I am very unhappy with our move. First of all, the movers didn't show up on our scheduled move date. When we called they had to send another driver and crew. They ended up not finishing our move until after 2:30 am. Then multiple items broken and gone missing upon delivery. They charged us for extra days and we ended up not needing those extra days and they wouldn't refund the charges. Do not use these movers. Once you've signed and they collected your money their customer service is out the door. Terrible management and customer service.
Bailey Moving was an excellent choice for our move from Colorado to Texas. The packing and moving crews were very helpful, courteous and did a great job keeping us informed. Hard working and best prices
We have moved a lot of times (military), and they were by far the best moving crew we've had- friendly, polite, and very efficient. Hopefully when its time to inevitably move again we will be able to use Bailey's.
I recently used Bailey's Moving and Storage to move from Centennial, CO, to Bayfield, CO. They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time to pick up my household contents and delivered them as promised in Bayfield. Both crews, the pick up crew and delivery crew, did a remarkable job loading and unloading my things. Also, I had no problems contacting the office, if I had questions about my move. I would use Bailey's Moving again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone considering a local or cross country move.

Best move I have ever had. Trace and his team arrived right on time. They packed my house and loaded on the truck in one day! Professional and personable. I would highly recommend this moving company.
wish i could say we had a good moving day experience. we were entertained by a firing of one of the drivers during our move and we witnessed a face to face verbal confrontation, which almost led to a fist fight. we watched as the movers dropped one of our crates off the truck and we also opened many of our crates to find broken items. our printers were thrown around and as we expected the settlement from Bailey's for our repairs and broken desks was not remotely close to what it cost us to buy new items or to pay for the repairs to our printers. would not recommend these folks to anyone.
Our relocation coordinator (Sherry) was amazing. She always made herself available and went way over and beyond to ensure our move went smoothly. Our moving crue (Brock and Noe) were also amazing. Very thorough and care in the packing, loading and off loading process. We had s few hiccups on our end and the driver was very accommodating. Awesome company!
retired navy so I moved alot. best two man crew I've ever experienced. no dents in the walls as things were moved out. unpacking found only one tea cup broken and I had a lot of glassware. i would recommend and use these guys again without question. good job, the office interface was great too. not just a number but a client and a person on the other end. thanks a million!
Our crew of two did an excellent and considerate job in handling our items for our move. They worked quickly and efficiently making effort to be gentle with our items and efficient in the use of their time. Next time we move, we will use Bailey's again!
Driver didn't want to unload refrigerator after I cautioned him to be careful of ice on the driveway, I live in the mountains, it's December. Next he couldn't move old refrigerator down steps to lower level, said he might damage walls. I asked why Home Depot sent amateur delivery people. I moved furniture when I was younger, we never told a customer "No". I asked about taking unit out front door to garage, he said it wouldn't fit unless doors were removed and they can't do that on old appliances. I later measured width at 34", doorway is 36". Lazy and a liar. All I heard from this guy was what he couldn't do. After they left, a fifteen year old and I moved the old refrigerator down the steps without damage to anything. I'm going on 60 and had open heart surgery a little over a year ago, that's why I had Home Depot deliver and promise to move out old appliance. I won't let Bailey Logistics on my property again.

This was a corporate move and Sherry and her gang were very professional and competent. From soup to nuts the whole move and experience was excellent.
Frank the Mover and his crew was amazing! They packed my 3 bedroom/ finished basement house in one day. Loaded everything the next day on the truck, and moved everything into the new house the following day. They set my large dinning room table, bed frames, and entertainment center back up for me at the new place as well. Very courteous people. Our moving coordinator Sherry Sadler with Bailey's Moving and Storage Allied International was amazing as well. She called me daily to make sure everything was going well with the move. It was a very stress free move!
Excellent service. This move was made incredibly easy with our coordinator out of Englewood, CO (Sherry) and our driver Frank. Movers showed up when expected (on both ends) and provided great communication throughout the process. Everything was packed very well and care was taken throughout the process. Thanks again for making this an easy move.
Armando, Osvoldo and Maria were wonderful. They were both efficient and careful. Each item was wrapped well and handled carefully. Their attention to detail gave me piece of mind that our goods would be in great shape when they arrive at our new home. Thanks again!
Scheduling, pick up, and first of two deliveries went without a problem. Would have resulted in five stars. But final delivery was a problem. On Friday night, the driver texted us that delivery would be on Easter Sunday. Only problem, the loading dock in our building was not open then. The driver offered two alternatives: he would park on the street and dump our stuff there, or he would take it back to North Carolina with him as he had an appointment on Monday to have his truck in the shop. Had to search and find the only storage unit in Philadelphia nearby with Sunday hours and have the delivery there. Cost me over $800 to have it delivered to me from the storage unit by another mover. Bailey's would not take responsibility as they said he offered me a Saturday delivery time, which he did not. Very poor service, and dishonest driver.
I cannot thank Bailey's moving enough for making our son's move from Pennsylvania to Denver so easy and so flawless!! I planned to fly out with him after the moving truck was packed and on it's way. I only had a few days to stay in Denver so I knew it was not probable that I would be there to move him in to his first new apartment. but we got a call at the airport from Sherry, who was my moving angel! She said that our truck would be there on Sunday which gave him the day off to move in and gave me the opportunity to help him!! Trace and Agustino were amazing movers! They had the truck emptied in no time and not one thing was broken. And they were kind and made the move in fun. I cannot imagine ever using any other moving company!! I am spoiled for life!!

Bailey's did a great job with my move, even coordinating the pieces that were in states out of their normal jurisdiction. The movers arrived promptly on time, and while there was a slight mixup with the boxes they brought, they took extra care packing my things (especially the glass breakables) and packed both efficiently and well. Both employees were friendly and had my stuff from where it was to on the truck in under 4 hours time. Great experience, best move yet! They even did a great job managing the local delivery crews, and everything was there, aside from one screw to my TV stand, which is especially impressive considering how many loose, large, and awkward items I own. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if they were in my area.
Bailey's moved me in May 2014. The guys were prompt and efficient and worked really hard. They took extreme care of both houses and all of my belongings, including some big furniture pieces and a piano. All of the boxes even ended up in the right rooms! They were among the most polite people I have met. I have a second move coming up of some additional items and I am looking forward to having the same team move me again. My experience was great from start to finish. Their final bill was 10% lower than their initial estimate. The estimating process was fast and efficient as well. Moving is normally a stressful thing to do and Bailey's really made it much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Bailey's team of four under direction of Antonio did a very professional job of bubble wraping all my three Remingtion museum pieces, then wrapping them further in padded blankets, then carefully lifting them from the base into boxes. ( One piece weighed over 300 pounds.) These were rolled to the truck, hoisted into the back, and secured to the front wall to prevent any sliding. They arrived pretty close to on time at my house. The delivery from Niwot. Co. to S. Alton Way in Centennial, Co. was wright on schedule. My clients who purchased these items were very pleased since there was ZERO DAMAGE to these art Pieces. One was Remington's "Coming Thru The Rye"; one was Remingtons "Mountain Man"; and the other was his "Cheyenne", all action Bronzes. All were very valuable Museum Pieces that required special care in the move. Baileys did an outstanding, very professional, very careful job on this move. sincerely, Edward F. Altman. Jr.
