Working with the Bailey M&S personnel was as pleasant an experience as you can have when moving. The packing crew came en masse and did a very nice job caring for our things. We had very little breakage when unpacking. The only thing they could have done better would have been to ask a few more clarification questions. The movers were amazing and the driver, Carlos, was as pleasant an efficient person as you could entrust your belongings to. His crew worked tirelessly throughout the day and had to be forced to take a few breaks. The 10 hour loading process filled the 53' van. Carlos and crew showed up right on time to unload at our new home. Again, they working very hard bringing all of our boxes and furniture into the house. It was a pleasure to work with Carlos and his crew on both ends of the move. Bailey's was not the cheapest bid, but our son had used them in his move two years ago across county and told us to look very hard at using Bailey's. We are glad we did because we feel we got more for our money.
We've just made a move from Grand Junction, CO to Southeast Wisconsin and our experience (ie: pre-load packing/inventory labelling and loading)was just excellent! Everyone on the pack/inventory team and the loading team were very professional, polite and efficient. All managed time and task effectively and paid attention to all the details, handling our household belongings with care! We're awaiting the arrival of our truck, now. We'd recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage to anyone in Grand Junction in need of a local, regional or (like us) a cross-country household move.
Friday April 5: The 4 movers today (my apologies for not remembering their names) did a great job. Very meticulous and careful with all our property. The lead person was exceptional. He maintained a running inventory from start to finish--which is part of their job as I observed, but impressive nonetheless. They left me feeling confident and positive that our property will be handled well. Wednesday, Thursday April 3 and 4: Scott, Leslie, and Max did an amazing job. Thorough, fast, and quality work. Very pleasant and welcoming in their behavior, communication, and personality. A positive start to our big move home to Seattle. Thank you Scott, Leslie, & Max!!
We are extremely pleased with our move experience with Bailey's. They handled all of our boxes and furniture with expert care. Juan, Stanley, and Scott treated our items as if they were their own. The movers were professional in every way. They were respectful and polite and carefully and efficiently wrapped everything well before loading. Unloading at the new house went quickly. This was an instate move in Colorado across the Rocky mountains (and I'm sooo glad I was not trying to drive a rental moving truck myself!).
Highly recommend Bailey’s as they did everything they said they would do from giving a very competitive quote, to great attention to detail during the packing, loading, and unloading process. The team was polite and considerate. They took care to handle boxes and furniture like they were their own items. The driver managed the loading and unloading in a fast and efficient way. Ali in customer care checked in every day to ensure that everything was being properly handled. She was super responsive to any questions etc.
The Baileys team made our upcoming international move feel a little less difficult. I can honestly say that their efficiency, care, and communication was the best part of our week. Who can say that about a moving company? Now I can! Thumbs up guys, keep doing great work!

Bailey’s did a great job with our move. We had a month gap between moving out of our house and moving into our new house. Baileys stored our furniture during that month and then moved us into our new house. The personnel were very professional and took measures to protect floors with rain and snow both times they moved our stuff.
The team did an amazing job moving us. I was honestly amazed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team. 10/10.

They are fast, but the crew we had was pretty bad at putting more detail into labeling the stuff they packed. The aftermath of trying to figure out which of the 10 "Kitchen item" boxes had what in them was slightly frustrating.
Bailey's just recently moved our things from the Denver suburbs to Lincoln, NE. The 2-man team that both loaded and unloaded for us were extremely good - very careful with both our homes and our items. They also went above and beyond to make certain that everything was just right ... all the way down to accommodating a last minute change to the position of an area rug (which required all the furniture to be removed and replaced). And they did it all with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend.
These guys were focused, hard workers, polite, and made our move across the state so much easier. So efficient. Rock Stars!!!
Do NOT use this company! Stay away!! We used them for a company move as it was recommended by a family member of this place. We moved 15 hours away so it was a large pack, load, and deliver job. Our garage was not packed on the packing day which was fine because the loading crew just packed it the next day. The issues started with working with Matt Miller for our insurance claim. He rarely responded; didn’t submit our paperwork; and lacked professional skills. We had almost 2k in damages and STOLEN items. The insurance won’t cover our drill set that was stolen due to no evidence (it’s STOLEN so of course I can’t show you). I can tell them the exact person that did it and how. We attempted to contact the owner with no response. Don’t let their scheme of things being covered at no cost for insurance because they will find anyway to debunk you or not cover it. We are receiving less than half of cost reimbursed for all the damage and stolen items. We will be escalating this further.
