If I can give anything more than 5, I am willing to give them whatever highest ratings I can give. Crews that helped me moving, Trey and O’Shea, once again, thank you guys! Yes! I highly highly recommend Bailey's Moving company for anyone who is looking for a professional, faithful, and reliable moving company. Couple weeks ago, early November 2022, I desperately needed a moving company to grab my stuff from my vehicle which was towed after I got into a car accident in Utah on my way to Denver. There was no way for me to go grab my stuff in my vehicle since the Towing company was more than a hour away from my hospital. I knew nobody in Utah and was concerned about finding a reliable and professional moving company. Thankfully, I met Bailey's moving company. When my beloved cousin contacted them on behalf of me, Bailey's clearly told us of the plans and remained transparent about the price. After logistical discussions were over and the price was set, they picked up all of my stuff, which ranged from my clothes, bags, mattresses, table, etc... from the Towing company. They professionally stored/wrapped them, and successfully brought all of my stuff to my new apartment in Denver. Throughout this process, Bailey's constantly communicated their plans/schedules and remained faithful to what they promised. Trey and O’Shea arrived on time and even after they arrived, they moved all of my belongings (for God's sake, my car was flipped 180 degrees and were Towed, but the Bailey's manage to bring all of my belongings!), and installed some of my stuff (bed, dining chair) professionally. Nothing lost and no damaged products! I can't thank Bailey'e enough. Thank you, Trey and O’Shea, for helping me out throughout this process. I don't know how I could have moved to Denver successfully if you guys didn't help me. Thank you again for delivering my stuff fastly, securely, and professionally. You guys are amazing!!!!

This is my second experience with Bailey's Moving and Storage over the last 6 months and again, it was a positive experience. This time it was a local move. Chance and team were professional, courteous, conscientious and seemed to take special pride in their work. I would certainly not hesitate to contact Bailey's again for our next move.

The entire Bailey's team did a fabulous job for us during our 3-day move to Grand Junction. They had a wonderful attitude and worked incredibly hard to successfully complete our move. Just leaving a 10 star review for the Dream Team: Austin, Cody, Breyden, Chris, and Tyler. They helped me move to my new apartment on Tuesday 8/9, it was a very last minute thing and I had an extremely short timeline due to my busy schedule. I wasn’t able to pack up my entire kitchen, my completely full walk-in closet, and my bookcase. They packed all of those things for me, and had every single thing from my old apartment onto their truck in 2 hours. It was wild. My new apartment was 3 stories up, no elevator, and they had all my things in there in a little over an hour. Crazy. It was at least 100 degrees out too. Austin, the team leader, even made my bed! Not only were they incredibly efficient, they were very professional and respectful as well. Very hard to find with younger men these days. The entire experience was flawless, from the initial phone call with Lisa, to the appraisal with Jamie, it was all wonderful. Took a lot of the stress away of needing to move with such short notice, and I will always be grateful for them helping me get a nice start in my new place! Thank you, I will always recommend Bailey’s.

I highly discourage anyone from using Bailey's Moving and Storage. They lost thousands of dollars of our belongings, they and their partner Allied have denied all claims for missing, delayed and damaged items. Our delivery window was November 3-7th, but our belongings were not delivered until November 22nd. We noticed things were missed directly after delivery and they shipped one box. Due to not being able to move into our permanent home most items were moved into storage. We were unable to inventory everything (stickers went missing when Allied delivered our boxes and inventory lists were VERY vague-my golf clubs were not listed and didn't show up) and we didn't unpack right away since items were in storage so we didn't notice that some things were missing for a few months. They contacted us 2 months after our move and stated they had found more of our boxes in the warehouse - they were sent on another truck. When these items were delivered the delivery driver tried to give me boxes that were not ours, he insisted that I take someone else's boxes, I refused. They have rejected all claims regarding the extensive delivery delay, missing items, and damaged items. I'd really love to receive some compensation for all of this. So again - I stress - CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR PACKING AND MOVING. Oh and one of the guys that packed our house was coughing, and blowing snot off our balcony during the two days he was at our house - both my husband and I got sick from him.

Baileys Grand Junction did both packing and moving for us. Both teams were timely, efficient and polite.

Left majority of boxes in garage. Said there wasn't any room for them upstairs. Trusted them, should not have as upstairs was nearly empty. Had to ask for help from a friend to bring boxes upstairs.

Wonderful moving company experience! Trevor, Hal, Reuben and Vance were very professional and respectful to work with. My belongings arrived 500 miles away overnight! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and amazing customer service.

I can’t say enough about the service we got from Bailey’s in Grand Junction, Colorado! They made my parents move the easiest on us all! When I flew over there to tie up loose ends and saw that they were not prepared for the movers to come I called to get packer over. And within 2 hours I had the best packers there to help. Chance and Deagan were the best!!!!!! They did the job in a half a day! I think these guys definitely need to be recognized as the best employees anyone could ask for!!!!! They need a raise for sure! They came back out to help load the truck the next day and again did fantastic!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

Needed a local location to receive and redeliver to some local businesses; handled everything professionally and for a fair price. Thanks much to all of them.

We moved from Colorado to Michigan in July of 2021. We have moved across country twice before so moving in our past it has worked out well. They took 2 days to pack and load into an Allied truck. We brought to Bailey's attention that one of the boxes, pictured. They had packed a box full and then added an antenna for our Dish system under on of the flaps of the box. At our request they did repacked the box. Upon unpacking our boxes we found multiple items damaged and some destroyed. One broken piece that was damage was wall art that we purchased when we lived in Arizona. They had placed that piece into a box that contained shoves racks and other outdoor tools. My wife's sewing table had pieces that were bent, the table top had a damaged corner, probably dropped. We did lose a couple of glasses, kind of expected. We had a pole lamp light that is totally useless now. It had been totally taken apart and one of the metal pole pieces was actually bent. This lamp stand had a concrete base that fit under the bottom piece of the stand to give it some weight, that piece was found in another box which I suspect it was broken prior to the actually loading into the Allied truck. We had a coat rack/umbrella stand that is useless now because the center stand with the hooks is no where to be found. When I spoke to our rep from Bailey's we were told that their responsibility for any damage ended when the boxes were actually packed into the Allied truck. As far as a Allied claim goes, buyer beware. The hoops that you have to navigate through are substantial. All in all a terrible move.

I moved from Grand Junction Colorado to Inverness Florida used this company for my big move. So my husband didn't have to cause of is medical issues. We moved out here to get medical treatment in Florida, he is a Disabled Veteran and unable to do the big move his self. From the beginning they did not bring boxes to pack my kitchen and loose end items. So, I had to figure it out on my own. Lost over $600.00 in merchandise, had to give away my house products. Do to them not bringing the boxes Made a down payment for them to even start the job, took from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. to pack up my house in there truck. Left my Clifton house trashed with shipping tape and mud . Took 2 Hours to clean before my new home buyer took over the property. Had my belongings in Storage from Dec 12/13/21 to February 02/22/22 was closing on my new house in Inverness, Florida. This company charged my husband almost $17,000.00 to end up receiving our home house wears in pieces. All big items to small were either smashed, scratched, dented or just plan broken. Called the office immediately when they delivered my belongings they through everything in my garage and front room. Did not even come close to reassembling my items. Cause they did not have my hard wear to put my belongings back together. From entertainment stand, dresser, china hutch to you name it. Every item was missing screws, hitches and exedra. My family heritage items were in pieces as well, which every body knows that is priceless. China Hutch does not stand properly frame bent and broke. The bottom off my book shelf is snapped off its not being used at all right now. Left my big screen TV's in there shipping boxes on the floor Had 3 of them. Dropped countless items in the back of their truck. Tapped my posters together with shipping tape. I have honestly never seen anything like this in my life. Trashed my brand new carpet was white now black from there wheels and shoes all through out my new home. Carpets need cleaned now and not sure if the stains will come out. Had the decency to leave all the boxes for me to pay the trash company. My emotions are stunned and having to put this all together by myself was a task in its own self. Delivery day was March 3, 2022 and just unpacked my last box March 7,2022 I'm super sore and heated right now. Most of it is still unable to use and my husbands surround sound system is destroyed looks like we went shopping at the city dump. When we have worked so hard for everything we own. This is un called for and I want the world to know about my situation and think twice before you hire this company to move you a cross the country. It is their profession but, they defiantly need to work on treating peoples belongs with care. "Man !!! What a rip off". Very disappointed in what they did to a Disabled Veteran. Specially when he is down and out. What I was told by the office was to file a claim and they took all our money and no refund what so ever. Advice sell all your belongings and cars if you move long distance or hire reputable company that does care. Or do it yourself for way cheaper. Between transporters and this company we spent more than $25,000.00 This was the biggest move of our lives and suppose to be stress free. But in my own opinion don't use them.
