Incredible end to end service - took the stress out of a cross country family move. The driver (Kevin) and local crews were extremely professional, fast, careful with our belongings, and accommodating of all of our needs. We are extremely satisfied with the service and will highly recommend Bailey’s to anyone who asks!

I moved from Grand Junction Colorado to Inverness Florida used this company for my big move. So my husband didn't have to cause of is medical issues. We moved out here to get medical treatment in Florida, he is a Disabled Veteran and unable to do the big move his self. From the beginning they did not bring boxes to pack my kitchen and loose end items. So, I had to figure it out on my own. Lost over $600.00 in merchandise, had to give away my house products. Do to them not bringing the boxes Made a down payment for them to even start the job, took from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. to pack up my house in there truck. Left my Clifton house trashed with shipping tape and mud . Took 2 Hours to clean before my new home buyer took over the property. Had my belongings in Storage from Dec 12/13/21 to February 02/22/22 was closing on my new house in Inverness, Florida. This company charged my husband almost $17,000.00 to end up receiving our home house wears in pieces. All big items to small were either smashed, scratched, dented or just plan broken. Called the office immediately when they delivered my belongings they through everything in my garage and front room. Did not even come close to reassembling my items. Cause they did not have my hard wear to put my belongings back together. From entertainment stand, dresser, china hutch to you name it. Every item was missing screws, hitches and exedra. My family heritage items were in pieces as well, which every body knows that is priceless. China Hutch does not stand properly frame bent and broke. The bottom off my book shelf is snapped off its not being used at all right now. Left my big screen TV's in there shipping boxes on the floor Had 3 of them. Dropped countless items in the back of their truck. Tapped my posters together with shipping tape. I have honestly never seen anything like this in my life. Trashed my brand new carpet was white now black from there wheels and shoes all through out my new home. Carpets need cleaned now and not sure if the stains will come out. Had the decency to leave all the boxes for me to pay the trash company. My emotions are stunned and having to put this all together by myself was a task in its own self. Delivery day was March 3, 2022 and just unpacked my last box March 7,2022 I'm super sore and heated right now. Most of it is still unable to use and my husbands surround sound system is destroyed looks like we went shopping at the city dump. When we have worked so hard for everything we own. This is un called for and I want the world to know about my situation and think twice before you hire this company to move you a cross the country. It is their profession but, they defiantly need to work on treating peoples belongs with care. "Man !!! What a rip off". Very disappointed in what they did to a Disabled Veteran. Specially when he is down and out. What I was told by the office was to file a claim and they took all our money and no refund what so ever. Advice sell all your belongings and cars if you move long distance or hire reputable company that does care. Or do it yourself for way cheaper. Between transporters and this company we spent more than $25,000.00 This was the biggest move of our lives and suppose to be stress free. But in my own opinion don't use them.

Lacie and team did an amazing job of carefully packing up the entire house and storage unit. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The loading crew that followed was equally professional, careful, and great to work with. No major mishaps and my household possessions are on their way to our new home. Our cross country move with Bailey's was a wonderful experience. Laura at the main office was wonderful to work with and our team of movers (Lane, Paea, Stan T., Tyler and Lihai) were professional and very helpful. Would suggest this company!

Bailey’s did a great job with our move. Dave was very conscientious during both loading and unloading. His crew, PJ, Lane, Paloma, and Sunia we’re positive and helpful. Even with MANY stairs, they never complained. Dave worked hard to make sure everything was well taken care of. He was creative and careful moving difficult items through difficult spaces. Thanks so much!! And I can’t forget Lacey and Kamilla, who did a great job packing pictures and other fragile items. Nice work!

The team was Helpful from beginning to end and staff were extremely courteous.

Julius and jay were my movers. They were extremely nice and helpful. I overslept the meeting time and they still waited for me. They were polite and answered all of my questions and made this experience really easy. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I will always go with these guys.

I had a very short notice retirement from the military and Baileys was the company that called to set us up for our move from Colorado to North Carolina. They were very responsive, on time, extremely professional, and courteous. They definitely put our minds at ease throughout the entire move and we had zero question that our household goods were in good hands being packed up and stored. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and asked if they had any questions regarding what was being packed or what was staying. Also, they were very respectful that we had two young kids and made sure we were comfortable by leaving certain furniture until the last minute so we had places to sit and sleep. HUGE shout out to everyone on the crews over three days, Damon, Tim, Cristian, Raysean, Andrew, and Jaden. Thank you guys SO much for everything!
