James and Reese moved all our stuff from place to place and they were great - super friendly, extremely helpful, and capable. A move that would've taken my girlfriend and I days to do was over in a few hours!
Josue and his crew did a great job with our move. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. Appreciated their flexibility whenever we changed where certain items would go. They were timely and efficient. Highly recommend.
I have moved numerous times over a 23 year Air Force Career. I recently moved from Colorado to Texas and required to store my household goods for eight months while our house was being built. Baileys came in, packed us up, stored our stuff until we were ready then delivered it exactly when they promised. All without damaging a single item. I have NEVER seen such professionalism. Team leads Jay McKenzie and Steve Peterson were absolutely outstanding! And they did all this at a price that blew their competitors out of the water! So glad we chose Baileys and Allied!!
Julius, jack and jomayne did an excellent job packing and moving my home. Very respectful and hard working. They took great care of my stuff including my dirtbike. Highly recommend 👌
BLUF; Colorado Springs, Bailey’s moving and storage Julius and Jack did an excellent job packing and wrapping my non-temporary storage household goods. They wrapped my brand new washer and dryer in moving quilts. Then they put cardboard over the glass screens, taped everything down and then encased the entire wrapped package in wrapping plastic wrap. I wish that they were the company that is going to move my household goods. Next week. They did an exemplary job, and I believe they exceeded the industry standard, in every respect, including attention to detail, attitude, and industriousness. My highest recommendation.
Julius and Jamayne did a great job delivering my household goods. They were courteous and respectful of the property and my belongings. Almost completely unpacked and so far nothing was broken or damaged.
We were happy with the service we received from Jay, John, and Jack from Bailey's Moving & Storage. They arrived on time, protected the house, were careful with our things, took breaks at times they knew we needed to catch up on figuring out where things should go, and were polite and patient as we navigated the placement of items in a new space. They left a little bit of a mess on the street from trying to pry open our crates of goods, but it wasn't monumental to clean up and we were happy with everything else. Thanks, guys!
Jay & Jack were both really good and efficient workers. Brought everything up into the apartment as well as put the couch, bed, and desk together. Very informative of the process as well.
Highly recommend this company! Russ, Levi, Jack, and Dayton were careful with all of our items, they were super friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled with care and they made sure to ask questions to make sure we got everything packed that we needed. This is our first big move and I can’t thank them enough for making this process so easy!
I just want to say this moving company went above my expectations. The packers did such a great job and wrapped all our breakable items so well & nothing got damaged on the long move! I was truly impressed with how well they wrapped up our items. Some of our bigger furniture items did get some minor scruff marks, & there was some minor damage, but we did make a large move across the country, so minor damage was expected. Out of our 150 items, we only seen minor damage to 4 of the items. Again MINOR damage. I would have done more damage to my items if I would have attempted to pack & move myself. Overall I’m very impressed with how well they packed & transported our goods. 10/10 would recommend.
Horrible experience with Bailey’s in February 2023. We were moving into my new home in the Colorado Springs area. The trucks arrived on time with four healthy guys who worked really hard, and one guy who was injured and could hardly walk. The leader of the group was an obese female, who did nothing but complain the entire day.“why do you have so much stuff?“ and “why is your stuff so heavy?” and “no one told us there was a piano!“ —even though that was explicitly listed on the contract. She also said “don’t call us when you move out of this place.“Every time I passed by her there was a new complaint about something. Instead of letting me be in the house directing where things went, Bailey’s had me in the driveway checking off boxes as things were taken off the truck . The entire day was a nightmare and a fiasco. Adding insult to injury, a few months later, I realized we were missing some things. I left message for manager Mark Slater, and asked him to look around to see if they could find the stuff. Never received a return phone call. Called again, talked to a guy named Peter, he said he would look around, but he never got back to me.
Moving crew was effective. Although they were not able to make it to my HHG pack day, they were able to pack and ship all my HHG within a few hours on my ship day. Shout out to Levi, Anthony and Tim.
Just moved into our home in Colorado Springs. We’re a military family where moving is very common and this was by far the best move-in experience. Very professional and easy going. Great character all around. Special thank you to Julius, Angel, Anthony and Shaq.
