Everyone that I dealt with at Bailey's Moving and Storage was professional, helpful, courteous and friendly! They sent reminders, called with an ETA for the movers' arrival and then the movers were on right on time and as professional and friendly as everyone else. They were efficient and careful . I can't be more pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

Great experience. Good communication from start to finish. The crews were friendly and efficient. They got our things to our destination out-of-state within a few days. Couldn't ask for more. We had an airfreight shipment delivered. The team was easy to work with, showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They were very conscious on following COVID guidelines.

Jay and crew (Julius, Michael, C J, Adrian, Sergio, Dennis, Dana, and Daniel) packed and loaded our house on 10 and 11 Sept, 2020. They were thoroughly professional and courteous throughout the process. They were complementary of the self packing that we had done before their arrival and we couldn't be happier with their work and job performance. We strongly recommend any and all of these moving professionals and highly commend their performance. They were very careful in moving the boxes and furniture and there were no issues or concerns about their work. Great Job!

Bailey's did a great job with my move. Connor and Vivian got everything ready to go and helped me over the phone. On moving day, Dennis and James were professional and got all of my belongings moved in a timely manner with no damage. Highly recommended!

Vivian was an excellent coordinator for my move from Colorado to California. She made sure everything went according to plan and that I didn’t experience any issues. The crew that was sent out to pack up our household goods were efficient and took care of my things like it was their own. James W and Carolyn were very accommodating and know their jobs well. I would definately recommend using this company for your moves.

We had Jay come pack us with a couple other guys and they did such a phenomenal job. I felt like our stuff was packed so well. I’m always nervous during these big moves but knowing how well stuff was packed put me at ease. They were great at asking what needed to go or stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful crew deliver our household items today! Damon, Julius, C.J. And Vinnie worked hard throughout the day to unload 9,000 lbs. of furniture and miscellaneous household items and carefully deliver them into our home! I couldn’t have asked for a better crew that worked well together, kept focus, and carried load after load inside, all while maintaining a jovial spirit with us and one another! Also, they were very conscientious of picking up (wrapped furniture) trash and carrying it away, so appreciated. Thanks so much, guys! It was a memorable day! We are grateful for you all!

Had a wonderful experience with Bailey’s Moving and Storage today. Jay and Bryan were so professional and we’re sure to follow all COVID safety precautions. Everything was packed and loaded with the utmost care. Could not have had a better team than Jay and Bryan!

I had an interesting experience. My first driver asked me to adjust my schedule for loading then his truck filled up and didn’t notify anyone till the next day after scheduling had been done. He was supposed to load me for the 8-10am slot. I had to drive 1.5 hours to be preset for the loading. Vivian called to let me know about the problem. All we could do was wait till a team came available. No one came for the 10-noon slot. No one showed for the noon to 2 slot. Low and behold, Vivian herself showed up around 1pm and told me she could start inventorying to get the ball rolling! A bit later three men arrived and shortly after that, two more! Elijah, Jacob, Kenyon, Rhys and Kyle. Vivian’s, dedication, leadership and passion were truly appreciated. Without her and the team my loading experience would have been a smoking disaster. The men were cheerful and hard working. They had everything loaded up and out in a very short period of time. To me, it is easy to do a good job when all is going well. It is when things aren’t going well, how a person/people handle it, show true character. This team is an asset to Bailey’s Moving and Storage Thank You Team! Pat Beals

First time PCS and we've all heard the horror stories. Well I don't have one. These guys were 5 stars from the get go. On time, professional, INCREDIBLY hard working, fun and friendly. I know it'll ruin me for EVERY other PCS move I ever have to make but I now have the standard to hold the others up to. They'll never beat 'em. Bailey's is too good. Only wish they would be the ones that deliver the items to us in Germany. Worth the trip.

Julius and his team from Bailey’s did an awesome job packing up our house. Our stuff is going into storage long term and they were quick and professional; I could tell they wanted to make sure everything was packed well and accounted for. I would definitely go with them again.

Walter and Rhys did a wonderful job unloading our home. I was surprised they only sent two people for our 7,000 lb move. They did a great job, despite not having more help. We have a lot of large heavy pieces and not one of them was treated carelessly. I hope for our next move we have Walter and Rhys again.
