Great crew - both the packers and the crew who loaded our furniture. Answered all of our questions. Very courteous. Took great care of our home during the packing and loading. Entire process - from packing to loading went very smoothly.
Our move was one of the best we have experienced! We were treated with real concern and knowledgeable professionalism. The company’s communication was excellent. We were in constant contact with drivers and they were punctual and positive. The workers were careful and offered to assist above and beyond our expectations. I know this sounds a bit over the top, but we appreciated how well we were treated. Moving is so stressful, and their genuine concern and hard work was greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

One month after the move and my wife's piano is still broken. Watching them pack it up, I was concerned, because it seemed their piano moving knowledge stemmed from a YouTube video they watched that morning. We made a claim and they sent out someone who confirmed it was broken and he told us he would report to Bailey's and they would take care of it. 3 weeks later not a word. No answer to my email. Nothing. And by the way, the 8.5 hours I was charged for after I was told it would be a 6 hour move included 2 45 min breaks and a 1.5 hour lunch break. We were also told that anything we didn't get packed into boxes would be taken care of, but instead we wound up following them as they left each room packing the odds and ends that were left behind. Use any other mover but these guys.
I highly recommend this company. They made my experience so much easier. They are dependable, reliable and trustworthy. I couldn’t ask for more. If you want a dress free moving experience -use them.
Cyndi B helped us with our recent move from TX to UT. Any question or concern we had she was very punctual at getting us answers right away. Our belongings arrived on a Saturday and she was very responsive and checked in even on a weekend which was nice. Our belongings arrived on the first day possible which was great and I was always kept up to date where everything was.
Called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Arrived right one time. Jaysen and John S. unloaded all of my belongings in a timely manner and we’re respectful and helpful. True professionals.
Movers showed up on time and packed everything in timely manner. Super easy process and I would recommend them for military PCS moves.

I highly recommend Bailey Moving & Storage. I was moving out of a 1 year old home with pristine wood floors and was concerned. The moving crew made sure the floors were covered and protected. They were very careful with my home and with my household goods. I have had 3 moves with Bailey’s and all 3 went very well. They are my preferred movers.
