Great job packing us up from Peterson AFB. Shout out to Jasmine B., James W. and Dana M. Some of the best packing I've seen in my 22+ years in the Air Force (examples: they packed items in tubs, wrapped tubs fully, etc). Very thorough and patient getting through the base security gate! Great job by all!
My entire experience was great! Bailey's moving was able to help me same day when my original movers canceled last minute. They walked me through the process and sent a quote within an hour. I received calls from the appropriate members of the team throughout the process. The moving crew was great. They were incredibly friendly and communicative. The crew used floor protection, wrapped all my belongings that were not in a box, and carefully checked the inventory before having me double check. Once my items were shipped, I received updates from the office of where my items left from, as well as, where they were being sent to. Once my shipment arrived (within the provided window), I was notified day of and the crew showed up later that afternoon. They made sure to be careful with all my belongings, offered to unwrap anything I wanted, and went through the inventory list to ensure everything was there and accounted for. I even received a call from the office where my belongings came from to ensure everything went well. I would HIGHLY recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage - they were worth every penny and I will be a repeat customer!

Bailey's Moving and Storage made my move from one town to another so much easier...Mario, Francisco and Kayden were wonderful to work with and very concerned about my furniture and home. They arrived on time to pack up, and met me at my house the following day--again, right on time. Great job by those three! I would certainly recommend Bailey's to others. Chris Schuh (the initial contact and estimate person) was very accommodating and Brittney Christensen checked on the move from the office several times to make sure things were going smoothly. This is the third time I've gone with Bailey's moving. This last time I also utilized the storage unit until we could prepare to have our items moved in. Each time has been amazing. I will never make a move on my own again. Bailey's is wonderful, from friendly costumer service to being flexible with scheduling. The movers were kind and caring with our valuables and moved everything in a quick timely fashion. I have and will continue to recommend them. It's so worth it!

dennis, dyntue, jacob, rayuon, orley helped my family and I move to colorado Springs. Great crew of polite and respectable hard working guys. They worked quickly and wore masks inside . they also took great care of my things and rebuilt all my furniture correctly! 5/5.
Brian & his crew did a great job. This was a difficult unpacking of the truck since it would not fit under the entryway into the property. They worked hard & got the job done. They placed the furniture & boxes where we wanted them. This required moving some long distances. They also helped out with some other issues for us. They did all this with a great attitude!

It was my first time using a professional mover and I could not have been more satisfied with Bailey's. Bill Tegel the van driver was very pleasant and helpful in making suggestions on making the move.
The reps are very responsive to any questions. Movers showed up at the beginning of the time bracket I was given. Very nice movers. Disassembled and reassembled my furniture for me.
Armondo, Marquito, Martin, Jose C., Zack & Nathan did a fantastic job packing and protecting our furniture as well as moving it from our home to multiple storage units as this was a very complicated move. Thank-you Baileys Moving and Storage for the excellent work!
They did an amazing job with my out of state move. They were extremely responsive to all of my questions and were always on time. In fact, they always showed up at the beginning of the time window they provided. The did quality work while packing my items and complete the packing of my apartment so fast. The delivery was just as great. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving locally or out of state.
Bailey's is our #1 mover (this is our 23rd Permanent Change of Station) - and had the opportunity to deliver our Non-Temp Storage items (for the past 8 1/2 years). Wow! I can only give Bailey’s a WOW! Moving to Mexico, and taking only a few furniture treasures I’ve had for decades, plus basic household items, is a big transition for me. I needed a company to manage my move, but - importantly - I needed a company to demonstrate they would care for my things as I would. I called several international movers and made 85% of my decision based on my first phone call. Chris was superb, answering my questions directly. I’d say timely, personable and concerned are key characteristics he demonstrated in his work. Through Chris, I met Cyndi, who has been a lifesaver, staying the course through changes in moving date, delays in getting my VISA, and more. Her answer was always the same: we’ll take care of you! Don’t worry! It has been so reassuring to have her spearheading this endeavor. The moving team was on time and on task. The team lead, Jose, was courteous and continuously assured my needs were being met, as they packed up my house and moved it on the truck. Bailey’s Quality Control inspector did a walkthrough while the team was packing up. He wanted to assure everything was going the way I wanted it and Bailey’s expected it to go. Wow! Jose and I did a final walk through together; he wanted to assure they had taken everything I indicated to go. In the end, once loaded, there was a question about whether the load was over predicted weight. Chris was so concerned, he went down to the warehouse early Saturday morning to weigh the load, calling me until he reached me by phone to assure me we were spot on his estimate. Daniela will be managing my customs clearance, and I am confident she’ll get it done! She so kindly instructed me four times to send a pdf of my passport.Under stress, I sent her everything but - until I finally got it right! I made the right call in selecting Bailey’s. They are hands above their competition and I have no concerns about going through customs and unloading my things at my new home in Mexico. I know they’ll do the same excellent job every step of the way. Thank you Cyndi, Chris and Jose!
