I used Baileys Moving & Storage for my design business. As a designer I needed somewhere to ship large furniture items for my clients from certain vendors that wouldn't ship residential. Long story short they are terrible. They don't inspect anything they receive (This alone cost me over $2000 because I had to re order products that were damaged.) Their warehouse is about as unorganized as it could possibly be. They have an online inventory system that should be helpful but is never updated and is always incorrect. They are super expensive for storage and their delivery fee's are insane. Not to mention you get a crew of people who cant even speak english and clearly don't know how to handle expensive furniture. We had a client who went and picked up a few items out of the warehouse and we were charged $67.50 for "loading delivery truck" the items client picked up weighed maybe a total of 45lbs. I couldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you need moving and storage needs absolutely look elsewhere.

Hasan and Scott were friendly, professional, and quick with unloading my belongings after a long distance move. No issues or complaints and overall a very good experience.
Russ, Taves, and Branen were very professional and all around amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations and were fast and efficient unloading our belongings and handled everything with extra care. We have used three different moving companies over three years and Baliley's have been the best by far. We can't recommend them enough!

Tavita and his crew were awesome. They went above and beyond to get the job done right, even ran to the store to grab tools instead of just saying they couldn’t do it. Also both were super nice and professional and helpful.

I contacted Chris from Bailey’s because I needed to relocate from Salt Lake City to Washington, and he came to my apartment and gave me a reasonable quote. I shared some of my experiences getting quotes from other moving companies. Other companies said I needed to give a deposit. When I told this to Chris, he said a reputable moving company won’t require a deposit and will allow you to pay once your things are delivered. Knowing this made me feel secure. Every time I called with a question, Chris was available. Once we started the move, we worked with Cyndi, who was also amazing! She called us once we were in Washington to tell us when the movers on this end would deliver our things, and then she called while the movers were unloading our belongings. I am grateful I went with Bailey’s Storage and Moving. They made a super stressful situation more manageable. Thank you!

Brock and Jacob from Baileys were great. I was standing in for my friend Peggy who had already taken off for North Carolina. They were on time, professional, friendly and courteous. They did a great job.
I’ve never used movers before but they made my experience so easy and enjoyable! They took great care of all my things and ensured I was happy with it before they moved it. Incredible service and wonderful employees. Recommend, recommend, recommend!
