I just want to mention by name the team that made my move fabulous. They are Jomayne, Desmond, and Shayden. These boys were kind and courteous from the get go. They were positive even though I had some really heavy furniture. They are super strong! I also want to give a shout out to Vivian and Connor. With their guidance, everything went smoothly. They let me know what to expect from the move, and the best part is that they will be with me all the way to the end. I recommend Bailey's Moving and storage in Colorado Springs without reservation.

Bailey's started out to be someone we thought we could trust with our possessions. They have proved to us that is not the case. We had numerous items broken beyond repair. When we contacted them and filled out the forms regarding the many items, we were ignored. Our phone calls have been ignored as well as they are playing "pass the buck". When we finally talked to someone named Judy, she was rude and very condescending. She told us the items were not worth enough for them to replace. We lost dishes, cookware, an antique mirror as well as numerous other items. Some of the items were broken in front of our house when the movers dropped them on the street. We referred someone to them and they stated we would get a referral fee, which has never happened. Basically, once they get your money, the customer service ends.

Did a great job. Vince and Steven were professional and courteous and handle my move with ease.

Miller & Steven were incredibly pro & kind humans. They took great care of my things & were extremely accommodating. Cannot recommend enough. Moving from Colorado to California & they were exacting to every detail.

Baileys made our move from Denver CO to Tampa FL extremely stress free. They were organized in all aspects of the move, very professional in both sides of the move, and fair priced. I would recommend Baileys to anyone preparing for a move in the future. Organized and extremely professional in managing our move.

Moving is stressful whether short or long distance. However, my recent Aurora to neighboring town move was made seamless by the team at Bailey’s. At each contact they were reassuring, professional and accurate. From affordable quote to execution of move they were spot on. There were no surprises. I greatly appreciated that and the care they took to ensure all arrived safe and sound. If you are looking to move and want a straight forward and secure experience, call Bailey’s. They were great. Norm was spot on from walk through to quote to charge. There were no surprises. Everything was explained along the way and questions answered. Not his first rodeo-Norm was great.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Vince, Des, and Steven were the guys who helped pack my things up into the truck and they did a great job and were quick! I have not had the opportunity with this company to drop things off yet, but will update once that happens! For now, everything was smooth and a breeze! They were definitely very helpful as it was my first time ever moving!

I just moved from COS to Missouri and used Bailey’s Moving to make the move. From the beginning, Bailey’s made the move easy and as stress-free as moving can be. Connor was my Sales Rep but he stayed involved during the entire process. Vivian was my coordinator and kept in contact with me even after I received my shipment. She navigated the process and made sure no hiccups occurred. My CO movers had great attitudes and took great care of my stuff. My Semi Driver, Michael, managed the moving staff, Ann’s worked his tail off on both the loading & packing side of the move but also on the receiving end. He must be a master at Tetris as the truck was loaded perfectly, nothing shifted and I don’t think you could have fit anything else on the truck if you tried. On the receiving end, not only were things received without damage, but the crew listened to me, put things in rooms as directed, and set furniture in the correct spots, but they worked as a team, great attitudes and all 5 were hard workers. While I hope I never move again, if I do, I wish Bailey’s would be available here as I can’t imagine the process being any easier. I highly recommend you use Bailey’s in Colorado Springs as I don’t think you will be disappointed

Postives: Did the move, met the deadlines, many boxes packed really well, go the stuff where it needed to go, they gave me a discount it appears due to the car pick up issues, the crew were nice to work with. Negatives: Sales person Garrett messed up the move date and time line and staff didn't catch it, poor communication and coordination with staff members, some furniture was packed in a way that caused damage in transport especially with the legs of furniture, one guy simply put glass things in a box without wrapping carefully and things broke, some things turned up missing likely when the big truck unloaded on to the smaller ones, there was a lot of subcontractors vs them handling the move adding more problems, the sub contractors tried to cover up broken items by putting them in first in the back of storage unit where we were loading in.

This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — moving or otherwise. I went with Bailey’s because a family friend knew someone who worked there which proved to be a big mistake. From the first interaction to the last, this company proved to be shady, careless, and completely unprofessional. The driver and movers were rude, pushy, and constantly tried to squeeze more money out of me — asking for extra cash, tips, even sending their Venmo accounts via text message after the move. They wouldn’t stop texting me. It was completely inappropriate. When my stuff finally arrived in Denver, it was DESTROYED. Nearly all my furniture was in awful condition. The driver even admitted to ruining some of it and then asked me not to file a claim and instead offered to send me money through Venmo. Sketchy doesn’t even begin to cover it. To top it off, even though reassembling my bed was included in the huge amount of money I paid for the move, the driver refused to do it, then lied about it to customer service to cover themselves. When I called Bailey’s to get assistance with getting these issues and concerns addressed, they told me that all of this was “not their problem” and provided me with the customer service line to Allied, where I’ve been stuck going in circles ever since. I have zero hope that any of my issues or concerns will be addressed or corrected. Let me be absolutely clear: Bailey’s is a joke. They don’t care about your belongings, they don’t care about doing the job right, and they definitely don’t care about doing the right thing when their employees they hired do something wrong. Once they get your money, you’re on your own. If you want your furniture destroyed, to be harassed by shady movers, and to deal with a company that ghosts you when everything goes wrong — then congratulations, this is the company for you. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY.

Salesman was great; items were packed very well; boxes only vaguely identified; shipment coordination-SLOW-we had to push for information; truck had mechanical problems delivered 2days after delivery window. Not our best move.

Meggan and Time were excellent packers and showed up on time. Would use again when needed.

Worst Moving Experience – Extensive Damage & Poor Handling We recently used Bailey’s for our final move in the Army, and it was by far the most disappointing moving experience we’ve ever had. Nearly every step of the process was careless and unprofessional. Many of our items arrived broken, scratched, or completely destroyed — including irreplaceable family photos and sentimental items. Boxes were packed haphazardly with random items thrown together, fragile belongings had no padding, and several boxes had clear water damage and even mold. I would never recommend them. We have 7,000 in damage.

We are moving out of state and had the packers for two days (large 4 bed, 4 car tandem garage, basement, office, loft) and movers for one day. Since we are military family we have had several out of state moves and I remember all my past experiences with prior moves as unpleasant and difficult. Like going to get your braces tightened at the orthodontist. Bailey’s has been the most organized by far, not without hiccups but those hiccups have been handled quickly and professionally. And I’ve had far more hiccups/problems with other companies. I think this company really values our time as clients and has treated us, our home, and our possessions with respect. I have to shout out Tim and Megan who have been utmost professionals and packed our stuff with care. I’ll update this review with the rest of my experience as they are holding onto our stuff in long term storage until we find a house.

Jack, Alex, Tim, Dante, and Nicolas did a great job packing up my furniture for a long term storage move. They were extra careful with my high value items and I appreciate their attention to detail. Everyone worked hard the entire time. The walls got a little scuffed when they moved the couch, but they are going to be working with me on a solution for that. Professional team and I would use them again.

Vivian Roos (Colorado Springs) was unbelievably helpful, and in a world where she deals with hundreds of customers, she made me sure to communicate with me and walk me through any problems.
