I am active duty military moving to England for my job and had them ship my household goods. While they arrived on-time and seemed friendly enough, they did not instill confidence in me regarding their knowledge of the process and gave me incorrect information that could've cost me hundreds of dollars and tons of time. To ship a motorcycle, they require the title and registration to make it through foreign customs. Seems logical and I asked them before they packed if they needed such documents. They only asked if the title was clean and said they didn't need it. Literally the morning after they packed my whole life away, they called asking for my title and registration. Mind you, this is right before the holidays and I have a million things on my plate as I prepare to travel overseas. It costs $120 per crate to open and get these documents. That's $240 assuming they knew exactly which two crates (of my 6 crates) had what because the registration was in a compartment on my motorcycle and the title was with other important personal paperwork elsewhere. I had to schedule a DMV appt to get duplicates of each and also pay fees for this. I had to drive over an hour across town each way to accomplish this and barely managed to get seen and send these documents before I have to leave the country. Since this holdup occurred, they refused to ship my 5 other crates and the entire shipment was delayed due to this company simply not knowing what they were doing. I have no qualms with their packing abilities or social skills (as they were polite and decent enough), but when it comes to knowing regulations and procedures, they can leave you high and dry. I am sure it wasn't ill-intentioned, but it still cost me lots of time and effort to remedy their mistake. In summary, do your own homework regarding this sort of thing before a big move because you can't count on the movers knowing it.

I wrote an earlier review about the pre move and packing experience which was superb! Now - the move itself... My goods were loaded, transported, delivered and unloaded with the same care and efficiency as the first steps of the process. To my delight transport and delivery were accomplished by Matthew and Juan, the same guys who loaded me at my point of origin. While that isn’t a common and customary practice (usually over the road drivers pick them up and deliver them for interstate transactions which I believe would have been done perfectly, regardless!) I was blessed to have the same guys on both ends, just as is if my move was a local. Of course Andrew prevailed in his usual calm and professional way to keep me informed and on track for when they would arrive. Matthew and Juan showed up on time as expected and effected a very efficient delivery in spite of upheaval at the delivery point due to remodel construction going on. They were flexible and very accommodating and got the job done quickly and to my specifications. Baileys is a class act all the way around and I hope you will choose them. I would use them again and again based on the whole experience!

So far my experience has been with the initial estimator, internal move coordinator and on-site packer. Tom (estimator) was punctual, thorough and responsive to my concerns and inquiries. Andrew (coordinator) has been forthcoming with details of the schedule of my move and getting staff coordinated to handle my needs. Flow up and follow through has been EXCELLENT. LaTonya (packer) is the star on top of the tree!!! She is pleasant, communicates well, is punctual and works NON-STOP! She packed 165 boxes all by herself and was done within the 2 day estimated timeframe promised! Tomorrow we begin the loading and transport process. I’ll follow up then!

My entire experience was great! Bailey's moving was able to help me same day when my original movers canceled last minute. They walked me through the process and sent a quote within an hour. I received calls from the appropriate members of the team throughout the process. The moving crew was great. They were incredibly friendly and communicative. The crew used floor protection, wrapped all my belongings that were not in a box, and carefully checked the inventory before having me double check. Once my items were shipped, I received updates from the office of where my items left from, as well as, where they were being sent to. Once my shipment arrived (within the provided window), I was notified day of and the crew showed up later that afternoon. They made sure to be careful with all my belongings, offered to unwrap anything I wanted, and went through the inventory list to ensure everything was there and accounted for. I even received a call from the office where my belongings came from to ensure everything went well. I would HIGHLY recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage - they were worth every penny and I will be a repeat customer!

Bailey's was amazing to work with in our out of state move. Their people are professional and hard working! If I ever move again, they will be on my radar to call again!

It was my first time using a professional mover and I could not have been more satisfied with Bailey's. Bill Tegel the van driver was very pleasant and helpful in making suggestions on making the move.

The reps are very responsive to any questions. Movers showed up at the beginning of the time bracket I was given. Very nice movers. Disassembled and reassembled my furniture for me.

They did an amazing job with my out of state move. They were extremely responsive to all of my questions and were always on time. In fact, they always showed up at the beginning of the time window they provided. The did quality work while packing my items and complete the packing of my apartment so fast. The delivery was just as great. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving locally or out of state.

This move came from Germany, international move. Baileys moving and storage handled my move and sent out their employee Tom. Tom was both polite, and professional. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and neatly. He cared about his job. He asked questions so that I may be satisfied, I really appreciated that. Most of all Tom seemed to care about my safety. He showed up with proper PPE and worked with the mask on. I told Baileys if they haven’t given him a raise, they should. Thank you again Tom, and Baileys for your satisfying and professional work. We used them to move our home. It was complicated because part of the household was going to one state and other parts to another state and we were not in either of those states. Because of Covid we had an organizing company help sort and pack without us present. Baileys had to work hand and hand with them and us from a distance. They were amazing. We were so lucky to find them. I highly recommend them. Moving is stressful. Especially during this pandemic.These folks can make it almost fun!
