This is our first time using a moving company and we were super happy with how smoothly it went! Everything from the initial estimate to moving day was professional and seamless! I received several calls confirming and also had follow up calls to make sure everything went well. Felt comfortable with their detail and experience moving all my items, both big and small. Javier & his team were so respectful and efficient. Would highly recommend!!

Jay and Michael were AWESOME! The first company hired was a no-show and although it added to my moving stress I was so happy to have Jay and Michael in my home and help with our move. Professional, personable and a sense of humor. This company should be your "go to" moving experts.

This company was absolutely fantastic. They drove from Grand Junction to Denver to help pack us up and drive it up to junction for us. They were very friendly and made our move so easy. And the receptionist was not only professional in working with us, but she made sure to get every thing set up for us and made the transition extremely easy. She most definitely deserves a raise!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Bailey's Moving & storage! They sent us three packers who prepared all of our personal items for an out-of-state move. Jasmine, James and Tim were phenomenal! Having made numerous moves across the country and having worked with many different companies, they were by far the best packers we have ever had. They were prompt, respectful, organized and efficient. They paid special attention to important items, wrapped all items carefully and took the time to label all of our boxes. They also finished a day early! We look forward to using them again if we find ourselves back in the Springs.

I wrote an earlier review about the pre move and packing experience which was superb! Now - the move itself... My goods were loaded, transported, delivered and unloaded with the same care and efficiency as the first steps of the process. To my delight transport and delivery were accomplished by Matthew and Juan, the same guys who loaded me at my point of origin. While that isn’t a common and customary practice (usually over the road drivers pick them up and deliver them for interstate transactions which I believe would have been done perfectly, regardless!) I was blessed to have the same guys on both ends, just as is if my move was a local. Of course Andrew prevailed in his usual calm and professional way to keep me informed and on track for when they would arrive. Matthew and Juan showed up on time as expected and effected a very efficient delivery in spite of upheaval at the delivery point due to remodel construction going on. They were flexible and very accommodating and got the job done quickly and to my specifications. Baileys is a class act all the way around and I hope you will choose them. I would use them again and again based on the whole experience!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Bailey’s Moving and Storage. The packing team finished ahead of time, everything safely packed,labeled and inventoried. The loading team was also great and took good care of our furniture. All employees from sales, administration, packing and loading were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. We have used Allied before and have always been pleased, Bailey’s Moving lived up to our expectations and then some.

The Bailey's team was great. Very professional.

The crew of 4 men was able to move everything from my 3 bedroom home to our new home (locally) in 6 hours. The crew was hard working and courteous. If there was a negative it was only that there was not good communication. I never received a call the day or two before to confirm the move or to let me know what time they would arrive. Moving is stressful as it is and I think a call a day before the move would have been helpful. I would still recommend Baileys to anyone needing a great moving company.

We had a complicated move; separating a large house into two load; both going into storage. One out of storage in a month, the other in storage for over a year then delivered out of state. We were mostly happy with the service. There was a glitch in communications regarding the delivery of the second load; it arrived a day late and we weren't informed on a timely basis. But, overall, I would recommend using Bailey's. We had a few items broken but I'm confident repairs will be taken care of.

So far my experience has been with the initial estimator, internal move coordinator and on-site packer. Tom (estimator) was punctual, thorough and responsive to my concerns and inquiries. Andrew (coordinator) has been forthcoming with details of the schedule of my move and getting staff coordinated to handle my needs. Flow up and follow through has been EXCELLENT. LaTonya (packer) is the star on top of the tree!!! She is pleasant, communicates well, is punctual and works NON-STOP! She packed 165 boxes all by herself and was done within the 2 day estimated timeframe promised! Tomorrow we begin the loading and transport process. I’ll follow up then!

Juan, Marquito, Oscar, and Nash did an excellent job with my move. They delivered and moved all my household goods with great care and were even able to move my treadmill upstairs. They arrived on time, took good care of all my belongings and were very professional. Great group of people. Thanks! Christian
