Great service from estimate through planning to packing/move. Outstanding service!
Baileys was great for our out of state move. We got postponed by COVID and they were very responsive and helpful to adjust schedules when needed. Jana was very responsive and helpful along the way. Our driver and crews on both ends worked really hard!! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!
A huge and sincere thank you to my Bailey's crew - Chris, Brittney, Freddy, Piaua, Jose, Bo and Martin - you guys are the absolute best! You took such great care of me and my belongings, and I am forever grateful. You were there anytime I had questions, you figured out a new plan when we ran into a logistics hiccup, you were careful and respectful when hauling stuff out of my old house and the same moving it into my new house. I felt like part of your family and in very good hands. If you're searching for a moving company, choose Bailey's!
Bailey's Moving was a great help for our move out of state. They coordinated packing/shipping/moving/storing/unpacking. Our point of contact always responded quickly to our inquiries, and they were great at following up at every step of the move.
Baileys was amazing!!! Truly appreciate all their help. We had to move our parents cross country and they were on time, professional and took great care of our parents! No run around or gimmicks..we knew the price going in, and they honored it!!!!
Over priced for the move. Was charged for a 4 hour minimum to move 10 items (Which is fine, I guess, and I agreed to that) however, expected a professional move for that kind of price. Instead got three young guys with little to no experience. They damaged the door to the rental and door to my new house with the couch and in turn the couch itself. I left a review through the email service and got called back from someone being confrontational about "resolving" things. Which I stated that I did not want to deal with filling a claim and dealing with all of that. The conversation ended with him stating he will delete the review!!! Would not recommend.
Great experience. Good communication from start to finish. The crews were friendly and efficient. They got our things to our destination out-of-state within a few days. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend. Shout-out to: Rhys, Dana, Jasmine, James, Cliff, and Vivian. It was a pleasure working with them all.
We had an airfreight shipment delivered. The team was easy to work with, showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They were very conscious on following COVID guidelines.
Jay and crew (Julius, Michael, C J, Adrian, Sergio, Dennis, Dana, and Daniel) packed and loaded our house on 10 and 11 Sept, 2020. They were thoroughly professional and courteous throughout the process. They were complementary of the self packing that we had done before their arrival and we couldn't be happier with their work and job performance. We strongly recommend any and all of these moving professionals and highly commend their performance. They were very careful in moving the boxes and furniture and there were no issues or concerns about their work. Great Job!
The team showed up on time and was moving and shaking from the moment they hopped out of the truck. They never slowed down. It was thought to be a 2 day ordeal and the team did it in 1 day. Thank you
The communications about my move were very good. Joan Dratch kept me up to speed throughout the process. Alan Bird did a great job as the truck driver and overseeing the loading of the transport. They were able to give me a precise time of delivery in another state. I would highly recommend Allied Bailey’s for someone who has a big move.
Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional and courteous, from Josh to Lucy and everyone on between. The crew was mindful of my time and showed up when promised. The move was not a big one as far as amount, but the items are important and Bailey's respected that. Thanks for a great experience!
Baileys was awesome end-to-end for our move across the country. Chris was a fantastic resource estimating and offering excellent moving tips from years of experience. Brittney was a wonderful coordinator and great to talk to, even when I was overly stressed. You can’t help but smile after hanging up the phone. Stephen was an awesome driver and moving team lead. He was really personable and instilled confidence that our possessions were in great hands. All three of them were super responsive and easy to reach. Thank you all very much for all your help and taking the stress out of a 2000 mile move!

The entire move was extremely well coordinated and communication throughout the process was amazing. The movers were kind, timely, and efficient.
Beware. Business is dishonest. Estimate for a move was done over the phone. After getting actual weights on the receiving end, I found that I was overcharged by ~20%. Horrible experience with dishonest people that clearly take advantage of consumers with their racket.
