They dropped off & later picked up a storage container, "SmartBox," that set for a few days in my reserved parking space. Delivery and removal were done carefully and without incident, and forklift driver was cheerful and personable
This is my second time utilizing this company. All of them were professional and accomplished their tasks. The movers were courteous and always doubled checked the items they are taking with you. Will recommend to others. Also, as consideration to others please wear a mask or some type of face covering especially if you’re coming to someone’s residence. My job requires that I am only authorized to be around those in close contact that follow COVID-19 protocols. The first group had masks and this group did not. Just a recommendation.
I needed to move relatively quick from Cortez to Montrose, CO. They were able to fit me in between other moves. The team that came to load and the team that unloaded only changed by 1 person. It was awesome both times. Customer service was great, and they took great care handling our goods. For our final move once our house gets built, is going to be done by Baileys. The crew of Brian, Jason, Logan, and Dean really hustled yet were consciencious about our items. The hardest part for me was watching others work. I wanted to help but was advised by Brian that we hired them to do it, so I stayed out of their way unless questions were asked as to where boxes went. As noted above, we plan on contacting Bailey's on our final move. I hope the same crew is still employed there, but have confidence that the same excellent work ethic and attitude will be there. I should also note that Jamie and Michelle were quick and efficient getting the logistics handled.

This company is top notch for my local move! Connor my salesman, came out and did our estimate and the face of Bailey’s, very presentable young man which is why we chose Bailey’s. My wonderful, knowledgeable coordinator, Vivian kept in constant contact with my wife and I during the entirety of my move from start to finish. She answered every email with questions we had regarding our move. My packers, Dana and Ellie were quick, respectful and packed with care. The gentlemen that emptied my house out had a vey positive attitude, James, tyree, and Jacob were fantastic despite the heat they were also quick with the delivery side as well! Not a thing was damaged! Bailey’s has a wonderful and professional team of people and I would recommend this company to everyone!
Best experience of moving, period. From start to seeing the truck pull away from our house in Colorado they were professionals. Relocation consultant - Connor Spornak walked us through the moving process with no stone left unturned from packing to costs. Jay, Todd and Adrian loaded with amazing speed and experience and made sure each piece of furniture was carefully packed and loaded- very hard working men, pure seasoned loaders who know their job. Cindy was a kind, helpful voice to answer any question. Bailey's will be my choice if I ever move again.
We had a great experience with this moving company. They moved us in a few years ago and moved us out last week. Three days of packing and one day of loading and everyone was respectful, careful, and wonderful to be around. Moving is stressful enough, so having so many pleasant people taking care of our possessions was a a real blessing! Thanks so much to Dana and Margo- they did the vast majority of boxing and packing our stuff.

We worked with Armondo and his team from the North Salt Lake group. They are extremely well organized, fast, careful, friendly, patient, and professional with us. Armondo really went the extra mile with us to ensure we had what we needed, that items went where they were needed, and that everything was being taken care of. Great experience. A great experience from start to finish. This was my first long distance move using a professional moving company. Everyone I dealt with was informative, helpful, pleasant, patient and efficient. All my items arrived safely and were delivered a week before the scheduled delivery date. Great company and would highly recommend them!
The staff at Bailey’s are very professional, compassionate and trustworthy. A couple of crew members Chase and Brian delivered our furniture and they both handled everything with such care as if if it was their’s. They both were professional and compassionate as well.
Moves are complicated and under the best of situation not enjoyable. My family moves a lot (six interstate moves in 17 years), so I have more than a passing knowledge of the experience (except for how much they cost; usually the moves are paid for). This was the first time I ever had the same driver pick up and deliver, that continuity made a big difference in the care of both load and unload and minimization of breakage (it has only been a couple of days since deliver but have looked through most boxes, all furniture and a couple electronics). Every one was extremely nice from the packers, loaders, unloaders and driver. It wasn't an easy move for the company where we came from was unexpectedly hot and our destination was unexpectedly wet (the reverse would have been expected), there was never a complaint or passive aggressive comment. When I tipped, it felt heart-felt when they said this wasn't necessary. Where they perfect, no (other than me, nothing is perfect and I made mistakes in this review). My on-the-phone-representative (Cyndi) was great, I am a bit particular and need a lot of confirmation and planning way ahead of time and she flowed with me. I still talk with her and plan to call her again when we need a little attention. Just because the move is over, our relationship hasn't ended (maybe it is because I haven't paid yet).
Morgan and Debbie were great packers. Friendly and polite, put my mind immediately at ease. They were fast but made every effort to confirm at every step that they were doing the job the way I needed, and helped me understand the whole process. Thank you Debbie! Thank you Morgan!
