I have to say this was one of the best moves I have ever had! I was VERY pleased with my movers (Jaun and Oscar Ponce, Juan R., Cain A., and Franco, and ZZ1). They were exceptional from start to finish on both sides of the move. They came in and assessed what they needed to do and without much guidance everyone had their assigned tasks and got to work. It was not a small task either, they had to move a 5200 sq ft home. But they took great care not just with my items but with my home (both move out and move in). They covered the floors, carpeting, stair railings, and even the stair walls. (I wish they could have trained the subcontractors that built my new home). They were efficient and worked so well together. This was a team that liked each other and their job. They were also patient with me when I was indecisive on where to put furniture and even went back and recovered my carpeting on the stairs when they saw I had an appliance being delivered. I have to give a special thanks to Barb (Customer Service Manager). There were some over charges on the bill and when it was brought to her attention, she made sure that everything was corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. I have to say overall, Bailey's Moving and Storage is a rare find in today's world. I definitely will be recommending them and using them again on my next move!

Jacob and his team delivered the best service anyone could ask for. That team kept going and going. Very nice to talk with and very professional. They definitely know how to to take care of business.
I was extremely impressed with how well everything was coordinated - from the estimater/coordinator to the truck driver. The truck driver hired great loading/unloading crews and was easy to work with. The packers were very good, professional & very careful with my possessions. It was well worth what it cost. They bent over backwards to accommodate my needs & time constraints.
Awesome, awesome, awesome workers! Friendly, fast, hard working, resourceful and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend.
Bailey’s Moving & Storage-Denver who is a representative of Allied Van lines, is the worst organization I have ever dealt with. We have used Allied on three previous moves and would never have considered another company based on previous service over the years. The general manager and the dispatch manager were appalling. We were not notified our car arrived and had to pay two additional weeks in car rental. not were we notified our furniture arrived. The gentleman who moved our furniture in were outstanding.
I was nervous about working with movers because of the stories I’ve heard but Bailey’s shows you how moving SHOULD be. Easy. Organized. Nice people. I would recommend this company to anyone!! The first part of the process you work with a project manager who coordinates all of your move. This was so helpful because our plans changed a few times and they were right there to help. The actual move is done by a team of professionals who are SO good at their jobs. Everything is packed with care and we loved how nice all the movers and packers were. It really felt like they cared about making it an easy process. They have multiple well thought out systems that keep you organized and up to date. They made moving sooooooo much easier and we can’t thank them enough!!
The scheduling is horrible and undependable . It costs money to stay home from work. 5 lost work days due to their poor schedule. The latest delay because of the cold ! Really!

Hasan and Scott were friendly, professional, and quick with unloading my belongings after a long distance move. No issues or complaints and overall a very good experience.
Russ, Taves, and Branen were very professional and all around amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations and were fast and efficient unloading our belongings and handled everything with extra care. We have used three different moving companies over three years and Baliley's have been the best by far. We can't recommend them enough!

Brock and Jacob from Baileys were great. I was standing in for my friend Peggy who had already taken off for North Carolina. They were on time, professional, friendly and courteous. They did a great job.
Halfway there... packing and loading was great. Packers the day before were helpful and professional. Load in went great. No issues, hard work and they got it done. In storage now.
We hired Bailey’s to move our parents from Hotchkiss to Grand Junction. Because Dad has dementia, we felt it was critical that the move was completed in one day. Bailey’s put an extra man on the job to make that happen, and they finished the move in less than eight hours and under bid! We highly recommend them, especially to customers who may need a little extra care.
Bailey's was always responsive to my requests. When my plans changed, they were able to change with me. Their cost quote was accurate. I had only one damaged item, and haven't claimed yet. They provided claim forms quickly, but otherwise I don't know how that will go. The only issue I had was with the unloading. The driver wanted to pile all the boxes in the garage and not take them to the appropriate rooms. The unloading crew on site overruled the driver and placed the boxes where they belonged.
We moved to Lakewood from Indiana several months ago. Bailey's team just delivered our stuff after storage. Great work: on time, efficient, professional, cooperative and friendly. Thanks to Oscar P., Juan P. Juan R, and Noe J. Highly recommend and appreciate all their work.

Everything from A-Z was excellent. The staff from the sales professionals to the movers were high quality. They took great care of our belongings and delivered as promised. Would definitely use them again for moving.
