My husband and I are a retired military family. We just moved to Monument at the end of September. We had an amazing experience with our movers. The men that helped us were so wonderful and amazing! They were professional, patient, hard working, kind and lots of fun to be around. Steven, James, Casey & Jacob treated our stuff with respect and were so careful with our boxes and furniture. They went out of their way to help us. Thank you all so much! My husband and I have moved over 20 times and YOU ALL were the best movers we have ever had!
The whole company was a pleasure deal with. Our salesman Conner kept us us informed, Vivian in the office helped us reschedule after a 24” snow storm brought the area to a halt and Reece and his crew worked hard on getting a truck up a snowy road to load us. I would definitely recommend them.
Bailey's Moving was fantastic!! We had been waiting a long time for our shipment to arrive at Bailey's and as soon as it arrived Deb called me right away and had me scheduled for delivery the same day. The two gentlemen, I feel terrible I can't remember their names, were professional and courteous. They did an amazing job getting everything in safety and where it needed to go. Wonderful, wonderful service!!!! Thank you!!!

Great service, quick, conscientious, clean and respectful and they showed up early to pick up and drop off which was nice! Russ and James were very nice to work with.

While a bit understaffed, the movers were extremely courteous - even got my four poster bed setup nicely (it’s a hard set up)!
They destroyed over $28,000.OO of my furniture and I received a $1,500.00 check. That doesn't even cover what we had to pay JUST TO MOVE THE piano with other movers, after we already paid them extra to move it properly. They stole our 1k Steinway piano board and damaged the piano by throwing in in a truck with no care whatsoever. They also broke 2 office chairs, one of which I almost broke my neck when I sat in it and fell completely backwards. It cost approximately $24 k to move and they destroyed $28 k or more of my belongings. I do not recommend and we will be seeking legal counsel for this. Horrible. Also, one of the guys in charge of packing our things up was rude to my husband. Just all around bad experience.

Levi and Russell did an outstanding job! They were on time and completed loading our container in the allotted time. They took great care with our items which makes me feel as though everything should arrive in great condition.
James, Jacob, Casey, & Travis were great. They moved quickly and efficiently to complete our local move.
I still have nightmares about the move they did for me. I just moved again and not one thing was broken, not one thing stolen, no tears and no emotional heartache... I felt like it was a miracle, but I don't think it should be too much to ask to have your stuff packed properly and arrive mostly undamaged and have everything they took from me delivered. I will never get the photos of my grandparents back.

Tim, Steven, Casey, and Russel did an excellent job packing our entire household! They took great care with our delicate items and kept us informed with the entire process.
Upon delivery, numerous items were marred or completely destroyed. Even damage to tge few items I asked them to rake special care with. Now I'm having to fight with claims. I always expect a nick or two with a move, but this was ridiculous. Worst move ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
The Colorado Springs team absolutely crushed it yesterday! They were the best group of professionals I've ever worked with - we are now completely moved in & couldn't have done it without them!!
Excellent job packing out our home. They even used some common sense and asked if we wanted certain things left out to help with the move that we forgot. Thanks for being so helpful.
