From my initial call for an estimate through to delivery 1600 miles away, the organization of activities for our move, and the scheduling of events to perform the move, went like clockwork . Estimates were made, schedules were set and kept on-time. We packed, loaded and traveled as planned and the shipment arrived and was unloaded early in the quoted 'delivery window dates.' All together, the experience was a very pleasant surprise. Moving is always stressful, but having Baliey's plan and perform the activity is certainly a great help.
Crew was on time, professional, efficient and ensured they didn’t damage our new home as they worked. This was the best moving crew I’ve had during my multiple moves for the military.
The from booking to pickup the Bailey's have been fantastic. The office was efficient and helpful with the contract. They were quick to answer any email or call. Troy and crew were especially helpful during the pickup.
Great bunch of folks did an awesome job unloading our household goods. I definitely recommend Bailey’s for household moves!
The team moved my goods from Denver to Memphis. This was the first time I had such a great experience with a moving company. Julio was the best and he kept me informed through the entire process. Well done team!!!
Baileys is great company, from the 1st phone call to the assessment of my stuff. It's been top notch! The movers came got my stuff wrapped up fast and were polite! Thanks Baileys
The movers packed my things very carefully and they were kind. I never used a moving company before so I didn’t know what to expect. I had a great experience overall.
The team at Bailey’s was informative, professional and helpful from the beginning to end. This was our first big move across many states. The estimate process was clear and had no hidden costs, the moving coordinator was kind, helpful and responsive to all my questions, and our truck driver and movers were so extremely hard working, careful and efficient! I highly recommend Bailey’s Moving and storage.
The crew was hard- working, and helpful. Before they left they made sure everything was really clean.
Pam, Sydney, and Morgan are awesome packers. They are fast, efficient, and took care of my property like it was theirs. i wish they could have been my movers! This was a military move, and I really feel like I was given quality workers with baileys.
Great service that definitely removes a lot of the stress when moving from one home to another (especially across state boundaries)! Very courteous and professional! Highly recommend!
I wouldn't use anyone else to move. Trustworthy, local, and reliable. We're really pleased with all of the employees. Thank you for your help.
Our second move using Bailey's went just as smoothly as the first one did. From the estimator (Conor) to the job coordinator (Vivian) to the loading/unloading crew, everyone did a great job. They were friendly, professional, efficient and careful with our possessions, just as you would want. We had packed some items and organized well, so the job took about 25% less time than estimated and our invoice was reduced accordingly from the original estimate/quote. We would highly recommend both this crew and Bailey's to other potential customers.
Armando, Jose & Zack were phenomenal! Excellent communication and follow through began with Cyndi at Bailey's and actually received a call from Armando and crew as he pulled away from Bailey's yard - exactly as I'd requested so I could have a firm idea of when they'd arrive (very rare with contractors!). The whole process was smooth - even with my belongings scattered around a very large storage unit I'd been foraging through for 6 months. Most impressive is the hard work all day from all three of the guys - they never slowed down or slacked in making my move happen. Armando communicated exceptionally well even when I changed my mind on what I wanted them to take, or where to put things.
