Norm Ihme and his crew here are the best you can possibly get for any kind of moving or relocation services. Very very very courteous cautious and professional. Hands down the best pricing and rates you can get anywhere. They take care of the entire project for you and do it all top-notch
The movers were very polite and took good care of our furniture the movers were, Jay, Damon, Mo, Saca, Addian, Dyutoe, Cordiero, Dana, we would recommend them to all our freinds, we give them 5 stars.
Experience started out great but ended on a sour note. Estimate was competitive, we were informed it showed the max amount and that it would most likely be lower. Our move was simple, we hired Bailey's Moving for only large items. Final charge came in higher than estimate and they requested that we allow them to run additional charges on credit card we used. Made numerous calls and never received a call back. Not a great experience, we will not be using Bailey's Moving again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Moved from Europe with a huge container (40'). The local team was hired for unloading to a storage locker. This was a big move. The team was professional, efficient, and very hard working. Had everything unloaded in 4 hours. I want to personally thank Christian, Christopher and Brayden for their work.

We recently sold our house and will be living overseas for three years. So we needed our belongings packed and stored. We went with Baileys and have been very pleased with our experience. Lincoln, Cindy and Brittany were excellent about keeping in touch and coordinating each step of the process. The packing and loading teams were friendly and professional. They worked hard and seemed to make every effort to treat our belongings with care. We were definitely very pleased with our overall experience.
I've contacted Cyndi Buhler at Bailey's Moving and Storage and used them twice now, one move was out-of-state, and one was an in-state move. Both times, Cyndi and her team has coordinated beautifully and made the moving process stress free. We've even used their storage facilities waiting for our home to be completed and ALL of our belongings arrived safe and without damage. Cyndi has been the consummate professional throughout the entire process and was constantly in communication with us, even on a weekend to make sure things ran smoothly! I highly recommend using contacting Cyndi at Bailey's whenever a move is to be made!

Cameron and Steven were right on time (which for a military move is unheard of in my experience) got straight to work and did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly, and hard working guys. If everyone who moves for Baileys are like these guys I highly recommend them 100%. 10/10 experience

I paid an additional $998 for "full coverage" insurance on our contents during a move from Erie, CO to Gulf Shores, AL in September 2019 (Reg#129535 Claim#10038-0 Quinn). Our furniture was in storage in Pensacola, FL for about 9 months. When it was delivered and unpacked, we discovered that a number of items were either damaged or missing, including a modular office desk, an electric drill, an electric mixer, a stepladder, and a wine decanter. After claims were filed, the insurance carrier agreed to pay for repairs to the desk, but denied all other claims. We have $1,150 of unpaid claims resulting from the denials. The designated "claims contact" has failed to return four calls. In an effort to resolve the dispute, I have asked Bailey's Moving and Storage for a full refund of the $998 I paid for the insurance. This request has been denied. Bottom line: don't waste your money on insurance. it is worthless, and if the sales person tries to convince you that your contents are "fully covered," it is pure fraud.

Freddie and the rest of the crew were kind, respectful, and very helpful. I moved from an apartment and storage facility to a new construction home. They moved everything within about 5 hours, including setting up bunkbeds. We had several heavier pieces of furniture that needed to go upstairs. They handle them with care. I did not once feel like a burden when asking them to move certain items to different places in the house. Would use them again.
They did a great job! They worked fast, they took good care of our stuff, and they behaved professionally at all times!
Both the loading and unloading of our furnishings was as careful and attentive as it could be!!! Both Muhammad and Fransisco put in extra time to make sure every detail of the move was a GREAT experience. We were very pleased as they were extremely pleasant, very careful and protected our front door and frame, stair rails to the basement and the floor protection was awesome. Had they not stayed and helped us assemble our new adjustable bed and mattress and the bed frame we would still be there as I write this email. Well done Bailey's and gentlemen!!!!!!
