Justin arranged our move. from Colorado to Texas. He was easy to work with, very professional & caring. He went above & beyond to ensure we had a reliable & positive moving experience. Our moving team of five were punctual & careful to move our prized possessions. Jay led the team with confidence. Jay, John, Damon, Rayvon & Chris were an excellent team.

Bailey's. has made our move a positive experience. The Colorado Springs move to Amarillo, Texas was remarkably smooth. Our team , Jay, John, Juan & Junior were very professional, careful, & made the move-in fun, too! I would highly recommend them. We had previously had an undesirable move done with another company who damaged many pieces of furniture & did not give us any restitution. Bailey's takes pride in their work & is available with whatever you need. Our prized possessions were handled with care.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of this company. The team made me feel like I had absolutely nothing to worry about. That, in fact, that they would take care of everything. Ray especially went over & beyond by doing extra work that I barely mentioned I would like done. Jaysen & Daniel were especially respectful & professional. I felt very special when Mark, the owner, visited my new place to make sure everything was in order. I am so appreciative that I was a lucky recipient of Bailey's moving & storage giving back to the community. I normally would not been able to afford the service they provided. I am older but was going to do it myself. It would have been very hard on me physically So, Thank You so much for everything!!!!!!!!

We have moved many times and this company by far has been the best all around. Every person we had contact with was professional. Rayvon and crew were as careful as can be with our things. Not a single scuffed wall or dented flooring. Very polite. Thank you!

We had a cross country move and everything arrived safely and as promised. We learned our driver (Kevin) is also our new neighbor! He ensured everything was just as we wanted it before he left and even moved a few more things around just to ensure we were completely satisfied. Great experience overall!

The crew that went to my house was very professional and on time. They had gloves on for safety and were very polite. I’ve had the packing and moving service and both were great!! 100% recomend!

We needed packing & moving services for a local move & chose Bailey's after reviewing packages & quotes from a handful of top-reviewed companies. The entire Bailey's team was fantastic (especially Morgan Deering, who came to provide our estimate, & the day-of crew who moved us -- they were extremely efficient yet very conscientious of both our boxes / furniture & our new flooring). We were super impressed at how easy everything was. Also pleasantly surprised to actually come in a little under the estimate. Truly a great experience!!!

So glad I chose Bailey's for our move! Lived in a 3 bedroom apartment for 13 years..so we accumulated a lot of stuff. We were also on the 3rd floor of the bldg with no elevator. The 4 people that completed the move were courteous, friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns about moving with my elderly mother, during the Covid-19 pandemic. They wore masks the entire time, and coordinated with me so we could keep her safe. They handled all of our crazy amounts of stuff with care, and got everything done sooner than quoted, saving us money. I would highly recommend this group to anyone with a move, small or large! Cyndi Buhler was my account manager. she was very professional and excellent in communicating with me. We ended up coming in a little under the estimation and I was very happy that she estimated conservatively and that we made decisions that were going to be within our budget.

We had a great experience from day one, Chris was a great sales perso. He was professional and approachable. He answered all our questions and gave us accurate information. We felt like he had our best interests at heart. He set us up with a great driver! Allan was also very professional and easy to work with.
