We just made our first move in 35 years and had over 3000 sq.ft. of over whelming accumulation. Our scheduled packer and mover cancelled on us just one week before our scheduled cross country move, so we were left scrambling to find a new mover. Bailey Moving really saved us from a horrible situation. They responded to our situation immediately. The crew of both packers and loaders were friendly, efficient and professional and we were only 10 days behind our original schedule. Everyone from Kara in the office and Dan who orchestrated the loading and unloading at our new home, deserve huge accolades for making our situation as painless as possible. My husband and I feel that the cancellation of our first mover was the best thing that could have happened because we were having doubts and some anxiety over him, and Bailey Moving took all of that away. We are so grateful for how smoothly and professionally Bailey Moving made our move for us and highly recommend them.
Baileys Moving took care of everything for my household move from Denver to Phoenix. They provided packing, storing and moving. All done seamlessly. All employees and/contractors were extremely courteous and helpful. Couldn’t be more pleased. Kara, my move coordinator was amazing.

Very Proficient and professional. Arrived Early and finished the job ahead of schedule. Took great care with packing and loading antiques and valuables. Bailys beat out two other local companies in pricing, which included insurance, storage, and returning the items to my next location to live that the other companies didn’t offer. They beat those other companies bids not buy a few bucks but by a couple thousand.
Bottom Line: A bit disappointing. We had never used professional movers before. We thought we were getting the best—and paid accordingly. They packed the fragile stuff and appeared careful in loading. Nevertheless, we ended up with some small dings on our cherry furniture and one destroyed dining-set chair. The latter cost us $500—the insurance deductible—to replace. We received a "binding estimate" that included up to 90 days of "in transit storage" while we searched for a new home. We were able to arrange delivery after a month. We have yet to unpack and examine all items in the cartons packed by Bailey’s, but those we have opened were well-packed and the contents undamaged. Our current home is temporary and we will be moving again within a year. When I contacted Bailey's/Allied to deal with the damaged chair, I was informed there is a 9-month window for claims, but that a claim must be made prior to another move. Thus, we will be opening all of the cartons in the weeks ahead. A check from Allied for the remainder of the cost to replace the broken chair arrived within a few weeks of the delivery. Our final cost for the move—excluding the $500 deductible we had to pay when ordering a replacement chair—was $1000 less than the binding estimate, presumably due to the greatly reduced time in storage. Still, I find it disheartening to pay $15,300 for an 1100-mile move that might have been accomplished equally well for several thousand dollars less using one 26-foot truck, which both the loaders and unloaders told us would have been able to hold all our belongings.

Everyone did great and kept in contact with us. Nothing was missing or damaged.
The packers were very professional and made sure every item was wrapped securely. The loaders arrived the next day and I could not ask to be in better hands. The professionalism of the two teams was excellent.
I have used Bailey's for many of my moves from state to state and I have appreciated them on each one. They have always been very reliable, responsive and have always taken care of our personal belongings. I would recommend them for any folks that are needing to move and looking for a professional company to do so.
We had Yarida and Lupe come pack our things and they were exceptionally courteous and thoughtful. They worked efficiently and quickly. Next day Sam, Franco, and Rafi came and moved out things. They were similarly professional and showed care for our things during the whole process. I definitely recommend Bailey's to anyone who wants as little stress as possible during a move!
Stephen (Steven?) did an amazing job just now picking up our Smartbox. We live on a narrow road and the driveway is narrow and hilly and it's a tight squeeze, but he nailed it quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
the two movers did an outstanding job of packing our furniture and pictures. They were very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
The movers did an excellent job in moving our furniture especially considering we had a number of tough, heavy items that needed to go both up stairs and then downstairs for the move. They worked quickly and were extremely professional. The price was very fair and we would use them again if the need arose.

Great company. They were able to accommodate a delayed closing date by storing our things on the truck for a couple of days before getting in to the new location. Jamie was super helpful with this. Chance, the lead mover took care with our things and made sure everything was packed to prevent damage. I highly recommend them.
