Colorado Springs Reviews for Bailey's Moving & Storage

Jay, James S, James W and Aiden from Bailey's Moving & Storage were our moving crew. They were very professional, showed up on time, quickly unloaded all of our stuff and very carefully placed it where it belonged. I would like to thank them for the work they have done and highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with moving.

Best Company in Colorado to move, no matter if you are coming into the state.

Everything went well . People were friendly and helpful. There was a time I had trouble getting responses back for questions I had. But it got better . Everything was there when it came to our new house. I haven't opened everything yet, but so far everything is ok.

I had an incredible experience with the workers of Bailey’s moving and storage. First of all, the packers James Watters and Lamonte Brownlee went above and beyond to ensure my goods traveling overseas were carefully packed and inventoried. From start to finish I knew that my belongings were safe. Secondly, the movers (Julius, Cristian and Tyree) showed up exactly on time and loaded all of my packed possessions quickly, efficiently, and with care. I was really impressed, especially after the terrible experience I had with a separate company that was moving a separate part of my household goods to a different location. It was a night and day difference in both the quality of work, professionalism, and experience. This review hopefully highlights the caliber of employees that Baileys has, let alone my satisfaction with the company.

I was relocating out of state. Gave a reasonable quote and was able to get me moved in a quick turnaround. The driver Arnold and his helpers were great. My items came and they even went above and beyond to help me get my bed set and dining table reassembled. Vivian and Connor were also great very responsive and helpful throughout the process and checking in on me to make sure the move went smooth. I would use them again and recommend them others.

Julius and Aiden where both great movers. Professional and courteous. Company good at keeping you updated on times.

Tim, Carter, and Jaden unloaded our household goods from Germany and they were so kind and polite and handled all of our stuff with care. They were quick and great to talk to and just all around the best moving crew I have ever used. They put together what I needed and hauled away all the moving trash and left it just as clean as when they arrived. I would absolutely use them again for any moving needs. They made what normally is a stressful situation very calm and very easy. Thank you for being such a great crew! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience with my military goods delivery with Bailey’s; the best in 5 moves. Tim D and Adrian H were an awesome team and got my delivery done in no time!

Today I had Julius, Aiden, and Tyree deliver my household goods that were shipped from Korea. The team arrived this morning and from the initial contact to their departure the trio were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. My property was handled with care and as if my goods were their own. They took care to ensure my house was prepared to help eliminate and prevent any damage and this move was performed flawlessly. When all my boxes were taken off the truck and delivered inside Julius inquired as to what items needed to be reassembled. I outlined what was needed and the team went about assembling those items that were picked out. All paperwork was handled and finished properly. I have made nearly two dozen moves in my adult life, and more as a child of a service member and I can say that this move from packing in Korea to delivery here in Colorado Springs has been one of the best from start to finish. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Allied and Bailey's out of Colorado Springs for our move from Buena Vista, CO to Asheville, NC. We worked with Connor and Vivian at Allied to get the move scheduled and they were incredibly thorough and responsive as we moved through the contract and scheduling. We even had to reschedule our set move and Connor was incredibly accommodating. Additionally, they were the most cost reasonable company we found in our area! Bailey's showed up on schedule and the lead packer Tim D was FANTASTIC. He worked with two other men- Adrian H and Todd- and they were also really wonderful. Tim was incredibly knowledgable about packing and moving and the team worked efficiently without a single issue. They were incredibly professional and friendly at the same time. I wish Tim could be in charge of every single move I've ever had because he really is a fantastic human being who really knows what he is doing. We felt incredibly taken care of on packing day and even received a call from Vivian during the pack up to see how everything was going. We would 100% recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage out of Colorado Springs and definitely recommend Tim P to be your lead!

They had 3 guys move 7k lbs of hhg into my home and storage. It took the men approximately 4 hours to move everything out of the trucks. They were punctual, very professional, and respectful. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The 3 guys that helped me out were James S, Aiden B, and Damon E. These guys made Bailey's moving and storage company look good.

This is by far the BEST moving company I have ever worked with! I have used Allied and a few other moving companies over the years and all I can say is the level of service professionalism and responsiveness has been nothing short of exceptional especially by Vivian Roos and Lisa. My mother has shipped some cherished items from Colorado Springs to me which I will be receiving next Wednesday here in Georgia, through this entire process thus far both Vivian Roos and Lisa have been there for both my mom and myself. If anyone in Colorado Springs is looking for a superior moving company I would highly recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage for that white glove touch and personal touch service! Stephanie Shyne

We had a great experience with Jay, Caleb, Nick, Henry, Dennis, and Tim delivering our crates from Germany. Couldn't have asked for a better crew! Highly recommend this company.

Our move out of Colorado Springs was excellent. Connor our sales representative was very professional and thorough. Vivian, covered every detail with us and ensured we were taken care of. Julius and Todd, our movers, we’re fast, kind, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this moving company. Rose / Lisa

Connor our estimator was professional and friendly. Most impressed.

This is my second time utilizing this company. All of them were professional and accomplished their tasks. The movers were courteous and always doubled checked the items they are taking with you. Will recommend to others. Also, as consideration to others please wear a mask or some type of face covering especially if you’re coming to someone’s residence. My job requires that I am only authorized to be around those in close contact that follow COVID-19 protocols. The first group had masks and this group did not. Just a recommendation.

This company is top notch for my local move! Connor my salesman, came out and did our estimate and the face of Bailey’s, very presentable young man which is why we chose Bailey’s. My wonderful, knowledgeable coordinator, Vivian kept in constant contact with my wife and I during the entirety of my move from start to finish. She answered every email with questions we had regarding our move. My packers, Dana and Ellie were quick, respectful and packed with care. The gentlemen that emptied my house out had a vey positive attitude, James, tyree, and Jacob were fantastic despite the heat they were also quick with the delivery side as well! Not a thing was damaged! Bailey’s has a wonderful and professional team of people and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Best experience of moving, period. From start to seeing the truck pull away from our house in Colorado they were professionals. Relocation consultant - Connor Spornak walked us through the moving process with no stone left unturned from packing to costs. Jay, Todd and Adrian loaded with amazing speed and experience and made sure each piece of furniture was carefully packed and loaded- very hard working men, pure seasoned loaders who know their job. Cindy was a kind, helpful voice to answer any question. Bailey's will be my choice if I ever move again.

Dana, Margo and Ellie were spectacular. They communicated and listened very well and took great care of our family move.

Our second move using Bailey's went just as smoothly as the first one did. From the estimator (Conor) to the job coordinator (Vivian) to the loading/unloading crew, everyone did a great job. They were friendly, professional, efficient and careful with our possessions, just as you would want. We had packed some items and organized well, so the job took about 25% less time than estimated and our invoice was reduced accordingly from the original estimate/quote. We would highly recommend both this crew and Bailey's to other potential customers.

Hard working, timely, efficient, and so friendly. Thank you Julius and James W. for all the help.
