This was our 5th move in the past 14yrs and the best moving experience we've had yet start to finish. Bid process was great, driver was excellent.
Best moving experience ever! I will recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage to our Durango realtor, and to my friends. The cost was reasonable. The young men who picked up my belongings up were efficient, pleasant, and professional. The driver who delivered my belongings was as nice as could be, quick, and put everything in its right place. I have not opened all my boxes yet, but so far, everything is in good condition.
I had a great experience moving my things from Boulder to DC. I used both the packing and moving service. Christina Duran did such a great job ensuring everything was put away safely and professionally. She was quick and organized. I had Greg Kinney drive and move my things and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and made sure to update me every step of the way. I had my items delivered earlier than expected.
We had a great move from Hawaii to Utah: very professional, nothing damaged..we would definitelty use them again.
Baileys movie company is great. They come to your Josie to give you a very accurate quote, based on what you have in the house. The three men moved all our furniture/boxes into and out of the truck very quickly (in 2-3 hours to load and bother 2-3 hrs to unload). They handled our antique furniture with great care /strategy as well! You can tell the men were trained well to do their jobs efficiently!
There is definite room for improvement in the communication and timeliness departments for Bailey's. Initially, I had to call their office 3 times, leave a message, and call a 3rd party Allied number to schedule an estimate before they even called me back. The estimator, Josh, talked a big game but then got sick or whatever and couldn't deliver, he wouldn't text and didn't call back for like 4 days. Nobody else at their office knew enough to answer any questions I had, so we had hit a big snag and everything came to a screeching halt on getting the ball rolling. All that said, I gave Bailey's several opportunities to do business with me and take our $9k job, but in the end I went with another company that was more professional, timely, and were prepared to do more for less. Hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision, good luck.

Communication was timely and efficient. Movers were on-time, professional, personable, and treated our items with care. Everything was packed properly within the quoted timeframe and the employees were very thorough in their documentation and ensuring they’d packed everything. No issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time we've used Bailey's to move our personal items from house to house in less than three years. They were solid the first time and were even better this time. They guys were on time, polite, careful and respectful of our things and there was zero damage to anything. And...our ending bill was actually less than the quote because they worked so efficiently.
The packing team was wonderful! They were very speedy and very careful with all my items. They were also very polite and very nice. Truck gets loaded on Friday for storage and then a long distance move after that. This company is so professional I would highly recommend them to everyone considering a move. Update: I am now successfully relocated in Jacksonville Florida! Moving is costly, no doubt about it, but you will never go wrong using this company! Highly professional and absolutely great customer service from start to finish! Allie Marquez, my move coordinator, is the best ever, always available, returns phone calls promptly, checking in throughout the process, providing amazing customer service! She has such enthusiasm for her job and is always willing to go the extra mile to do whatever is necessary to ensure your move experience is the best it can be.
