Allison Marquez was my move coordinator and she went out of her way to help me whenever I faced any issues from beginning to end. Very professional. The movers were really quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
We had damage from the move, filed a claim and there has been no payment despite over 20 attempts to get an answer on the claim. We paid for full insurance as part of the move. The company disputes the damage and claims that we intentionally damaged our own property.
Allison Marquez and Norm were very helpful throughout our move and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. It was one less thing we had to worry about because we were in good hands.
Allison, Scott, and all the movers made the whole experience as stress-free as I could expect a move to go. All of our stuff arrived promptly and in the same condition it was packed up in. Very happy with our move.
We hired Bailey’s to come out and load a 22 ft truck headed to TX from CO. That was one of the best decisions of my life. Stanley and Matt rocked it. They got it done in 2 1/2 hours. It would’ve taken us all day and we still wouldn’t have done as good as job as Stanley and Matt. When we got the truck to TX. Not one thing was out of place. It was awesome. Thanks again

Several days after the estimate was completed, I got a contract with numerous inaccuracies regarding what furniture we had. I sent an email to the estimator noting the inaccuracies. Instead of emailing me back, the estimator called me and told me not to worry because the only thing that mattered was the weight of the load. The office staff told me that I would get a partial refund if the weight of the load was less than what was estimated. However, the load was never weighed and I was charged based on the initial (inaccurate) estimate, contrary to what I had been told. When I called to find out why I had been given misleading information, I was told by Allied that there was nothing I could do because I signed the contract. Bailey’s continued trying to contact Allied to see if they could re-estimate the weight, but Allied refused to do so. The estimator, while acknowledging the facts outlined above, argued to me that there was no point in getting a re-estimate because, even if his estimate were way off, I would only get a small refund (according to my back-of-the-envelope calculations, it was roughly 20 cents back for each dollar I was overcharged). He urged me to give up, which I did after 4 weeks of getting the run around. In the process, I learned from the Bailey’s and Allied staff people with whom I spoke that those companies have baked in dishonesty to just about every aspect of their policies. I came away with the sense that most people who use these companies’ services are probably not aware of how much they are getting scammed.
Bailey's Moving & Storage provided outstanding service throughout our relocation from Denver to Vegas. All staff were friendly and very professional. Estimator Scott Proffitt and Coordinator Allie Marquez provided clear communication and helpful guidance throughout the process. On move-out day, the two-man team of QUINN and STANLEY did the hard work of 3-4 people to empty our Denver home and get our belongings loaded on the truck -- a grueling task, that this duo completed with great attitudes and no damages! In Vegas, Troy Talbot and his team provided courteous delivery and expert unloading, despite unexpected delays with our new home, and soaring temps on move-in day. From start to finish, this was a 5-Star experience.
We had a really good experience throughout our move. Everyone we worked with responded promptly to emails, calls, and texts during the process. Our coordinator, Allie, was excellent to work with-- always checking in, incredibly professional, and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Our driver and crew were on time during loading and delivery, and they were able to work with us to deliver after our move-in date in our new apartment. Before choosing Bailey's, we received many quotes, and while Bailey's was on the higher end price-wise, we decided to go with them based on the good reviews and excellent communication. We would definitely choose them again.
BEST cross country move & not my first interstate or my first cross country move. Everyone at Bailey's had the utmost professionalism from my first phone call with Barb in the office, Norm who did the walk through & estimate, guys who packed, guys who loaded, guys who unloaded, Cliff the truck driver, Allie who oversaw the entire move including arranging for auto-transport. Fair & reasonable price. On time pick up & delivery. No damage. These people care! Highly recommend!
My fiance & I recently moved from Utah to North Carolina, my company set up our move with Bailey's Moving & Storage. I worked with Kasey Sale and she was great. Very responsive to any questions and she tried her best to make things smooth for us. I decided to put 4 stars because of some early complications with miscommunication on scheduling dates and some trouble getting a response on coordinating empty box removal. Overall the move went smooth and everything worked out.
Working with Bailey’s Moving and Storage was truly a pleasure. They were quick and responsive throughout the entire process. Their estimating services were accurate, their moving coordinator (Allie) was top-notch and always followed up to make sure that we were informed and answer any questions, and the actual moving groups were awesome. They communicated well, showed up on time, worked hard to get everything moved and made the entire process easier than I thought that it would be.
My family and I moved across the country and the entire moving process was so much less stressful thanks to these guys! My coordinator, Allison Marquez, was proactive, highly communicative as well as informative. The movers took excellent care of all of our belongings while loading and unloading the truck. I was incredibly pleased with everything. Totally recommend!
After getting scammed by a broker for our move, the team at Bailey's were able to help us out in a pinch to get us loaded in a very short window. Unfortunately, they couldn't fit us in for the whole move due to the tight timeframe but the help they gave us on loading was huge. They came out and got us loaded in no time. The load was secure and tight to help with no movement during the drive. Good team effort and talked through the whole load on where and what should go in and how.
Absolutely the best moving experience ever. The team was fabulous and work flawless, wow!
