Amazing work the guys that came and unpacked my household good were professional and took great care of my items. And were very good with inventorying everything. The best moving experience I've had in 12 years with the army
I cannot express how happy we were to have this moving company handle such a huge task of helping us with our move! Everything was packed and loaded with care. I was just as sad seeing our 5 magical moving guys leave as I was my stuff being taken off to our new home state! I would recommend Bailey’s to anyone any time!! Please give all of my packers and movers a huge pat on the back for an extraordinary job!!! We love you guys!!!

I’m completely pleased with Bailey Moving and Storage. As a single woman, I might say I moved from Colorado to New Mexico ‘by myself’— but that wouldn’t be entirely true. I had the cheerful, courteous, professional, really strong men of Bailey’s Moving and Storage loading up the truck, driving it over 4 Colorado mountain passes to New Mexico. They put everything, including boxes exactly where I wanted them so I wouldn’t have to wear myself out lugging boxes around. Did I mention they moved my pottery studio? Two kilns, a slab roller, many buckets of clay and tools. And my rocks. Many pounds of rocks. Nothing was broken, and they never complained at how terribly heavy it all was. Two thumbs up, at least 5 stars for Bailey’s —Rock Stars of Moving.
The guys at Bailey's are amazing, they stayed on top of everything from the very beginning, they were in constant communication from start to finish. Very professional, Juan Carlos and Benjamin were our movers and they were just outstanding. Very pleased with their service.
We worked with Joan Dratch as our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She always kept me informed about the timing of our move and when I had to change the move date she changed it with no problem for us. Also she always picked up the phone or returned my calls immediately which was refreshing. Also Janel Colohan initially worked with us and she was great to work with as well. I highly recommend this company as we had a great experience with them. Moving can be a nightmare as most people know, but we had no issues at all.
We used Bailey’s for a cross county move of our vacation home contents back to our permanent residence in Texas. Overall, it was a good experience, but it was not without a few hiccups. First, I prepared a detailed inventory of items that needed to be moved well over a month before the actual move. I was never informed that certain items, such as our mattresses, needed to be packed. So, on the day of our move, we had about an hour of panic as we scrambled to find packing materials. The crew was a little understaffed. We had a total crew of three, moving heavy items down three flights of stairs at 9000 feet altitude. At our unload back in Texas, they failed to follow my frequent instructions to move our items into our storage unit and attempted to unload at our house. This again caused about an hour of panic until I got them redirected. Again, this crew was understaffed. We had a total crew of two, which is inadequate for moving heavy items. The driver/foremen and his helper worked their butts off, but needed a third hand. The good news is that, at least so far, most of our items arrived in good shape. The driver/foremen, Leo, was a real hoot and great to talk to. He was part curmudgeon, part delightful, and 100 percent pro.
My move with Bailey's was seamless, starting with the communication about scheduling, and getting our questions answered prior to the move. Next we had a great experience with Jay and his crew packing up. They were on time, super polite and friendly, communicated very well with us, took their time in packing up all of our effects and did what looks like an amazing job for our international move. We really enjoyed working with them. Finally, the crew that came to pack us up the last day was on time, lightning fast, very careful with our things and very friendly and respectful. After 30 years of moving with the military every few years, we've had a mix of experiences...both good and bad. On our packout from Colorado Springs, the Army provided us with service from Bailey's Moving and Storage. The crew arrived on time, and impressed us from the start. Both the packing and loading crews were amazing. Fast, Professional, Careful, Polite and Friendly are just a few words to describe these people and this company. I give them a rating of 10/10, and my highest recommendation. Thank you Baileys!!
