Allie and Phil were great to work with!! Phil came to our home and explained, in detail, the process, schedule and pricing. He took photos and got us a quote the next day which was terrific. Phil also went to our storage unit and worked with the management there to make sure their large truck could be accommodated on the property. His many years of experience and good advice throughout the move were very helpful. Allie took over and coordinated the driver and our washer/dryer take down and install on the other end of the move. Her enthusiasm and prompt replies were excellent examples of top quality customer service. She proactively called to check in on the pick up day and during the unload which was very much appreciated. James, the driver and loader Jared were amazing. They arrived when scheduled and were professional, careful and quite efficient. They were regularly asking for our direction if there was even the slightest question about a particular item. Those two and the other crew members really know what they doing and enjoyed working with each other. They had a system of packing and loading that gave you confidence our furniture and boxes would be delivered in excellent condition. And, in fact, it did arrive without a scratch! The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage. Gary
Christine did an absolutely wonderful job packing up my fragile items. She was thorough and efficient. And Lucas and driver Steven were great at working steadily and efficiently to load the truck. I highly recommend Bailey’s for a cross country move!
I had a great experience with Bailey’s, from Ryan’s quote to Scott, Raffi, Stanley and T’s moving help. They were able to accommodate me after another moving company fell through. They were thorough, considerate and kind during a very stressful time.
Josh and Scott did a wonderful job of packing and wrapping my things and putting them neatly in the truck. They were very courteous in keeping the house clean while packing and loading. Very nice guys too. All in all, it went very smoothly thanks to their efficient work.
They loaded our stuff in their truck on Sept 25th. They didn’t respond to our inquiries about the arrival time of the truck until Oct 3rd. When we are told the boxes are still in Denver! 8 full days and the moving company truck hasn’t moved! Unacceptable!
The company showed up when they said they would to load up their truck with our stuff. And then they showed up at our new house to unload when they said they would. All of the guys were respectful and worked very hard and the jobs on both ends were completed ahead of the schedule. Also, Allie Marquez who was the admin assigned to our move kept in touch with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. I appreciated her conscientiousness. It had been 17 years since my husband and I had moved and I had forgotten most of the moving parts. Allie was so helpful in explaining them all to me! :-)
Had a relatively small load of home goods going from Denver to SW FL. Norm & Allie both were very professional, timely in their communication, and efficient from initial contact to loading and delivery days. Team of two did a nice job loading and protect floors / stairs, etc. and clean up nicely when they were done.
Had an overseas shipment delivered yesterday by Juan and Cain, they were top notch. Offloaded my boxes quickly, unpacked my things and removed the packing materials all in under an hour. Will definitely be calling them for my next move.
We had Bernadette (?) come today to pack up our 1 bed, 1 bath house and she was absolutely amazing. I can’t believe that she did what she did in the time that she did it….and all by herself! She was thoughtful, detail-oriented in her packing and labeling, and was willing to answer any questions we had. She was kind, professional, efficient at what she did, and she told me she even brought extra boxes to cover her bases. The whole experience with Bailey’s has been seamless and stress-free, which has made this international move even less stressful. Thank you!!!
Juan’s loading crew of Micah and Cain were superb! They came in and protected our flooring, inventoried every item, and quickly loaded our household up. 7000 lbs in 3 hours. All three had great personalities and were very friendly. No scratches, bumps or bruises. A great team Mike T
We just completed an international corporate move through Bailey's Allied Moving & Storage. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. The person we worked with in the international division was not only incompetent, but she ultimately and outright lied to save her own skin (rather than tell the truth and risk her own embarrassment with her boss) when it came to covering the logistics of our move. Our move took more than nine months to complete and many times during those months, she could not tell us where our household goods were located or when we could expect them to be delivered. They split our household goods into two shipments and those two shipments ended up being delivered more than two months apart. Things arrived packed very poorly, and things were broken or ruined. I would not recommend this company to anyone! We're a military family, this was our 23rd move so we're experienced with the process, including our third international move. Terrible customer service from beginning to end -- most especially if you are moving internationally!
From the very beginning of putting the move together Bailey's Moving was very professional and responsive. Norm came to our apartment and storage unit and did a thorough evaluation of what we had to move and the logistics of getting into the limited space that we had to work with. Allie Marquez was our move cordinator and kept in touch with the progress and when the driver and crew would arrive. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with what would be happening. Our driver Tadas called frequently to let us know when he would arrive for pickup and arrived right on time. His crew was careful with our possessions and did a good job of wrapping up things that could not be boxed. We had an upstairs apartment and they made many trips up and down to get us loaded but always kept at and had it done efficiently. Tadas let us know before he left when he would approximately arrive at our destination. Allie called before Tadas arrived to see how things were going and when Tadas would be there. She said he would call and when. Tadas did exactly that and let me know the situation and when they would arrive. His crew at the destination was good as well and very efficient. Everything arrived in great shape with no damage to anything that we have unpacked so far. I have used Allied before and would not hesitate to use them again. The cost was best that I had quoted which was an even better value. I highly recommend Bailey's and if you are lucky enough to get the same people that did our move consider it a blessing. After a nightmare experience with a competitor (although highly rated by a national publication) two years ago, moving from Denver to Sun City West, it was an amazingly different experience using Bailey's to return. From the initial contact with Norm Ihme to estimate the cost and work out the moving details, to his wonderful and efficient coordinator, Allie Marquez, who stayed on top of everything, to the final experience with Kevin, the truck driver who exhibited unbelievable skill in backing into a tight storage unit parking lot, and proceeded to load with his crew that day, I was both thrilled that I did not make the same mistake twice, and gratified with the way everything was handled. Not to be outdone, Kevin performed the same magic with his Denver delivery crew, especially when we discovered that another mover had not included our reassembly hardware once it went into storage in Arizona. Considering all the horror stories I have heard about other moving experiences similar to mine from two years ago, this was a real breath of fresh air! If all Bailey's drivers and staff are anything like the three I interfaced with, they are head and shoulders above the industry standard, which seemed pretty dismal in my experience from 2021.
The entire process with Bailey's was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. Moving coordinator Allie and Norm were so helpful. The actual crew including Mario was so professional and the driver was such an expert at getting the full size truck into my small street without any issues. For a long distance move Bailey's was a true partner. Everything arrived intact and nothing was broken. A great experience!
