Hope you never have to deal with this company especially if you’re dealing with them for an appliance delivery. Terrible less than one star customer service.
Crew did a magnificent job. Especially considering they had to haul everything down. 3 flights of stairs on a very hot day. They remainded good nature the entire time.

In all of my 20 years of military experience, this was by far the worst packing date ever (13 July 2022). The lead packer on this was named Dana Martinez who was very cold, rude and showed no respectable customer service skills. There were three other young ladies with her that day that were very courteous and understanding. Her behavior does not reflect any positive things that have been posted around this company. Someone needs to send her to a customer service immediately.
Wanted full price up front, gave over a 2 week window for when our things would arrive. Will be using someone else.
The men showed up on time, were careful with the furniture and cooperative. They were friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the service.
Bailey's delivered my belongings when moving from Chicago, IL to Denver, CO. The movers took great care of our belongings, were extremely communicative, and were overall a pleasure to work with. Nothing was damaged and all items were accounted for.
Packers Steven and Manny were great, and very personable. The movers, Armando and his two brothers -- were truly amazing. They kept up an incredibly fast pace moving items on to the truck with what seemed like super-human strength. Armando was masterful in fitting my furniture and belongings into the storage unit. Really can't say enough good things about all these guys!
I could not have done a cross-country relocation if it were not for my relocation coordinator Sherry Sadler. She was the best part of the entire process from start to finish. My situation was unique (like I’m sure all are) and she handled it with patience, efficiency, and grace. She never left me hanging for an answer to a question, and she always went above and beyond to find a solution to any problems that came up. She anticipated things that might happen and proactively addressed them so my family didn’t have to stress. Moving is hard enough, but she truly made the experience as smooth as it could have possibly been. If you are on the fence, just get off and call. Great experience from start to finish.
Bailey's moving was a great company to choose in moving several states away! Jamie, the representative we talked to, was super responsive to all our questions and reassured us regarding any concerns. The movers arrived on the expected day and were pleasant and efficient in loading. The furniture arrived safely in the expected time frame and was unloaded by an equally efficient team on that end. I would recommend Bailey's to anyone needing a competent and efficient team to help in a move

Wonderful experience with my cross-country move! Clear communication throughout the process and no hidden charges. Definitely helped take a lot of the stress out of making such a big move. Worth every penny!
