Bailey's Moving & Storage was a great company to try and work with for our office move. Although we chose to go with another company, David Kujawa was very professional even after the decision to not use Bailey's. He did a great job checking in to see what we expected and needed from the company and even brought up topics we originally didn't think about for the move. Unfortunately, it didn't workout to use Bailey's, but we hope to work with David again in the future.

We moved here two days ago from North Dakota on a military move. They were able to bring us our belongings in a very convenient time frame. Dennis and Adrian were very polite and got everything done in a timely manner.

Moving across the country and paying for it yourself is a daunting task. We went into it expecting hiccups and a lot of stress. But after it is all said and done, it was a completely smooth and amazing process. Everyone was so helpful and responsive. Our driver Frank was meticulous. Our packers and loaders and unloaders impressed us every step of the way and paid close attention to not damaging our house and our things. I don’t think one single thing broke in the entire process. Needless to say, Baileys exceeded our expectation in every way. Taking the stress off of our plate was probably the thing I appreciated the most. We can’t recommend them enough for your moving needs.

Our long move across the country from Fort Collins, CO to Ponte Vedra, FL was made SO MUCH EASIER by the Bailey's Moving and Storage team. Just can't say enough great things about the team we had out to help us pack before the move, then Jimmy and his team loading the truck, Frank driving our belongings across the country, and finally Steve and "Jersey" Mike helping to get us moved in. All of the little things these guys did to go above and beyond the normal call of duty was amazing and truly appreciated. Not a single item was lost or broken upon arrival...are you kidding me!?! Can't express our gratitude enough - we had a really great experience and highly recommend the Bailey's Moving and Storage team.

The packing, loading and unloading was flawless. The move coordinator kept us informed and managed any concerns and worries. These folks are the absolute BEST for inter-state moves.

The move from Colorado to Michigan was seamless. Driver Reuben was phenomenal! He hired a wonderful crew in both places for packing and unpacking and everything was completed timely. I would definitely use Bailey's again given a chance!

The team did a fantastic job. Very proficient and polite. Probably some of the hardest working guys i have seen for a long time. The team was sure to setup protection for the floors as well as the door. The next time we have to move, we will be using Bailey’s. Thank you for your help during this stressful time. I had the most fun with my driver Frank. He was sweet and kind. He loves coffee and he is soo personable. He made a promise to get my furniture to us by a certain date and he exceeded my expectations. He wound up delivering my furniture three days earlier than expected. He was great and his crew was amazing as well. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Nothing damaged. Nothing missing. He was fabulous. I wanted to give him100stars but they wouldn’t felt me. Please. This is the driver of the year. Don’t hesitate to use this company. They were with us through the whole move and followed up after move to make sure we were happy. I tried the others ( and I was screwed royally by several). My contact was josh. So very down to earth and he was absolutely on the money with the walkthrough. I’m tellin ya this was the best company I have ever used. Don’t hesitate.

We are mid-way through the move. They have packed, loaded and brought our household belongings to storage. Transport to our new location and unpacking remain to be completed. So far so good.

The service I received was top notch at each end of the relocation and i'm so thankful the level of quality and service improves with each move. I've used Baileys over 8 times across the country now and been lucky to have the same Relocation Coordinator Sherry who understands the importance of getting my family settled quickly along with taking care of any issues that might be minor to some but huge to getting comfortable in your new location. The teams that packed us did a great job protecting my home and then the same on the receiving in. They don't just drop your stuff off and leave, they take the time to do it right the first time. I truly appreciate the high level of service I receive every time I use Bailey and glad they are partnered with my company.

My partner used this service for storage and out of state move. It has been countless calls, phone tag, and non-responsiveness. It's been a poor experience. They have dropped the ball multiple times on getting the move processed. Do not use this facility. It will be a constant headache. If you do, please document every call, email, and message to ensure the you have a paper trail to hold them accountable. Update: "We didn't do anything wrong." This is their favorite phrase. Avoid Josh, Bailey, Lucy, and the whole crew. No one takes accountability at this place.

Overall, the customer service provided by Bailey's was very very good. The estimate process was thorough and complete, the pickup and delivery scheduling was within timeframes we were given, and the driver handling our load had a great deal of experience, was friendly, and well organized. The pickup process went extremely well. The driver even had the shuttle truck go to our storage space and load the stuff we had stored, at the same time the house was being loaded. This saved us a couple of hours on loading day, which was great. Also, the crew working on moving our belongings into the trucks were hard working, respectful, and communicated well with us throughout the process. Our driver called ahead the night before the delivery to let us know where he was and what time he expected to be at our new place the next morning. He was even a little early when he showed up. Overall, the delivery process went well, but not without some problems. A bunch of boxes got moved into the wrong rooms in the house, resulting in uncertainty while we were unpacking during the following week. I also saw several mishaps in the truck and when the workers were coming off the truck. They dropped several boxes and one of our plastic bins completely burst open on the ground. Thankfully no damage from that, except to the plastic bin. We also had some concealed damage, which we could not identify until later when we were opening boxes. Glass stemware was broken, a small metal table was bent out of shape, and similar things did not fare well, even though we packed everything really well in tons and tons of bubble wrap. Most disappointing was that a pane of glass in the grandfather clock my mother's uncle built was broken. I can't directly fault the mover or the workers though, since the clock was wrapped with blankets and in storage for the last 2 years. Overall, the moving experience was positive, with a few disappointing highlights. However, I don't expect perfection from movers and I always assume that some things will get broken. Fortunately, such incidents were few not expensive, and they can be fixed now that we are settled. Plus, there were no surprise cost overages when the truck arrived to make the delivery. Everything was done professionally and I was glad to have that part of the moving process over and done with. I would recommend Bailey's and Allied to anyone who asks.

The Baileys moving team were outstanding. They were efficient, friendly and on top of everything. They made my move easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone!
