Halfway there... packing and loading was great. Packers the day before were helpful and professional. Load in went great. No issues, hard work and they got it done. In storage now.

I highly highly recommend Bailey's Moving company for anyone who is looking for a professional, faithful, and reliable moving company. Couple weeks ago, early November 2022, I desperately needed a moving company to grab my stuff from my vehicle which was towed after I got into a car accident in Utah on my way to Denver. There was no way for me to go grab my stuff in my vehicle since the Towing company was more than a hour away from my hospital. I knew nobody in Utah and was concerned about finding a reliable and professional moving company. Thankfully, I met Bailey's moving company. When my beloved cousin contacted them on behalf of me, Bailey's clearly told us of the plans and remained transparent about the price. After logistical discussions were over and the price was set, they picked up all of my stuff, which ranged from my clothes, bags, mattresses, table, etc... from the Towing company. They professionally stored/wrapped them, and successfully brought all of my stuff to my new apartment in Denver. Throughout this process, Bailey's constantly communicated their plans/schedules and remained faithful to what they promised. Trey and O’Shea arrived on time and even after they arrived, they moved all of my belongings (for God's sake, my car was flipped 180 degrees and were Towed, but the Bailey's manage to bring all of my belongings!), and installed some of my stuff (bed, dining chair) professionally. Nothing lost and no damaged products! I can't thank Bailey'e enough. Thank you, Trey and O’Shea, for helping me out throughout this process. I don't know how I could have moved to Denver successfully if you guys didn't help me. Thank you again for delivering my stuff fastly, securely, and professionally. You guys are amazing!!!!
Six of their most amazing movers showed up to help us move. They were kind, considerate, and very respectful of the house around them. As we were moving over thanksgiving they were even kind enough to try and figure out a plan to make sure we would have a table at our new house to eat dinner at. I would work with them again. We hired Bailey’s to move our parents from Hotchkiss to Grand Junction. Because Dad has dementia, we felt it was critical that the move was completed in one day. Bailey’s put an extra man on the job to make that happen, and they finished the move in less than eight hours and under bid! We highly recommend them, especially to customers who may need a little extra care.
This is the worst customer service experience I possibly have ever had. GE uses this company for delivery. I had a delivery scheduled and was completely ghosted. They did not notify me in any way.

Bailey's was always responsive to my requests. When my plans changed, they were able to change with me. Their cost quote was accurate. I had only one damaged item, and haven't claimed yet. They provided claim forms quickly, but otherwise I don't know how that will go. The only issue I had was with the unloading. The driver wanted to pile all the boxes in the garage and not take them to the appropriate rooms. The unloading crew on site overruled the driver and placed the boxes where they belonged.
We moved to Lakewood from Indiana several months ago. Bailey's team just delivered our stuff after storage. Great work: on time, efficient, professional, cooperative and friendly. Thanks to Oscar P., Juan P. Juan R, and Noe J. Highly recommend and appreciate all their work.
