Damon and James W. were great!!Very professional and did an excellent job packing us up for an overseas move. Would love to have this crew pack us out anytime and definitely recommended. Hopefully manager Mark Slater sees this and gives Damon and James W. some kudos.
Julius, Nick and Tim delivered our nearly 8200lb military move with care and attention. Completed the job efficiently in less than 6 hours time while navigating our newly built home which included 2 small children and a large dog and a puppy moving about. No damage to home or property.
I am a physician who unfortunately was a recent customer of Bailey's. This review will be brief as it has been a painstaking move being involved with this company. There has been lack of professionalism, coordination, lack of communication, and worst of all significant loss neglect and damage to personal property that we have always maintained in meticulous condition. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere immediately. Connor Spornak is the best part of the transaction, however, trust me, things deteriorate rapidly once Connor puts things in motion. I can cite numerous tragic examples, however, suffice it to say that dining room furniture, mattresses, and other high value items were received by the Allied company in Florida unwrapped and unpadded. Many of our items had black boot footprints on them.The vast majority of damage and neglect was clearly avoidable. It feels as if we paid an ungodly fortune to have our personal property abused, lost, and neglected. Parts and boxes were not found and the receiving company left most of our items unassembled as a result. If you want a company that will handle your goods as if they were its own look elsewhere immediately. You will suffer with this company Don't be fooled. One year later and we still are missing many important items. It will save you deep heartache and distress.
We just had the pleasure of having Travis, Tim, Steve come and move all our stuff input. They where great. Extremely helpful fun to interact with. Would recommend them to anyone. Over all we are very happy with the work they did.
This is a ZERO star! For starters, let me tell your future customers that you charged our family of three $38,595.14 to move from Salida Co to Galena MO. That is a clear indication of a rip off! Second, every single box you packed that we paid you for in our garage was UNMARKED, including the glass shelf that was only wrapped in paper and shattered into a million pieces! Our garage is in our living room and my clothes are in the garage! The movers that met us on the Missouri side from Allied could NOT have been more incompetent, 36 boxes, many heavy boxes, were placed in the WRONG rooms (from T.V’s, to pictures to wardrobe boxes). Most of those men were kind but not professional movers and they were not thrilled to be working Father’s Day and I can’t say I blamed them! Third, we were warned we were signing a contract when Connor Spornak came to our house to add the $38+ total. He did not tell us that that contact only applied to us, not Bailey Movers! We are still missing part of our move which has been sitting in Bailey moving storage for the last 13 days! Forth, our boxes were handled so carelessly, a handful of valuables broke and we haven’t opened many others yet. But of course, according to Mr. Spornak that was only because we wrapped them wrong! Really? Fifth, the boxes you did label were with the wrong last name! Connor Spornak, your attitude was very cavalier when we shared our complaints with you. Expect a complaint filed with the BBB, the office for Americans with Disabilities and Allied! I would strongly warn others to look for another company!
I’m moving cross the country from Colorado to Connecticut Bailey’s did great job with the whole move. The process was so smooth. Conor did great job with the Survey, Dana and curter did amazing job with packing and finally Chris and fenton were amazing and very efficient with loading and moving.
I have not moved interstate in 30 years, I found the cost very expensive but comparable to other movers I researched. I was told that Baileys charges $150/special box for your TVs, I then purchased TV boxes from Loews for #20 and turns out the packers put my TVs in with my pictures etc. so I think that needs clarification with your sales personnel. The packers were very professional and while I am not totally unpacked I have not found any damage to my goods. At both ends of the move, Frank the driver and his crew were excellent. There was a misunderstanding, maybe my fault, that what was removed from storage in Co. Spgs, would go into storage in Palm Bay, as a consequence items were confused and things came to my apt, that should have gone to storage but it all worked out in the end. I would suggest boxes with handles, makes it easier on the owner who has to unpack. I was pleased with the condition of my car when it arrived but communication relative to that was a bit spotty whereas Frank kept me updated on the arrival of my furniture. All the people I spoke to from Baileys were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company but most sincerely hope I never have to move cross country ever again. Sherry Toepfer

Jay, the lead, was the best. He was professional and made the move easy and pleasant! Shawn and Diana, his helpers, were awesome also. I would highly recommend this company. This is a totally different experience than we had with our last disastrous move with Johnson Movers.
We had a very good move experience. Our agent Connor did a wonderful job getting us setup for the move and helped with many questions and changes along the way. The van driver and crews at both ends were great. Very friendly and helpful. We had a slight misunderstanding about the timing of the delivery, but that all worked out in the end. Thank you.
Bailey’s Moving & Storage did a great job with our recent move. They picked up our household goods on the day scheduled. From the office people and Connor S keeping us informed; to the crew, Tim D, Lamante B, Aidan, Jacob H and David M, who did a great job of wrapping furniture and loading everything efficiently. Julius and jay were my movers. They were extremely nice and helpful. I overslept the meeting time and they still waited for me. They were polite and answered all of my questions and made this experience really easy. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I will always go with these guys.
I had a very short notice retirement from the military and Baileys was the company that called to set us up for our move from Colorado to North Carolina. They were very responsive, on time, extremely professional, and courteous. They definitely put our minds at ease throughout the entire move and we had zero question that our household goods were in good hands being packed up and stored. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and asked if they had any questions regarding what was being packed or what was staying. Also, they were very respectful that we had two young kids and made sure we were comfortable by leaving certain furniture until the last minute so we had places to sit and sleep. HUGE shout out to everyone on the crews over three days, Damon, Tim, Cristian, Raysean, Andrew, and Jaden. Thank you guys SO much for everything!
I just received my stuff in Germany that was packed up months ago by a team from Bailey’s Moving & Storage. Everything was coming off the truck nicely. The last two crates were horrible, everything was just thrown in there and my stuff was ruined. My kid’s dresser, the bottom drawer was cracked, the mirror was packed with little paper and was shattered in the box. The master room headboard was scratched. Boxes were shoved in there and were smashed some of the decor that was packed inside those boxes are broken. I have not un boxes everything yet, however, I will be filing a claim. This is unacceptable.
