The service I received was top notch at each end of the relocation and i'm so thankful the level of quality and service improves with each move. I've used Baileys over 8 times across the country now and been lucky to have the same Relocation Coordinator Sherry who understands the importance of getting my family settled quickly along with taking care of any issues that might be minor to some but huge to getting comfortable in your new location. The teams that packed us did a great job protecting my home and then the same on the receiving in. They don't just drop your stuff off and leave, they take the time to do it right the first time. I truly appreciate the high level of service I receive every time I use Bailey and glad they are partnered with my company.

Marquito, Oscar, Juan were amazing and professional. They made PCS-ing easy! They listened where everything should go and asked if they weren't sure.

My partner used this service for storage and out of state move. It has been countless calls, phone tag, and non-responsiveness. It's been a poor experience. They have dropped the ball multiple times on getting the move processed. Do not use this facility. It will be a constant headache. If you do, please document every call, email, and message to ensure the you have a paper trail to hold them accountable. Update: "We didn't do anything wrong." This is their favorite phrase. Avoid Josh, Bailey, Lucy, and the whole crew. No one takes accountability at this place.

I had originally hired another company for my local move. When that company arrived, their truck broke down and oil leaked on the street in front of my house. It took an hour to get another and smaller truck. They did a good job but could only do half the job. Made plans with them to finish the move, 2 days later. Friday rolls around and I get a phone call that their driver has truck problems and can’t make it to work. This now makes my move very delayed as they couldn’t do the job until Monday! I called Bailey’s and within 15 minutes they scheduled a move for me the afternoon that I called! What a life saver! Brian’s team showed up, did a walk through of the house and immediately got to work. They were professional, friendly and motivated to help me get the job done. I had asked that they only move my furniture but when we had extra space in the truck, they grabbed already packed boxes and took them too. After arriving at the new house, the unloading was smooth. They placed every item exactly where I requested and never once grimaced when I asked if they could adjust the location. I have large, heavy furniture and they took care when handling each piece. Michelle and Jamie back at the office were professional and deft at managing the logistics and move. I’m so very happy they were able to fit me into their day! Took my stress right away! I will recommend Bailey’s to all my friends when they have moving needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Overall, the customer service provided by Bailey's was very very good. The estimate process was thorough and complete, the pickup and delivery scheduling was within timeframes we were given, and the driver handling our load had a great deal of experience, was friendly, and well organized. The pickup process went extremely well. The driver even had the shuttle truck go to our storage space and load the stuff we had stored, at the same time the house was being loaded. This saved us a couple of hours on loading day, which was great. Also, the crew working on moving our belongings into the trucks were hard working, respectful, and communicated well with us throughout the process. Our driver called ahead the night before the delivery to let us know where he was and what time he expected to be at our new place the next morning. He was even a little early when he showed up. Overall, the delivery process went well, but not without some problems. A bunch of boxes got moved into the wrong rooms in the house, resulting in uncertainty while we were unpacking during the following week. I also saw several mishaps in the truck and when the workers were coming off the truck. They dropped several boxes and one of our plastic bins completely burst open on the ground. Thankfully no damage from that, except to the plastic bin. We also had some concealed damage, which we could not identify until later when we were opening boxes. Glass stemware was broken, a small metal table was bent out of shape, and similar things did not fare well, even though we packed everything really well in tons and tons of bubble wrap. Most disappointing was that a pane of glass in the grandfather clock my mother's uncle built was broken. I can't directly fault the mover or the workers though, since the clock was wrapped with blankets and in storage for the last 2 years. Overall, the moving experience was positive, with a few disappointing highlights. However, I don't expect perfection from movers and I always assume that some things will get broken. Fortunately, such incidents were few not expensive, and they can be fixed now that we are settled. Plus, there were no surprise cost overages when the truck arrived to make the delivery. Everything was done professionally and I was glad to have that part of the moving process over and done with. I would recommend Bailey's and Allied to anyone who asks.

Had a great experience with Bailey's moving company. The two men, Damon and Dennis, who came to pack out my belongings were kind and professional. They kept me up to date with everything they were doing throughout the process. They made fast work of packing up my things without compromising safety for my home and items. I definitely will use this company again. Great service overall.

Michael and Mason were two of the best movers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Both were polite, professional and beyond efficient. If able, I recommend requesting Michael and Mason specifically for any move. Was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with them and wish both the very best .

The team was awesome! Jose B, Carlos, Christian, Darren, Francisco, Sara, and Freddie loaded up my 4 bedroom home in just a few hours. They were all professional, courteous, and focused on the job at hand. They were sensitive to our concerns and addressed them much to our appreciation. If the rest of the move goes as smoothly as today’s loading went, it will be heavenly!

We had Bailey's move a small load of furniture from Salt Lake City to Calgary. Joan Dratch at Bailey's was involved from start to finish and her commitment to customer service was exemplary throughout. When a glitch arose due to extra charges for storage in Calgary, she took charge of the file and followed up with Allied Customer Service to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Joan was knowledgeable, caring and prompt in all of her actions. Thank you Joan. You really made a difference.

Julie, Debbie, and Ana did a great job packing all of our things into boxes. They were friendly and professional. They took their time and I’m confident our things will make it safely across the country.

Cyndi was awesome help while I was picking up my Girl Scout cookie order.

From start to finish l was very pleased with everyone associated with Bailey’s Moving and Storage. Bracken provided great suggestions/information when estimating my move and Cyndi was excellent keeping me posted on everything involved with the logistics of my move. On moving day Freddie Moncada and Eduardo Luna were incredible, they treated my belongings as if they were their own, carefully wrapping the furniture, securing my glass front cabinet, patiently addressed all my questions and had the best attitude. Thanks to all of you for making what could have been a stressful move so easy.
