Group of four folks came (Brooke, Julia, Sara, Pam) and were amazing! Did a great job packing, were very kind and friendly, and were efficient, finishing early and using fewer boxes than the estimate. Have used Bailey’s before and based on this would use again!
The packing team (James W., Dava M., and Jasmine B.) did a great job packing all our stuff! We are ready for the loaders to come load tomorrow. Update : the team that loaded and unloaded our belongings were careful and thorough. The beds were reassembled neatly. We are still figuring out where everything is, and where it belongs. 😀 Overall we had a great experience with Bailey's. We moved from Colorado Springs (Old North End) to Littleton.
I’ve moved with transport companies many times. This was our first storage experience. Bailey’s in SLC took great care of our possessions and Joanie Dratch was kind, attentive and responsive! Crews on both ends were organized and speedy. Very pleased!
Cyndi Buhler was exceptional. She made everything about our move clear and alleviated a lot of stress we would have had otherwise. I always felt I could call her and never worried I would not be able to get something out of the call whether it be answering questions or discussing next steps.
I'm not sure how there reviews are so good. I've moved so may times using professional movers I've lost count. This was a move from hell, if it could be damaged it was, to add insult to injury they denied responsibility for the damage. The make approving your claim so painful they hope you give up. I even had videos of the items before they were loaded on the truck. They claim the damage happed after they placed the item in the house. SERIOUSLY
I had Dana and Mason for packing, and they were great! They were professional, courteous, and most importantly thorough and careful with packing my belongings. Mike and Julius came the next day and packed the bigger items and loaded them in the crates, and I couldn’t be more happy about their service. I’ve moved overseas and back 4 times, and Bailey’s was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Bailey’s!

This move came from Germany, international move. Baileys moving and storage handled my move and sent out their employee Tom. Tom was both polite, and professional. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and neatly. He cared about his job. He asked questions so that I may be satisfied, I really appreciated that. Most of all Tom seemed to care about my safety. He showed up with proper PPE and worked with the mask on. I told Baileys if they haven’t given him a raise, they should. Thank you again Tom, and Baileys for your satisfying and professional work. We used them to move our home. It was complicated because part of the household was going to one state and other parts to another state and we were not in either of those states. Because of Covid we had an organizing company help sort and pack without us present. Baileys had to work hand and hand with them and us from a distance. They were amazing. We were so lucky to find them. I highly recommend them. Moving is stressful. Especially during this pandemic.These folks can make it almost fun!

Joan was a great help from start to finish. Moving is not a fun experience, especially when the move was a 1000 miles. Joan was able to make it a better experience. I would definitely recommend her to any one I know making a move local or a distance. She is a great asset to your company.
The team from Bailey's Moving and Storage, led by Move Consultant Bracken Jones, was top-notch in every way. The movers were experienced, efficient, and extremely careful. There were a few surprises that meant the move did not proceed as anticipated, but the team remained focused, positive, and aware of my concerns.
