Experience started out great but ended on a sour note. Estimate was competitive, we were informed it showed the max amount and that it would most likely be lower. Our move was simple, we hired Bailey's Moving for only large items. Final charge came in higher than estimate and they requested that we allow them to run additional charges on credit card we used. Made numerous calls and never received a call back. Not a great experience, we will not be using Bailey's Moving again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Cameron and Steven were right on time (which for a military move is unheard of in my experience) got straight to work and did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly, and hard working guys. If everyone who moves for Baileys are like these guys I highly recommend them 100%. 10/10 experience

I paid an additional $998 for "full coverage" insurance on our contents during a move from Erie, CO to Gulf Shores, AL in September 2019 (Reg#129535 Claim#10038-0 Quinn). Our furniture was in storage in Pensacola, FL for about 9 months. When it was delivered and unpacked, we discovered that a number of items were either damaged or missing, including a modular office desk, an electric drill, an electric mixer, a stepladder, and a wine decanter. After claims were filed, the insurance carrier agreed to pay for repairs to the desk, but denied all other claims. We have $1,150 of unpaid claims resulting from the denials. The designated "claims contact" has failed to return four calls. In an effort to resolve the dispute, I have asked Bailey's Moving and Storage for a full refund of the $998 I paid for the insurance. This request has been denied. Bottom line: don't waste your money on insurance. it is worthless, and if the sales person tries to convince you that your contents are "fully covered," it is pure fraud.

They helped me finally empty out a storage unit I'd had in Denver for 8 years. I met the crew in Denver promptly at 8AM in the morning and they quickly loaded up all my stuff. Once an initial inventory was done, they told me I was free to go while they packed some incidentals and wrapped fragile items. Delivery to my new home 1000 miles away was completed a week later by the same lead guy who packed my stuff, so there was good continuity. Everything arrived in good condition and communication was good throughout.

The Baileys team helped us organize and pack for a large international move from US to UK. The onsite team were efficient, polite and helpful throughout the packing and loading process. Our furniture and personal items were professionally wrapped and packed. The offsite team were responsive and thorough in assisting us to assemble all the necessary documentation for the international move. A good job all round!
We had a great experience. The crew turned up on time (even a little early). They were polite, efficient, and easy to work with. We also appreciated that during this time of COVID, they wore masks the entire time. It was a quick and pleasant move.
The whole team did an incredible job! The are responsive problem solvers (I had an unforeseable issue on my end) and Andrew stepped up an solved everything.. FAST! Stress free move and I couldn't be more grateful!
Great experience. No major issues except paid for wardrobe books for suits and iron shirts. When they arrive 800 miles later, they were stuff in a box and not hanging at all. 30 suites really wrinkled. No big deal, at least they got here ....thats why they get a 4. Otherwise good experience.
