The Baileys moving team were outstanding. They were efficient, friendly and on top of everything. They made my move easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone!
The gentlemen who came to move my piano were very professional, the head guy knew exactly what he wanted done and how to do it without any problems. They were also professional with the drop off house as well.

Great moving company - put down floor protection in my whole house to make sure they didn’t track snow onto the carpet.
The service provided was to be expected, professional and punctual. The amount of my items moved were extremely small, 20 pieces in total. I did ship a few very heavy metal exercise weights, so I brought up some conversation. They had every thing on the ground in under 10 minutes and accounted for in 12, I did time it. I did not have them unpack it, no room so I signed the paperwork and Dana and Daniel left. Thank you both.

We have moved many times and have had movers that were very good and some that were very bad. I have to say that Baileys was on the very good end of the spectrum. The employees that arrived to do the packing, moving and placing of our items in to storage containers were very personable and conscientious of our belongings. Everything that needed packing was packed with care and they were very careful while moving the items out of our place. I did not find any areas where they dinged the walls or scratched the paint. I would recommend this company and especially the three employees (Michael, Daniel and James).

The service I received from Bailey’s was top notch. From the virtual quote, to the final delivery- everyone I interacted with were friendly and very efficient. I was able to reschedule my move date without any issues, and the crew they sent -Quinn, Shannon and Carlos were professional, courteous, punctual and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company!
From the moment they arrived at our house they showed nothing but professionalism and efficiency. Julius and Dennics worked together and displayed excellent teamwork. Next time I plan to move they would be the ones I would want to call upon. The service all together was great and I will definitely be using it again!

Team at Baileys were professional from start to finish. From original estimate and requested re-estimate it was never a problem. Move coordinator Andrew was on top of all questions and ready with needed information. Steve our driver was six stars as 5 is not enough. He defined what a pro is. Load in and load out crews were A+ hats off to the hardest working people in the biz.
We selected Bailey’s for our move because we were impressed, based on the conversation with the Bailey’s employee who came to our home and completed the estimate, with the professionalism and attention to detail that he demonstrated. We have a number of antiques, and he explained in detail that these items would be wrapped in both bubble wrap and blankets and the movers would exercise extreme care in moving them. In addition, we selected, for an additional charge, the option to have our mattresses transported in boxes. We were happy to pay this charge so that they would be protected from damage and soil. Bailey’s was not the cheapest estimate we received but we believed that they would provide the highest quality service. On the day of our move, the team was friendly and efficient. As it turns out, they were too efficient. Our antique buffet, which has a door with the original glass, was not wrapped at all and the door was not even secured. One mover picked it up and the door swung open, shattering the glass. This could have been prevented with the basic, promised protocols. When the movers arrived at our new home and began to unload our furniture, we realized that our mattresses had not been boxed as we had instructed, and as a result they were soiled. I emailed our contact requesting that the charge for the boxes be refunded since we did not receive them. It took more than a week and two follow-up emails before I received the refund. No apology, no explanation, just a curt email. We have filed a claim for the damage to the antique, as well as to a desk which was also damaged. As far as we can tell, there is no ability for us to track the claim, so we have no idea what if any action has been taken on the claim. We are hopeful that it will be resolved satisfactorily. We were quite pleased with 95% of the service we received from Bailey’s. In a service business, however, the test of a quality business is how that business responds when something goes wrong. So far, they have failed.
