Movers were very friendly and respectful. I Would hire them if I move again. They asked me where would I like all my stuff to be placed and they placed them in the respectful area.
Bailey’s did a fantastic job with helping us move. They were on time and very professional. They worked quickly, but were careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend them!
This is the second time that we have paid a company to move us. The first time we did not use Bailey's and the company that we used the first time provided a bid that was less than Bailey's but I felt it did not take into account the items we needed to move. The initial bid was the highest for packing and moving, but was reduced because we packed so much of what was originally estimated. I contacted our representative and they were able to reduce the original estimate significantly because of how much we packed ourselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the pack and the load/deliver crews, they were very professional and handled our items with care. We did have a couple of pieces that had damage because the crews did not look at our notes on the boxes we packed. Those items are currently in the process of being repaired and if we are not able to, we will submit a claim. The hours tracked were less than what was estimated bringing the amount right in line with our second bid, which was with another company we have used previously. Luckily we do not move very often, but we would definitely look at using Bailey's again if we do move in the future.
James, Dana, and Julius were the team dispatched to our home to pack our long term storage household items for an upcoming international family move. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the task in a timely manner. They were all very professional and it was our pleasure to host them in our home to complete this task. I would highly recommend them for any moving & storage task.

Friendliest, kindest and most professional moving company in the west. Cyndi took care of us every step of the way. She checked in on inventory day, packing day, shipping day, unloading day and many times in between to let us know what was going on and to make sure everything was well. Her cheerful voice on the other end of the line calmed many fears about moving and shipping our belongings. As painful as moving might seem, Bailey's makes it bearable!
Great service. On time, careful, willingness to help in any way. Julio (the driver) was excellent. Communicated with us throughout the move. They made this move as stress-less as a move can be.
Bailey's did an amazing job moving our household goods. All of our furniture and loved items were well taken care of on both ends of the move. The team was flexible and worked with our changing timelines. We recommend them for anyone making a move.
From the first phone call to the pickup delivery and follow up phone call, I couldn't have asked for better. Their communication was exceptional. The quote was accurate and easy to do virtually. Andy was amazing in letting me know when the pickup would be. The driver, Stu, was courteous, careful and on-time. I can't recommend their service enough
Had a REALLY HARD TIME with this company. Was not impressed with the services provided.. Our first date for delivery no one showed up. I called- waited on hold for an hour- only to find out they overbooked their schedule so they weren’t coming. No call was made to me to let me know. I was rescheduled to 5 days later.. Never received a call the day prior for delivery time. I called AGAIN the day of delivery to find out I wasn’t even on the delivery schedule!! Luckily the manager Ron made it happen that same day and was nice to work with. However, the two reps that came and delivered touch our gas line when they absolutely should not have. (Our washer/dryer were ELECTRIC) because they touched our gas line, it caused a GAS LEAK in our house. Super scary with me being pregnant and VERY FRUSTRATING. Came home to a house wreaking of gas
