suggestion would be to mark packing that has items wrapped up. For instance, I was looking for power cords for the computer and printer so I started going back through all the wadded up paper and found them wrapped up in the box the printer had been in. It looked just like all the other paper waded up as padding. However, nothing was broken which was my biggest concern. The loaders were very careful with everything, especially the piano. They had a challenge considering the steep gravel driveway and having to shuttle to the truck but while one load was being transferred, there were always two to three guys staging more items for the next load. The unloaders did a great job getting everything off the truck and placed where I directed them as well as putting things back together. Dispatch was very understanding when there was a huge snag in the house closing process and was able to get my belongings to me within a reasonable timeframe when I was finally able to get closed.
Tim, Damon and Keith are awesome. They were very fast and careful with everything. They always asked where something went if there was any uncertainty. If they are coming to your house, expect the best

Sloppy and careless packing job which led to NUMEROUS broken and damaged items so I'll be filing several claims. Some of the delicate items were just jammed into boxes with no regard to trying to protect them at all. Even the clothing, which you think would be an easy part of the job, was just carelessly jammed into over-packed boxes so it arrived looking like it was dragged behind a freight train.This move was a complete disaster and I am sorry I ever considered using this company.

Bailey's Moving &Storage were amazing. They did my initial pack for HHG to Korea. Julius, Carter and James were very professional and packed all my things as if it was theirs and they didn't want anything to break. Thanks again gentlemen! Also, I messed up on weight from Unaccompanied Baggage and Baileys came back out 2 days later without issue to pack the remainder of what UB wouldn't take. Again, thanks for all the great work.
The move from Colorado to Georgia was a tough one, but the folks working with me at Bailey’s made that piece easier. They were fast and efficient in the packing up and delivering of my furniture and belongings. Ruben was the driver at pickup and delivery. He was respectful and went out of his way to be sure everything was right.
