I just had Bailey Moving pack for my PCS move and the service was great. The packers were professional, friendly, and did an overall great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Colorado Springs’ Bailey’s Moving and Storage. Walter and Dyutoe were professional, courteous and thorough. Thanks to both of these great employees, our move was easy! Update: second half of our move now complete and Ray and Daniel did a phenomenal job, just as the first two employees did from my review above. We had an urgent warehousing need in the CO Springs area and after calling numerous companies off of google search we came across this wonderful organization, that was able to accommodate our immediate needs in such an effective and professional manner, that we just had to leave this positive review. Walt and Matt were so nice in the process of delivering and making sure I had all my items. They were really nice too when they took those big boxes for me, so they could discard them for me.

I am an active duty service member for 24 plus years, and was served by Bailey's Moving & Storage. I am behind as far as a military move due to COVID-19. I was scheduled for a mid-June pack-out but got one for July. I am grateful they were able to get me in early July. However, there was a mix-up and or lack of communication on my scheduled dates. I called the inspector (Mrs. Cook), and she called Bailey's Moving & Storage. They were not tracking my movement of Household Goods to Korea, and I sat all day waiting. I appreciate Mrs. Cook and her support and connecting me to the dispatcher, Lisa. She was very sympathetic to situation and fixed it to the best of her ability. I was reassured by the dispatcher that it would be ok. Although, her manager; Mark was very unprofessional with me and made me feel as though he was talking to a child. I immediately told him I write the medical contracts for the Army and he would be a termination for cause. I do not appreciate his behavior or his tone with me. I am a grown women, and not a child. If this is how he addresses his customers he needs not be in this business. The Crew (Damon, Moleli, James S., Rayvon, Daniel, and Julius) that Lisa sent was very polite and professional. They came and made me feel more comfortable with Bailey's Moving & Storage, unlike the manager; Mark. I appreciate their kindness and their support with packing my household as if it was theirs. Thank you again Lisa and the Crew you sent was the best, you were right. Mark, please take a self-assessment on how you address your customers, humility and kindness goes a long ways; take a lesson from your crew and Lisa. Thanks again Lisa and the Crew. I was assigned Bailey's Moving and Storage by the military. My home was mostly packed in a day and pickup and the last bit of packing was completed the second day. This crew was great and very professional. I highly recommend them. Big thank you to Damon, James S., Mason, Charlie, James W., Matt, Jace, Julius, Eordeva(spelling?) and everyone that helped to pack our home. Best movers since we joined the Army. We have dome this many times as a military family. However this one was particularly easy to witness. The packers were extremely careful with EVERYTHING. Ther worked very well around our kids and they were fast. I didn't have to worry about breaking anything or losing anything. The way they cared for our belongings was pleasing. Our delivery driver was unable to get on post.after they packed and they jumped on to the rescue. Integrity and discipline is hard to find the the packing and moving industry and Bailey's st the bar really really high. Such a blessing.

Michael and Moleli came out to pack and load up my household goods and then Jaysen and Walter came out later to help out. They were on time, extremely professional and proficient. Great crew that got the job done really well and I was amazed at how fast they got it done. They packed everything up and had it loaded in about six hours. They all were very polite and gentle with all of my household goods. Would definitely recommend and use again. Michael and Moleli did an awesome job of inventorying everything and keeping it separate from what was not being moved, very competent and organized. Great company and excellent employees.

As a military mover, I’m always used to getting bottom of the barrel support. Definitely never on time the first day. Julius (I believe his name was) changed that perception; he was a great lead for the total packout, very respectful and an engaging trendsetter for the whole team over the three days. The moving company approached the manpower in an efficient way as well. The first day we had two packers who arrived early during the two hour window given to us; at 2:30 PM we got another two packers who finished another job and were pushed to assist our job. Both pairs of packers were focused on the task and we’re careful with packing. The second day, we had four packers, which concluded our packing early and gave us some time to ourselves. Previous companies will parse out manpower by two or three and it will take up to 14 hours or more waiting on them. Loading day was the most impressive, since the packers brought out three trucks and 7 loaders. They got in early-7:30, and they were done by 12:30. Being a military move, I would not know the cost, but on a service level, Bailey’s is my number one recommendation for a Colorado Springs move. I wish I could airlift this team to my next assignment since they were so satisfactory.

Couldn’t be happier with this company & their approach to seeing that our PCS would go so smoothly. The pride, speed, and professionalism seen here was exemplary... From Vivian & Connor performing the preliminary needs, to Damon and his team of packers...Jaysen,Jonah,Matheson, Rayvon & Zach...thoroughly impressed by the care and attention these men put into packing our belongings & labeling the boxes!! I'm absolutely satisfied and grateful to Bailey's, their driver, and movers. I needed to move very quickly out of state. They were able to come get my stuff from the house I was staying in, and stuff from my storage unit, all in one day, the day after their estimate. They transported my belongings and precious items that were handled with extreme care and extra wrapping. My stuff was in storage locally for approx two weeks, of which I was informed at the time of the estimate. I want to thank Vivian, Mark, and Justin for their understanding, kindness, and professionalism. Ray and Joseph, in the Colorado Springs part of my move, were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my belongings were safe and secure. The driver, who transported my stuff from the Springs to Missouri was on time, very thorough, and made sure I received everything. Eric was amazing, friendly, and moved my stuff into the house exactly where I needed it. I couldn't ask for better service. Bailey's is definitely the place to go...highly recommend Thank! This was the best moving experience I've ever had. The price was exactly what I agreed to and reasonable. The mover went above and beyond to ensure my cross country move was successful and reliable. they even pack some of my things for free that they felt should be packed. i was very impressed overall with my experience!
