Bailey’s did a fantastic job. From the walk-through estimate to pick up to delivery, no complaints whatsoever.
Team was friendly and cooperative, carefully numbered and packed everything, but at nearly last item, passing the couch through the front door left several scratches on the door that will need repair/staining.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Ms. Deb made scheduling a breeze, communicating clearly and accommodating a few last-minute changes without any hassle. The movers, Jack, Joe, Trey, and Connor were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond by stopping at two separate locations. They handled everything with care and efficiency, and their teamwork made a stressful day feel easy. I couldn’t be more impressed with their flexibility, courtesy, and overall professionalism. I’m looking forward to working with them when I return. Highly recommend!

This was, quite simply, the best move we've ever experienced. Everyone from the estimator, to the packing and loading crew, to the driver were extremely professional and ensured that our household goods were handled with care, and that the whole transaction was completed with a minimum of drama. Communication was outstanding - my special requests and supplemental questions were always answered promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they're terrific.
Baileys moving and storage in Colorado Springs did a great job of delivering my things to my home the day I requested. Deb in the office did a great job communicating with me on slight delays that came up. The guys that delivered my things (Jomayne B. and Monta S.) were very professional they handled all of my things like it was there's and constantly communicated with me to know exactly where I wanted things and even how I wanted things put together, also very understanding with my children running all around them while they worked. Would hire those two by name for every move.
They quoted me $1700 to move from Colorado Springs to Denver. When I’ve called around and at least 10 other movers charge me 550 to 650.
Steven and his crew were absolutely fantastic in packing and loading our household goods for our overseas move. They were professional, efficient, and handled our belongings with great care. Their hard work and attention to detail made the process seamless and stress-free. Our moving experience so far has been great, and we truly appreciated their efforts. I’m giving this company five stars without hesitation for their service back in November 2024. When I was getting out of the military, the process was a mess, not because of the moving company, but because the military completely dropped the ball. They have a system where you’re supposed to go through them to set up your move, but after nearly a month of back-and-forth, nothing was scheduled. On top of that, the military never even told me the correct process for setting up my move. I kept getting the wrong information and was repeatedly given the wrong phone numbers for the military personnel handling the release of my belongings from non-temporary storage. Frustrated, I decided to call the moving company directly. I explained my situation, including the fact that my snow tires were in storage and I needed them before a big snowstorm in Colorado. They immediately understood and went out of their way to help. Within three days, they had delivered my belongings just in time before the storm. Russ and Travis were professional, efficient, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This company went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service.
James, Brian, Connor and Vivienne were exceptional, professional, and right on time. Connor did the assessment and estimate, he was extremely polite, professional and informative. Vivienne coordinated my move, she was intuitive and adaptive to immediate situations, always on top of things. Connor and Vivienne never left me wondering or wanting for a follow up. James was the driver. He was punctual, easy to work with and flexible. He was also very thorough with the inventory on both ends of my move. This company impressed me with their teamwork and efficiency. Brian did a stellar job and took great care of my things. He made quick work of difficult tasks. This team tracked all the hardware and performed assembly/dissassembly on both ends. Nothing lost, nothing damaged. No hidden fees or gotchas, and very flexible with my specific needs. Just out here doing good business and making it look easy. These folks delivered the perfect moving experience, worth every dime.
We had an excellent experience moving our stored furniture into our home following a horrible experience with another company that put the furniture into our lower level for storage. We highly recommend the crew of Steven, JoMayne, and Beau from Bailey’s Moving and Storage. They were efficient and respectful of our home and property.
I was so grateful to have Bailey's as a mover. James, Casly, Beau, and Jomayne did a fantastic job and were incredibly friendly and professional. They even added a bunch of extra items at the end and made sure to clean up when they left. Thank you for making my move less stressful and for getting us settled into our new home!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They broke a practically new dresser that was thousands of dollars and are refusing to pay to replace it, even though we paid hundreds extra to buy their "insurance" on our items. Not only that, but they dented multiple other items and almost put shelf poles into our brand new oven. This has been my most stressful moving experience and continues to be a nightmare weeks later, as I fight to get money to replace my broken furniture.
Steven, James, Travis, and Tim did a wonderful job packing all of my household goods. I am confident that their attention to my property will keep it safe for the several years it is in storage. They were quick and efficient even with some of their colleges out sick. Super personable and easily my best experience with a government move.
I would provide zero stars if allowed. The staff broke multiple items, the salesman extorted us for additional insurance to cover damages or replacements. The damages are in the thousands and they refuse to acknowledge the issue and provide replacement costs. They are uncooperative, unprofessional, and you would do better working with any other company.
Beware. I used Bailey’s this summer for a cross-country move (CO to MA). Bailey’s has good front-end customer service, packing and loading, but their contractors for the actual move across the country damaged EVERYTHING I paid to move. Lost boxes, were completely unprofessional jerks at delivery. Tried to steal and hide the claims forms from me, tried to convince me that I didn’t need claims forms to report damage. They completely crushed two pieces of furniture, one of which they feebly attempted to repair so I wouldn’t notice. Just look at the picture below. I’m furious.
Tim and Josh were professional, detailed and friendly. They constantly checked with us on packing so everything was what we wanted. Made everything go smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
